It's very close to the city center and public transport. The staff were very helpful and friendly both upon arrival and throughout our stay. This is my second stay. On both occasions, the only problem I had was with the bathroom. There's a bathtub, but getting in and out is very difficult. It's both high and has a very slippery surface. We didn't experience any other problems.

Stayed at several hotels in Copenhagen and this was for sure not my favorite. A very cramped room on the top floor with a small attic window with curtains that couldn’t fully keep the light out in the morning. The pubic hair left in the bathrooom, the shower drain that flooded the floor, the shower gel/shampoo placed on the floor in the bathroom and the lacking comfort of the bed didn’t make it better. There’s no comfy hangout area in the hotel and the breakfast was not more than average. Prepared to give instant feedback, but only stayed one night and when checking out, no one asked me how the stay was.

Location is fantastic, and the property itself is appealing. I’m very glad I paid up for access to the executive club lounge-it was a great place to begin our day with a fabulous coffee from their top-notch Nespresso machine, or a glass of wine afterwards for free. The room itself could have benefitted from more storage. Sadly, my in-room Nespresso machine was not working. One thing to note-there is no way to get into the hotel without stairs. For most it is no big deal but my wife has mobility issues, so it was a small challenge coming and going. Overall though I enjoyed my stay there.
