Elevator was out. 4 flights of stairs with luggage is no fun. Breakfast was soooo limited. Hot water took long time to come on.

Some issues No printer to use Laundry you either have to have exact quarters they dont allow for cash exchange And they have qr coses Not card readers The cart was smaller than hoped Had to take more trips The phone had a front desk button And when i picked it up it had a dial to e But when i tried the front desk later It said it wasnt connected Before i left i tried 0 and it did take me to the front desk There was no covered awning or coverd parkway to unload with There’s a flashing light above the bed it’s really bright and annoying They dont have good ways to keep the doors open In case of door problem Pros The room was nicer Better lighting The elevator looks nicer The bathroom features were nicer The mirror was lit More closet hangers More shelving More updated kitchen shelving Bigger microwave Nicer induction range Bigger sink Nice white large desk for working

Hotel had no water and this was not disclosed when I ordered the room. Upon arrival we learned there was no water and the elevator was out of service. We were on the 4th floor. Then when I checked out a day early because of the inconvenience of no water, I was not offered a refund or even a discount. Very disappointing.

I checked in and then they proceeded to tell me there was no water, a pitta John in the parking lot and a shower five minutes up the road at a FEMA facility. Had they told me there was no water I would not have checked in.

So right when I got there the guy at the front desk said they had overbooked themselves and I was lucky to get the last room even though I had a reservation. Some drunk guy had dropped a bottle of beer so the whole lobby/elevator area smelled like a brewery and the ground was sticky. We walked to our room and our door wasn’t even closed it actually looked like someone just put the lock out so the door was propped open which didn’t feel safe. We went to bed around 10 and around 3:15AM got woken up to the fire alarm blasting for almost an hour before the fire truck got there and said we could go back in. Nothing was communicated to us in what had happened. Then in the morning got dressed to go down for our free breakfast around 8:15am and there was coffee, and a little fridge with pre packaged eggs and a couple containers of yogurt. Not really much of any variety or anything close to a free breakfast. So we had to drive up the street to Starbucks and paid money for a real breakfast. So overall I won’t recommend staying here to anyone and I won’t come back.

That's the problem the Kitchen was not equipped with anything, the elevator wasn't working, and there was only (1) disposable glass in the bathroom. The bed was squeaky and I believe the person that checked us in was a "One Man Show", he checked us in and delivered a glass to our room, was doing laundry. What an experience and on top of that their phone didn't even work to call the front desk. I had to us my cell phone to call the front desk.

Breakfast was cereal and breakfast bars - can only be so good. Staff was great Biggest problem was elevator was out 2 days which was difficult for us on 2nd floor and husband walks with cane. Very difficult when checking out

The fire alarm was activated during the night as a result of an employee's actions. We had to evacuate a handicapped person from the 2nd floor. Not knowing the severity, we had to use the elevator against posted signage. There was no offer of compensation for this distressing situation.

Do not waste your money on this place!! It is absolutely filthy!! The bed spread was dirty & stained, the carpet was dirty, there was coffee spilt on the counter, the trash can was full from the last guest, and the recliner was sticky. It stunk so bad in the hallways, elevator & entrance. The hallways looked like they haven't been vacuumed in weeks. There were guests drinking in the lobby, with their liquor just sitting on the table. You had to walk through smoke at the entrance. We went down for the grab & go breakfast & there was only 1 little muffin sitting there. We really wanted to leave after checking in & seeing the place, but didn’t have a choice but to stay. So we're just out the money for a nasty room! Do yourself a favor & don't make the same mistake!!

The room looked very clean and the bed was very comfortable, the recliner in the room was very nice and comfortable also. The only bad thing was the overwhelming smell of the room. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke that was covered up with heavy air freshener. We only stayed one night, but our clothes reaked of the odor even when we got back home. Overall the room was nice and comfy,but the odor was a big negative.

Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty had to get them swapped out our towels were also dirty had to have those swapped as well. The guy working the front desk was very helpful and polite but the room we stayed in wasn’t cleaned well at all.

The floor was dirty when I arrived - gritty and dusty. I got in late and left early the next morning. In the morning I had gone to the front desk to talk to someone about it before I left but no one was there. So when I was able to later in the day I called the front desk to ask it to be cleaned, they said all the staff were leaving and they could resolve it tomorrow if I came to the desk at 9 am. I needed to leave earlier than 9. I didn’t want to spend another night in a dirty room so I reached out to Expedia and they contacted management and when I got back to the hotel it was cleaned, which is the only reason they have two stars. Then, after resolving it, the front desk called me at 11 PM AT NIGHT after I’d gone to bed to check that everything was okay. The “breakfast” doesn’t have real food, just like granola bars and oatmeal packets. When I filter for hotels with breakfast, this is not what I am looking for. The side doors remains wide open during the day, meaning the only locked door between myself and the outside is my room door. This felt unsafe but at this point I didn’t want to interact with the front desk again. Otherwise, the room was okay. Sheets and towels threadbare. No hook for a hand towel, the towel bar was so close to the toilet I couldn’t hang a towel without it touching the toilet. Two stars because they resolved the cleaning issue. Lost points for calling me after I’d gone to sleep and for the door safety issue.

No tv. Remotes did not work. Tried 6 different ones. Children above making noise till 2:30 am even after we asked staff to help. Cut stay short and moved to another hotel. Staff attempted To help with both but unable to Resolve issues. Tractor trailer loud in parking Lot

For a brand new building, I’m surprised at how much stuff was broken. First thing was the air conditioning. If i turned the fan on low it turned off. The digital reading was broken so I couldn’t see what temp it was on. The bathroom fan was broken then the fuse blew when I tried to plug my phone in and sparks flew. Thank God I wasn’t electrocuted! Who did this wiring??? I tried to watch TV but the volume wouldn’t work and then I couldn’t get the tv to turn off so I had to unplug it. A bizarre flash occurred every minute above the bed overnight. Surveillance? Or a weird smoke detector? I’m not sure but it was annoying. The desk staff offered to change my room when the fuse blew, so that was nice, but I couldn’t imagine another room would be any better. Smoke free building but everyone is smoking right outside the main entrance, so that’s kind of annoying. Be careful of the doors, they slam so hard, someone’s gonna end up hurt. ‘Breakfast’ was a horrible cup of coffee and some terrible muffins or make your own oatmeal. The room was clean and the bed and bedding were comfortable. Staff were friendly.

The room was clean, comfortable and had a full size kitchen. No daily housekeeping but I was only there for two nights. The room had plenty of bath towels. Room did not have a hair dryer or in room safe. The property was clean and quiet at night.

Staff was super friendly and very accommodating with our room change request, however in spite of that effort the noise level still kept my husband up well past midnight. It’s a lovely newer hotel, but I’m left wondering if it has any insulation.

Bri at the desk was fantastic. She made a big fuss over my dogs and the loved it!

Hello, We had a reservation for this property and yet when we went to check in you had no rooms, extremely dissatisfied with the fact our reserved room was given to someone else. Will never stay at this property again and I will be requesting a full refund

The check-in process was fast and efficient, and the front desk person was very professional while being friendly and helpful. I'll stay here again if I am overnighting in Asheville.

Staff was nice with early check-in and helped give us utensils after we realized our to go order dinner did not have any!

Let me clarify the 1 star I gave for staff was NOT all of them just one in particular. After complaining for 3 days I had plumbing problems, everything backed up and dirty water was coming from shower drain and sinks and toilet was gurgling. Flooded entire bathroom almost to carpet. Call front desk 4 times and was told he was only one there and couldn’t come, I called the 800# and was told to take it up with site manager (who wasn’t there) 3 hours later went to front desk and man went home without coming to my room or telling his relief about problem. The new desk person helped and was very kind and moved me immediately which is what should have been done immediately and issued my $ back for room. This started at 8:30pm and I did not get moved over into a new room and in bed until 2:30 in the morning and had to get up at 5 AM for work. Never had an issue like this and because of one lazy and careless employee it made the entire situation way worse. Thankfully, his coworker saved the day, but I still have not spoken to a manager.

It was exceptionally clean, property managers were friendly and it was convenient for us to get to the baseball field.

Very clean quite friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay 8 minute drive to main town and attractions. Had a good cup of coffee and free snacks in morning too .

Room advertisement said breakfast and there was no breakfast only oatmeal in a packet and fruit bars. It was more a hotel for handicapped or addicts that had vouchers that gave them a place to stay. I did not feel comfortable there.
