It was a good stay , friendly staff, clean room, and hotel. The hot tub was closed , but pool was open. A little noise from highway. Breakfast had good choices: cold items, hot omelette, sausage patties or bacon, breads, and cinnamon buns. Coffee and tee are available 24/7 in the lobby. Would stay again.

Great check-in. Robert was very friendly. Lobby, elevator, and room were all clean and well-maintained. The pool was pretty cold, but the hot tub warmed us up!

The staff were really great and kind, the only bummer thing was the pool and hot tub were out of commission and that is one of the reasons I booked here. They did let me know early in the day and tried to get us moved but there were no open rooms at other hotels as it was a cheer weekend. The areas around the place is a bit trashy but I still felt safe with my daughter and would stay here again. They even decorated the room for my birthday which was a very sweet gesture.

It was a great day other than I couldn’t use the pool or any other amenities, cause they were painting other than that it was great

Overall they have the earliest and best breakfast. But one elevator hasn’t been working for a couple weeks (my second stay in 2 weeks), the pool was not usable and the hot tub was lukewarm. The staff are always great but the maintenance issues need to be addressed

I booked this hotel planning to use the gym and hot tub and it was not working, unfortunately they called me a couple of hours before while traveling and I was unable to change the hotel

The personnel were wonderful and the breakfast was very good. However we found a soiled diaper under the AC unit and the mattresses were extremely warn down. It wasn’t a bad place to stay but we were disappointed in those two things.

Upon arrival we had noticed there was hair in the bathtub, & later that evening after we had gotten back from having dinner there was a guy that wouldn’t stop knocking on our door, shirt off, clearly intoxicated, requesting to look in our room for something he had left behind. After the third time at 10pm at night we had contacted the front desk, was put on hold for over 5 mins, so I had just decided to go to the front desk. They offered to only contact security, not a change of room or anything.

I thought the property was really nice giving that it’s on S. Tacoma Way smh known area for prostitution and drugsI got three different rooms. The two out of the three rooms were pretty good. The one with the Jacuzzi in it was horrible. There were still hair and stuff in the jets. It was infested with ants and the caulking around the tub was just horrible Room 239 beware hopefully they’ll get it fixed but I say throw the whole Jacuzzi tub away and I think you guys should invest in trying to get somebody professional to clean those jets of y’all‘s Jacuzzi tips. Also, the Jacuzzi area needs better lighting. It’s pretty dark in that corner overall, I was very disappointed with my room.

Overall the stay was good, beds and pillows were comfy. we had some issues with the key cards and upon arrival to our room we found ants on the bed and tv console.

Like:breakfast, cleanliness besides what is written below. Wonderful staff. Didn't like: area the hotel is located. Mold starting to grow in the shower and the floor around the pool.

Everything went smoothly, from parking to check in to check out. My room was clean, comfortable bed with lots of pillows and equipped with all the basic necessities. Breakfast was good. 24/7 fresh coffee and cold refreshing water in the lobby are good perks. The entire hotel smells refreshing. Felt safe. Awesome staff. Highly recommended. Value for money.

Nice at the front desk good personality. Got to my room and all I smelled was cigarettes from the last guest. In 408, moved me to room 309 once off the Elevator the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Well never go back as I’m a none smoker. When I woke the morning to leave they had sprayed the hotel hallway to cover the smell of the cigarette smell.

Staff at front counter were excellent. The carpet in the room could have been vacuumed a lot better. There was previous occupants hair and visual dirt on the carpet. We had a infant with us and that it didn’t sit well with us to allow her play on the floor.

I-5 on the east side of the hotel. Pacific highway on the west side of the hotel. You’re sandwiched in between 2 very noisy high traffic areas. Homeless people nearby.

It was great except it is right next to the freeway and there is a fair amount of freeway noise. They do provide ear plugs which helped

Good stay, hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a queen suite and it had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 stars, decor is dated.

It was really great experience for my family and I. Great location, clean and quiet .

The Hotel for the most part is very nice & breakast service was Excellent. The only negitve thing was the pillows in the room were so Flat & cause my wife & I neck pain the next morning.

We checked in very late and it was an easy process. I had two complaints. One was the noise from the highway. (Found out in the morning, that earplugs were in the room.) The second complaint was the bed closest to the window in room 337 was very soft and felt like it should be replaced. Otherwise we had a great one night stay and breakfast was amazing!

Robert the front desk rep was absolutely amazing, answered all my questions and we had wonderful conversations with each other, I will definitely be back, and I have Robert to thank for that, he deserves everything in this world

Clean room,great breakfast, wonderful staff didn’t use the hot tub, kids use the pool , pool area was clean and safe Parking lot safe hotels doors lock at a certain hour so you don’t have urchins wandering in off the street. 24 hour front desk staff

Receptionist sent text to inquire if the room was to my liking and asked if i had any additional needs.

Everything was superb. The staff was superb. Especially Mata. The best Continental breakfast I've had so far. The only downfall so far is that we checked out an hour and a half ago. And the deposit hasn't been put back on my card yet.

My whole issue was check in i was there checking in for more then 1hr with toddlers in a car waiting if ur a parents you know how that goes Hotel said hotel.com didn't make my reservation even though i had a email with the confirmation number they made me call hotels.com to try and figure out the issue which i did and they said they fixed it but once againg Robert in the reception area said the card for payment hotels.com provided did not work and made me call back again he had a annoyed look while having to deal with my whole situation which i think if Holiday inn and Hotels.com are affiliated maybe they should have better communication on taking care of these issues i have to say this is the 1st time i have ever had this problem which i mentioned to Robert and he said it had happened to them with another customer back to what i said maybe u guys need to get to Hotels.com and figure out whats going on instead of having the customer calling back and forth for more then a hr in the lobby i didn't get the room i had paid for and when asked for a crib they told me they could not provide me one because only house keeping does that also 1st time ive ever been told this in no way did Robert at hotel lobby try to accommodate us or make it easier for my family to get in there not sure what the hotels policy is but some customer courtesy or being a bit helpful would of been nice instead of just looking annoyed to have to deal with me..

Hotel easy to find only down side was the rail road noise nearby, but area was good with choices of different eateries.

Super convenient location right off freeway. Nice dining and stores nearby. Lovely staff very welcoming at front desk. Would stay again.

Perfect location for PLU visit. So close and many food options nearby.

Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The beds were a little softer than we are used to but they were ok. We were satisfied with our stay at this location.
