The property was so dirty and grungy, the lobby and windows were so dirty, the area is sketchy and they don’t mention they are attached to a beer store and some fried chicken spot.

We are in our 80's. 2nd floor room, no e l evator, no help, coffee only from 6.00 to 10.00 am. Room was clean & comfortable. Obviously upgrading.

Excellent people,good vibes and it has a store/deli. It was great.

No frills, easy check in, near highway. Looks like someone was working on a brake job in one of the spaces.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway while visiting with friends in Bristol. The hotel was quite full for the weekend, but amazingly quiet. Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was clean and pleasant to stay in, rates were reasonable. Room comes with microwave and mini-fridge, but no coffee maker. There is a coffee station available in the lobby from 6 - 10 a.m. Ice machine is also just off the lobby. Wawa convenience store is just across the street, and there are multiple dining options within a 5 - 10 minute drive. There is a sandwich and six-pack shop immediately adjacent to the property, but we didn't have opportunity to patronize it. Overall we had a really nice stay, and I would definitely recommend this facility for overnight and short-stay travelers.

Could be alot better. Alright for a one night stay solo. Sadly, when i arrived, amed was leaving due to some lady just dying. The bed was alright but it moved alot. Weird plastic semi metal bed frame. No breakfast. Parking is alright. Nothing special. But nothing too unbearable. I had a non smoking room, but literally outside my door and up n down the halls smelled like cigarettes.

It was clean enough for my family and great food on the premises!

The staff was very accommodating. The hot tub big and was definitely worth it. We will return again.

I was performing at the Silver lake nature center which was about 5 or 6 mi away and I needed a nice clean hotel to stay at in the evening. It seems like this motel had been upgraded and I was quite impressed with the room. Not only was the bed very comfortable with TV set was large and had a nice remote control. And had a nice bathtub which I took advantage of and you could adjust the heater to cool or heat at any temperature. In the morning there was a coffee machine in the lobby. The people working there were very nice and accommodating.

Staff was fantastic checking in and out! The room was clean except the microwave was dirty inside. The pillows was like pancakes, super flat but overall it was a nice room. I felt safe at the hotel. I would stay there again

Just a few minor things, the shower curtain was moldy, the bathroom sink didn't drain, the microwave had a very strong mold odor and there were a lot of ants in the room.

The room was very clean and accommodating, unfortunately the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. My daughter was constantly coughing and complaining about the smell.

This is a very dirty Motel, I wanted a place to stay not to drive home. The smell was bad in the hallways and in the room. I stayed less than 2 minutes and the gave back the key to the manager. Maybe is a motel for very low income individuals, but beside the income levels, everyone deserves a clean place. The owners do not care, but I will encourage you to sleep in your car instead.

We’ve stayed at this location a lot. Me and my husband were staying in a king smoking room, we had a horrible experience. Roaches were not shy, and many of them. The smoke on the walls , was starting to run down with the ac running. Smells like mildew, may have just been because raining but was really bad. I would’ve drove extra time to Philadelphia and pad more money to avoid this night stay experience.

Customer service was outstanding, representative was very professional, attentive and polite. The room smelled horrible from the smoke. Bed linen was filthy and has burn holes in blankets. Bathroom walls, sink and toilet were dirty, very disgusting odor in bathroom. Me and my daughter had to leave children in car while we disinfected room to our comfort to allow us to stay there. Trash was behind and on sides of beds. I assume ppl use the hotel for extended stays or are living there. Noise ALL night long, couple a few doors down we’re arguing and banging on doors the entire night. Air conditioning in room kept turning off- room became very stuffy and hot. We were going to extend our stay but opted to move to another hotel. Didn’t feel safe and or comfortable. Hotel needs to have a huge sanitation system and security on premises to deter rift rafts. Ppl were hanging on stairs and sitting along wall of parking lot. Not a good look for a tourist like myself-didn’t make me feel safe having my family there.

I would never stay here again. Bathroom door was broken. Light in the shower did not work. There was hair all over. There were people outside all night smoking and because the door was not sealed tightly the smoke was coming into our room. Do not stay here.

It wasn’t the best place, the room wasn’t even painted all the way. The power was out for a good portion of the day. The entryway to the rooms smelled horrible. The bed was just a mattress on a too small frame. There were also questionable people outside just sitting on the stairs.

Very clean and friendly people. Rooms small and no dressers but very clean and comfortable!

The site was filthy and the people were the most unfriendly staff I have ever dealt with. We did not stay. We found a new hotel.

Check-in was quick, easy and friendly. Room was clean and in good condition, bed was comfortable, I slept very well.

They staff is so rude it's unreal we stayed 3 nights the rooms r dirty not cleaned well at all and I would never stay there again

Front desk staff very accommodating and understanding . Very willing to work with you as long as you meet them halfway.

We arrived and the man at the desk showed me to a smoking room with a full size bed. I had paid online for a non smoking room with 2 full beds as I had 4 people, including people with asthma. I went back down to the front desk and the first guy told me I was wrong about what I had booked, I pulled up the confirmation and the second guy took over. They spoke to each other and eventually told me there was a room with a king bed and a roll away twin already in it, it was non smoking. I could take a look and have that room. They also said this was the ONLY room that would fit my family. Despite the fact that I had booked something else. The room was beyond disgusting. There were dead bugs on the door, living bugs in the bathroom. Stains on the rollaway. We squeezed us all into the king bed. There were cracks in the walls, which helpfully had paper towels & napkins sticking out of them. The fire extinguisher had a plastic bag over it making sure it couldnt do its job... My husband theorized its so someone could smoke but I have no clue. The website said this was a newly renovated hotel and had nice photos it was a complete fabrication. Neither room was nice nor looked like the renovated photos. The room we stayed in was atrocious.

The front desk was friendly. The room is tiny, only found one outlet to charge all the devices we had with kids. The toilet is in a terrible position, your knee touches the wall while you are sitting there, this was one of the worst experiences we had. The sheets looks clean, but have hair and the comfort is very dirty, have makeup, lotion, discussing. On the parking lot there are several weird people, even police and firefighters were here this night. I would never book here again, specially if you have kids. Don’t worth half of the price we paid.

People creeping around parking lot all through the night .Babies crying ,people creeping the hallways while hearing doors opening or trying to open .Probably nice people just the appearance Esp the bikes riding around the parking lot .Was this security ?

Clean and comfortable in walking distance to a Wawa and the Bristol farmers market that is open Thursday-Saturday

The property is near quite a few shopping centers. I didn’t like how noisy it was at night. It wasn’t guests it seemed to be staff that stayed on the property. The first night there was noise till 2 am

It was good. Nice and private. Nobody bothers you as long as you stay inside. But DO NOT go outside after dark. This is NOT a safe place for anyone from 7pm to 5am. It’s a dangerous area with dangerous people.

If you don't mind noise outside your room in parking lot bad people hanging out then give you best location for your bucks.
