The only issue I had was we were suppose to have a king size bed and requested a balcony. Both these things were not provided. Seemed like we had a standard room but paid for a deluxe room. We also were lead to believe that you could get coffee 24/7 for free at the bar/restaurant, which was not the case. Other than that everything else was perfect. Staff was especially helpful and efficient. Thank you Hôtel Westminster for a great week.

Super hyggeligt hotel i gammel irsk/skotsk stil. Meget hjælpsomt personale, lækre værelser, dejlig morgenmad og god bar. Hotellet er godt placeret i centrum af paris i gåafstand til Louvre og parken. Med lidt god vilje kan man også gå til øvrige atraktioner, ellers er metro også tæt på.

Le petit déjeuner était plutôt copieux mais il manquait des fruits secs et des produits sans lactose. Il m'a fallu réclamer les produits sans gluten mais ils étaient variés. Il faudrait prévoir du gel hydroalcoolique dans la salle du petit déjeuner puisqu'on est obligés de manipuler les mêmes cuillères. C'est dommage que le hammam ne fonctionnait pas. Le sauna est très petit mais nous y étions seuls.

If you're considering staying at this hotel, please read this first. Let me start with the reception staff—they are extremely unfriendly and indifferent, as if they're being forced to work. An hour after we checked into our room, a cleaning staff member entered without knocking. We stayed for three days, and our room was never cleaned. We left the hotel at 10 a.m. and returned around 4-5 p.m., and only once, after we got back around 5 p.m., did they knock on our door and shamelessly ask, "Do you need cleaning?" Additionally, it’s impossible to even find water in the room because you need to call room service to order it, which is charged separately. On top of that, you also have to pay a service fee for room service. Over the course of three days, I spent €100 on water alone. Instead of focusing on guest satisfaction, their sole goal seems to be figuring out how to charge you more. There is no soundproofing in the rooms. We kept waking up from the noise of people walking in the room above us because the ceiling is made of false panels that flex with every step, making it feel unsafe. If you want to order food from room service, it's very difficult to get in touch with them—you often have to try several times. Even when we managed to place an order, the food was terrible, and it was 1.5 times more expensive than the nearby restaurants. Overall, for a hotel with a nightly rate of €1,100 for a suite, we didn’t even get the level of service you’d expect from a €200

The staff were very professional and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large and clean with a big mirror. The entire hotel is a bit dated and the bathroom door in our room didn't close properly but those are minor issues. The space was also as advertised which is commendable.

Very nice hotel and helpful staff but night turn down service never happened and even though requested room cleaned , it never happened on two occasions. Was left with a dirty room, no water and no towels two days in a row. Staff caught changing the sign on door to make up room. Left room at 9am and wasn’t done at 5pm then left again returned room 10pm and still not done despite assurances. Not what you want at the end of a long day

Excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was spotless! Only issue was there was only one hanging closet in the room. Nowhere to put our clothes such as a chest of drawers or shelves in the closet.

Room was tiny and terrible; not even a relaxing chair to sit in to read a book. No towels in bathroom first day I stayed. I called front desk and asked them to send but they never did. Front desk staff not friendly. Concierge staff was good.

Beautiful hotel on street with all luxury brand jewelry stores. Taxi stand out front. Room was clean and pretty but my view was interior with noisy heating and cooling machines in a small courtyard. I didnt pay for the cheapest room they have so this was a big disappointment. Not sure i wouls return due to the room they put me in - for 8 nights. I also could hear the people in the room above me - talking and walking- annoying.

Sadly the ac in the room was not working during the heatwave they did issue a refund, they never refilled the minibar and there is o ac in the corridors which less than ideal while waiting on the elevator. Staff is friendly bit hotel is quite disorganized

Very interesting experience. Location is great, beautiful hotel but outside of that, the hotel amemories itself needed some work. Our shower barely had any water pressure, the doorknob broke from the inside to the hallway to the bathroom so we had to call maintenance to let us out of the room.

Very disappointed in this hotel. As a frequent traveler to Paris I was looking forward to our stay at this hotel, due to location and room description. We chose the Executive Room due to the size of the room and the large bed as we were staying in Paris for 8 nights. The room was nice however my husband and I were very disappointed that we were given a room with TWO TWIN BEDS. We were on our anniversary trip and the room was not what we paid for or expected. Having paid almost 600.00 a night for twin beds hurt deeply. We also were not given our room until 45 minutes after checkin time due to an “issue” with housekeeping. This kind of customer service is not acceptable when booking at a high end hotel such as Hotel Westminister.

I was promised by the General Manager Yves that my children, the youngest being 10, would be no more than three meters away. While disappointed I understood. However, when we arrived and were taken to our rooms, we were many meters away down the hall around the corner past the staircase and elevators. The front desk was rude, for example my husband asked for change for a 20 Euro for tipping the doorman, etc. The front desk clerk giggled ha and said you want change? Then there was our room, they had to find a fan downstairs because the air conditioner, only in our room was not cooling properly. While the hotel was beautifully appointed, clean, and in a nice area you could tell they were struggling. They did not have a restaurant except for breakfast. He then said we will give you a discount, which he did NOT. We were not asking for one we just wanted what we paid for. The doorman were the sweet ones. Oh forgot about my husband ordered room service and an hour and a half later when we had to leave canceled it. Then they tried to leave it in our room. We have been so looking for toward Paris and other than this experience Paris was beautiful.

Absolutely amazing hotel in the heart of Paris next to Palace Vendome. The room was superb , we were upgraded to the best suite in the hotel and it was just wow… Throughly enjoyed the stay Walid the receptionist / concierge was outstanding , very helpful and knowledgeable.

The location and condition of the property is very good. The rooms are generous and well appointed. The staff could use more training- e.g. the fire alarm went off at midnight for a deafening 6-7 minutes. No one answered the phone during that time when I tried to see if I should leave the room. Twenty minutes later someone answered and said there was a technical issue. No one came up to the floor to say all was ok. Most guests were not happy at breakfast in the morning. Finally almost 18 hours later a note of apology was placed under the room door. Other examples where you relate a request- no one makes note of it do it doesn’t happen etc.

Hotel Westminster is a beautiful boutique hotel in the perfect location in Paris. The decor embraces the traditional charm of Paris. The manager as well as those who work at the hotel were very attentive to our needs, checking in when the opportunity arose, and wanted to make sure every detail was attended to. The breakfast was wonderful! Upon our arrival we were given an upgrade which made our week long stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay at Hotel Westminster on our next trip to Paris! HW is a great place in a central part of town near Place Vendome. We liked everything about it except the shower, which was in the high bathtub with only partial glass partition to keep water off the floor. The staff were unfailingly friendly and polite. The breakfast was excellent too. I think it is a four star hotel, but seems like five and would recommend it strongly. The most outstanding feature was the friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel and very kind staff who are happy to help. My one critique is the room service food is not 5 star like the rest of hotel. For the room service prices and location I expected better food. The foods presentation was amazing but food taste was mediocre. Location is absolutely perfect, safe and in a very walkable area. I will definitely be back to stay here.
