Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof und ist somit öffentlich und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Eine Parkgarage ist vorhanden, bei der es auch eine Vergünstigung gibt, wenn man Gast des Hotels ist. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber, farbenfroh und stylisch. Das einzige Manko ist, dass die Beleuchtung im Zimmer etwas stärker bzw. intensiver sein könnte. Außerdem befindet sich im Hotel das Neni Restaurant, in welchem wir am Abend ausgezeichnet gegessen haben. Der Service war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist eine klare Empfehlung!

Stayed here twice now and really like it. Good rooms, front desk staff are excellant, location is great. Only negative is the service in the bar, it’s a sketch show! The bar is really nice, the drinks are good but someone needs to do some bar service training. I would recommend and stay here again however because you don’t go to Paris to sit in the hotel bar

Eclectic furnishings added charm to hotel. Fun to stay. Negative: limited elevator service since one was out of order, leaving only one from lobby. Check in was quick and easy with very friendly staff. Room was clean and refreshed each day. Convenient to trains and Metro. Road construction outside was noisy but double pane windows eliminated it; just too noisy to stay for long on balcony.

The service from this hotel is exceptional with all members of staff being helpful. I would happily return. The rooms are soundproof and the bed is extremely comfortable. The housekeeping is brilliant! We had a few challenges though when staying for a week- the first being half way through the stay when the hot water stopped for some rooms on the 5th floor so couldn’t use sink or shower. The staff offered a room move to a lower floor which I declined as still had days left and had unpacked or to use a shower in another floor while it was being fixed. It was fixed in a day but was an inconvenience considering the price paid for the room and having to walk with wash bags through the corridors and then discovering the room only had one set of towels so had to go find more. The lifts were also broken multiple days we were there which led to front desk staff carrying our bags down the stairs which was very much appreciated but shouldn’t be needed. I appreciate it’s an old building but this seems to be a regular occurrence which puts additional strain on the staff.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gemütliche individuelle Einrichtung mit sehr vielen schönen Details. Lage am Gare du Nord perfekt für die Anreise mit dem Zug. Trotzdem nachts leise. Einzig die Sauberkeit im Zimmer hätte besser sein können (Haare auf Bettzeug und unter Spannbettlaken Chipsreste vom Vorgänger)

My overall stay was okay, I enjoyed the decor, the vibes, and the restaurant especially, the staff there was very nice, but I must highlight two things. The upon arrival the check-in process was a bit slow, and I did not find the personnel too friendly I must admit, perfectly polite and everything but not as enthusiastic or warm as they could have been, I appreciate it is fashion week and it IS busy, but I did notice that. Another important and more critical point for me is that the cleanliness of the room could have been definitely better. I found a hair in my bed, the room felt dusty and the floors were not super clean tbh, also the fact that a mere pair of slippers were not provided was a complete let down, I thought the class was 4 stars. So kind of dirty floors and I am supposed to be walking on them barefoot, not an exciting proposition if you ask me. Finally, I found the walls sort of thin so the sound carried quite a bit but I had ear plugs so I could sleep in the end. It was a one night stay that I paid 280 euros so it felt a bit underwhelming but not tragic.

Surrounding area was not good… drug deals right outside the hotel room. Also the corners of our room looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while… carpet and dust and hairs not a great mix

The room itself was quiet enough but definitely could do with a good clean - the light in the room has a cord that hangs from the ceiling which is caked in dust; the floors need a good mop, my feet were black from walking on them. The hallways in the property are narrow and winding, with poor lighting - it would be great to improve this. The area itself is a bit sketchy and very busy in the evenings and night - I didn’t always feel safe as a solo female traveller however it was convenient as it was opposite Gare du Nord, and a short walk to Montemarte. Staff are lovely and welcoming; always willing to help and always say hello. A must visit for brunch is HolyBelly - not far and incredible food!!

We had another fabulous stay at 25 Hours! We love coming to this hotel, it’s beautiful- the room was enormous and had the most incredible view of Gare du Nord. The staff who checked us in were extremely friendly and welcoming. We can’t remember his name- but shout out for making us feel so welcome. It’s in a great location for exploring different parts of the city and accessing public transport. I’m sure we’ll be back again!

The room itself was very spacious given Paris standards and the convenience of being in front of gare du Nord was the main reason for our stay. Their check in time is also earlier which I appreciated and staff was very friendly. My only disappointment is that I thought my booking had an outward facing view of the station but we were booked in a room facing the inward courtyard. Not the biggest issue but it was due to the older classifications of rooms that have since been adjusted on Expedia at the time of writing.

I’ve stayed in a few places in Paris and booked this fairly last minute for convenience arriving by Eurostar. I was expecting it to be close, but was honestly shocked at how close it was! Hopped off the train straight to check in - very welcome in a heat wave! Booked medium room with terrace which was huge by Paris standards. Open shower to the room though, which is worth knowing in case sharing with someone you’re not willing to shower in front of! Metro right outside but walkable to a lot of things. Amazing black out blinds, a bit of traffic noise but nothing too bad. It’s a main railway station so just be aware that there are nicer areas to stay in Paris and every city’s main stations are the same, but for the convenience, comfort, and cleanliness, if definitely stay here again.

ich mag die Lage in Paris, ich mag die Ausstattung. Leider war das Bad nicht richtig sauber und ein Handtuch hatte unschöne Flecken. Besonders negativ war, dass auf keinem Zimmer das WLAN länger als 15 Sekunden funktionierte. Die Einrichtung selbst ist sehr schön.

Der Check In war super und der Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Und das Zimmmer war super und sehr innovativ und kreativ gestaltet. Aber der Check Out war eine Katastrophe. Ich habe ca. eine halbe Stunde gewartet und zwischendurch hat sich eine Dame vorgedrängelt mit den Worten „I have a special status“. Das geht alles gar nicht. Sehr schade. Damit wurde viel kaputt gemacht

I was visiting Paris with 2 colleagues. We had a great time during the days and much was because the great initial impression we got by our hotel and them accommodating us in various ways. Special shout-outs to their frontdesk organiser MD, who went over and beyond to make our stay as good as it could possibly be. The hotel should be very happy to have someone as MD as one single person really could make a significant difference for someone's experience in Paris. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good, convenient and problem-free stay in Paris.

The staff at the front desk were amazing. Everyone was so friendly when we checked in and checked out and when we purchased something from the gift shop. The hotel was conveniently located to Gare de Nord train station, and there a bunch of restaurants near by to walk to. The rooms were clean and we loved the decor. It was a really excellent hotel to stay in and we can’t wait to stay again! Thank you for the great stay!

Things started out bumpy as I arrived and the front desk person was unfriendly and not personable. I was immediately told I would not be getting a room upgrade as all rooms were booked. No apology or explanation just, “we’ll get you next time!” as if I’m in Paris all the time. Baffling is the only word that comes to mind with her demeanor and attitude. Regardless, a day later a notice was slipped into my room to come to the front desk to discuss my check in. I was offered my room upgrade - suddenly rooms were available - and a free drink. It was a bit of a nuisance to have to pack everything up to move after I had settled in but the new room was quite lovely. Everything is clean and the decor is quite eclectic. There’s a nice restaurant and bar onsite. Location is directly across from Gare Du Nord station and there are plenty of food options all around. Sacre Coeur, Montmartre is just a 15-20 mins walk away. Brassiere Bellanger a great restaurant is a few mins walk as well. Sasa at the front desk is very welcoming l, warm, helpful and knowledgeable so he made up for the first person I encountered. Aside from that one hiccup in the beginning I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient for Gare Du Nord railway station right across the road. Lobby is extremely busy , probably lots of short term bookings , breakfast was OK, comfortable bed, great for a short stay.

The decor is multi colour and not calming but it’s different. Room was quiet. Shower was great though the toiletries were average. No hair conditioner. Breakfast seating was too low in tub chairs. The buffet was good but nothing special. Cooked food and the yoghurt were ordinary for the €28 charged.

This is a wonderful hotel. I stayed with them for over a month on business and stayed an additional few days for pleasure. The staff is friendly and the onsite restaurant is wonderful! I highly recommend the vegan desert. (Even my non-vegan friends loved it!)

Staff were friendly and room was very good. The restaurant we were told we could have a drink before our. booking but when we went to the restaurant we were told it was closed. The person we spoke to was rude. We cancelled our booking at the restaurant and went next door for drinks and dinner and had a great night.

We stayed at the 25hrs hotel due to proximity to the Eurostar. It's always a lovely stay, with a comfy bed and good facilities. We also love Neni which does fantastic food and the bar is a nice setting to have a couple of cocktails. Very much recommend staying here for a stay on Paris!

We love the 25Hours hotels, particularly in Florence. The Paris Hotel has the same inventive approach to decor and finishings. The location is great if you're connecting through Gare du Nord, and it's convenient to all attractions in north Paris. The in-house restaurant, Neni, was a real treat. It's casual, the food was excellent and we had a view of the station. Our room was well appointed, with a serviceable desk, a good safe (held my laptop with a mm to spare), a good shower and a balcony (which is often hard to find in Paris). Our only issue was street noise. That can be an issue in any large city, but it was more noticeable for us this trip. We had a room facing Bd de Denain, and the sound of night life in Paris (shouting, traffic, the occasional dispute) was intrusive. Obviously that's not on 25Hours and there is nothing they can do about the noise, but when we return we'll ask if there are rooms that don't face Bd de Denain or Pl Napoleon III.
