Very helpful and friendly staff.

Safety is a significant issue. Two young women in their 20s were knocking on our door in the middle of the night and would not announce themselves. They did this multiple times. Our room phone was not working so I called the front from my cell. I reported this to the front desk who then said the women accused me knocking on THEIR door. they also said I was disturbing their sleep yet they were fully dressed and I was in pajamas. I asked the police be called and review the security footage. At my age, and my elderly mother’s age, to have screaming match with two young, strange women is asinine and dangerous. Police should have been called and the security cameras reviewed. It’s my opinion they were looking to rob someone or God knows what else.

Clean room and friendly staff. Great location. Good breakfast.

Room is good size for a boutique hotel at a prime location in Paris, easy access to shopping district. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
