Absolutely love this hotel. Modern, clean, air conditioned with a spa, bar and rooftop restaurant. 5 minute walk to multiple metro stations as well as Sacre Coeur. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Location was wonderful. View fabulous. Rm 306 has view of Tower. We chose this hotel because of rooftop view. Big disappointment that evening we planned to be at rooftop access was closed to public for private event. Be aware this can happen if only spending few nights there. Staff was VERY helpful. Man from Columbia was especially helpful. A great place to stay. They helped with bookings for attractions

I have travelled a lot. This might be the best city hotel ever. Befote we even arrived, the hotel provided a warm welcone and the service only went higher during our stay. Bonus points for the onsite & affordable spa, bar, & restaurant

Customer service was 10/10 best I have ever received at any hotel. Rooftop bar was spectacular, location of hotel was really nice, so beautiful. Room really nice too! Everything was perfect. The staff that stood out was Johan, he was super attentive and kind, really nice helpful person. There was another really helpful guy with long hair and beard. But everyone was amazing.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. Super modern and very friendly and helpful team. The terrace bar with view over Paris was fantastic.My husband celebrated his birthday while we were there. they gifted a bottle of wine with a lovely note in our room which was a very nice touch. Close to multiple metro stations, lots of nice bars and restaurants in an area we felt very safe. It’s a great spot. Only scored a 4 in a couple of places as the fitness room was tiny. Spin bike and some free weights but no real space to work out. We were advised the yoga studio is closed for summer as there was some construction happing.

We stayed one night at Terrass and had a wonderful time. The staff were all very friendly. Great location, walkable to Sacre Coeur and the wonderful streets and art scene of Montmartre. The rooftop bar was nice, but busy and doesn’t take reservations. The rooftop restaurant had good food with a lovely view! There is also a parking garage you can choose to use if necessary for a small fee, great bonus in Paris.

This hotel was really pretty and the staff was incredible. I wouldn’t waste money on their “spa” and we had some plumbing issues but overall it was a great experience. It is in a perfect area and the rooftop bar/restaurant was beautiful.

We had a balcony room with a view of the Eiffel Tower - more a glimpse, really, and the balcony door was broken so we couldn’t use it….on that basis, I don’t know that the view/balcony was worth the extra cost. Spotlessly clean and housekeeping did a brilliant job of maintaining the room during our stay. Close to dozens of restaurants, bars, boulangeries and sights in Montmartre. We filled three busy but relaxing days without leaving the butte. It was a little noisy at night as we expected in a location like this, but basic earplugs meant we had a great sleep every night. Our only criticism is the rooftop bar and restaurant - while the view is magnificent, the staff seem to seat people (especially hotel guests perhaps?) in the back corner, as far as possible from the outlook. The service was very poor, our only experience of the stereotypical rude French staff. Very expensive for average quality food and drink - with so many other options locally, don’t bother.

Second time staying at Terrass. No VIP (platinum) extras whatsoever, last time we stayed here we at least got a complementary bottle of wine. Property seemed less clean, we found many stray hairs in bathroom and even on our bed. Dining /drink options at rooftop bar were lacking.

My first impression was not good because the lobby furniture and rug were dirty and tired looking and the hotel room had an unpleasant smell, but we opened the doors and aired the room and it was fine. All of the staff were so nice and the restaurant and rooftop bar were great. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location! Inexperienced staff. Dismal room service and a tragic lack of proper concierge services. For example, how to get great tickets, get last-minute reservations, suggest the hidden gems, etc. Very clean and perfect for a visitor who has their days well-planned already. As a seasoned Canadian world traveller, I was shocked by the disconnect of this vibrant, polite, well-intended staff of twenty-somethings with skills for a hostel or chain hotel, but lacking for the Terrass. Excellent english skills by everyone, however. The dining experience was okay, but the restaurant became a selection of appetizers and tacos on the open air bar at night. I wish the front desk has experience to suggest an alternate or even get a car. Expect to self-serve and Uber here. The view from our room was good, the neighborhood is upbeat with some decent restaurants nearby. We loved the little patio and the large double windows we could open and look out. The bathrooms were modern and clean with frosted glass panels set in metal frames. Unfortunately, the showers only offer a hand-held sprayer with low pressure. The heated towel rack and oversize towels were great. The bedding was very good with high quality, clean sheets and comfortable beds. This was a plus. TV options were limited to local cable channels and the Chromecast didn’t work for us, so bring a book or iPad. The rooms are generous with great furniture and artistic elements. It was nice how clean things were.

The hotel was in a great location in Montmartre. The accommodations were a bit tight but comfortable, and the staff was terrific. The rooftop restaurant and bar were great, with a fantastic view, but a bit pricey. The only issue was that the shower water wasn't hot; it was warm, but not hot. Our friends in the other room said the same. However, this would not deter me from staying again. Overall, a great place to stay in Paris!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Terrass’ Hotel. Our room had a balcony with beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower, which made mornings and evenings especially memorable. My son stayed at the hotel with 3 friends and absolutely adored it. They did everything they could to make his stay perfect. My son said it was the nicest hotel he’s ever stayed in and everyone was helpful and kind. In particular one of the staff called David went out of his way to make their stay perfect. The rooms were gorgeous and had everything you needed. The location was perfect and had great cafes and restaurants and transportation. No wonder the hotel has fantastic reviews and if you want a gorgeous hotel in Paris, then this is the one for you

Je me faisait une joie de venir dans cet hôtel,j'ai été bien accueilli avec un thé,la chambre et plutôt confortable, je pensais avoir une bouteille d'eau pour un hôtel ****mais il a un mini bar payant..(on m'a fait part aprés que la bouteille d'eau offerte ce trouve dans le mini bar c'est ballot) salle de bain tout confort mais on a dû mal avec le mitigeur à trouver la temperature la plus chaude ,de plus il manquait un morceau dans la douche qui trainait dans la chambre /J'ai eu la chambre 201donnant sur la rue bruyante bof...j'ai trés peu dormi ;mais l'expérience la plus horrible ça été au petit déjeuner pas de bonjour ..j'ai donné mon nom et mon numéro de chambre, je me suis trompée j'ai dit 2021 au lieu de 2001,le grand monsieur à lunette m'a fait remarqué sur un ton sec que ce numéro n'existait pas ,je sors ma carte et lui épelle mon nom ,tout le long de mes déplacements au PDJ j'étais suivi par cette personne, je lui demande si il m'a bien trouvé il me répond oui ;mais quand je fus parti, il me ratrappa prés de l'ascenseur et me demandant toujours d'un ton péremtoire d'écrire mon nom /mon numéro de chambre et me demanda de signer la facture c'était génant;discriminant et non professionel Surtout qu'il avait tout les infos il m'a pris pour ce que je suis pas ,je n'ai pas trouvé de chocolat chaud,de jus frais préssé sur place,très bof des viennoiserie indiustriels pour un petit déjeuner à 29euros un service et acceuil comme j'ai reçu n'en vaut pas la peine.

Beautiful location! Inexperienced staff. Dismal room service and a tragic lack of proper concierge services. For example, how to get great tickets, get last-minute reservations, suggest the hidden gems, etc. Very clean and perfect for a visitor who has their days well-planned already. As a seasoned Canadian world traveller, I was shocked by the disconnect of this vibrant, polite, well-intended staff of twenty-somethings with skills for a hostel or chain hotel, but lacking for the Terrass. Excellent english skills by everyone, however. The dining experience was okay, but the restaurant became a selection of appetizers and tacos on the open air bar at night. I wish the front desk has experience to suggest an alternate or even get a car. Expect to self-serve and Uber here. The view from our room was good, the neighborhood is upbeat with some decent restaurants nearby. We loved the little patio and the large double windows we could open and look out. The bathrooms were modern and clean with frosted glass panels set in metal frames. Unfortunately, the showers only offer a hand-held sprayer with low pressure. The heated towel rack and oversize towels were great. The bedding was very good with high quality, clean sheets and comfortable beds. This was a plus. TV options were limited to local cable channels and the Chromecast didn’t work for us, so bring a book or iPad. The rooms are generous with great furniture and artistic elements. It was nice how clean things were.

Customer service was 10/10 best I have ever received at any hotel. Rooftop bar was spectacular, location of hotel was really nice, so beautiful. Room really nice too! Everything was perfect. The staff that stood out was Johan, he was super attentive and kind, really nice helpful person. There was another really helpful guy with long hair and beard. But everyone was amazing.

Couldn't ask for a more perfect spot in Monmartre! The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were in fantastic shape, and the location can't be beat. We were in walking distance from many favorite Monmartre restaurants and able to take our pick of metro lines to get elsewhere in the city. The staff made it easy on us by speaking English at the front desk, too!

Wonderful hotel with great staff, amenities and location. We especially like all the little details in the rooms, the soft beds and even the lobby has some chic. Everything you need is on Rue Abesses and two useful metro stations are very close. Book the suite with Eiffel Tower views for one of the best value rooms in Paris. We always stay here now.

Overall, the location of the Terrass Hotel is great in Montmartre. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It is great to get a the real Parisian feel. However, it is not the closest hotel for the major tourist sites. While you may save money due to the location, you will have to spend time and money to get around Paris by taxi or Metro. The Hotel staff was great. The Hotel provides more of a “Bohemian” feel and is geared for a more independent traveller. Overall, it is a good place to stay and a great value.

The pillows were not the most comfortable but in general the hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Even when they didn't understand what american self was asking for they really made and effort. The breakfast was great and the roof top bar is a vibe. The drinks and food were good too. The area is really cool and super close to a lot of stuff.

Cute boutique hotel in a great neighborhood with lots of shopping and dining options. Staff was very friendly, providing many welcome and birthday gifts, and rooms were clean. We booked the penthouse which had amazing views and was very large. However, the service elevator is right next to the wall where the bed is and was super loud and sounds like loud banging metal noises all day long. The actual elevators for the guests were down on two separate days. We had to take eight flights of stairs to get to our room and they did not offer the service elevator for guests to use. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. No water bottles offered in the room. Water in the shower does not get hot. Make sure to stock up at a nearby grocery store. Shower water never gets hot, just warm and it takes about 5-10 minutes to warm up. Breakfast was basic. Pastries, scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, bread, juice. Coffee comes from a machine. Nothing custom or from a menu could be ordered for breakfast. Would suggest a quick walk to one of the many cafes instead.

Staff recognized us every time we came in. The restaurant was the biggest plus for breakfast, mourning coffee, cocktails and dinner with the best view in all Paris. Rooms were good size for Paris. The location of the Terrass Hotel is perfect! Easy access to the metro and just down the street from so many shops and cafes. Hotel room was very nice and the service was excellent. Lobby is acceptable (furniture could use a refresh). Staff is courteous, but not super friendly. Roof restaurant is a must see whether you eat or drink....at least go up for the view and a picture. We had Sunday brunch and it was disappointing. Staff were not helpful with drinks (self serve) and the food was just ok for the whopping charge. We would definitely stay here again especially with the room upgrade, and go to the roof for a cocktail.

The views from the restaurant for breakfast are wonderful. The breakfast was spectacular and I would go back just to have it again. The room was clean and decorated in a nice way. The area is walkable (15 mins to Sacre Coeur) and there are lots of restaurants and little shops nearby. The staff was quite responsive to requests and that was appreciated.

Overall hotel was very good. Staff was super friendly, room was clean, location was good. The only caveat is I requested and paid for 2 separate beds but was given the room with 2 twin beds together that could not be separated due to the size of the room

Highly recommend this hotel in Monmartre! The hotel is located in a nice location of the area. Easy walking to the sights. The staff is very accommodating and very nice. Comfortable bed and room. Great terrace bar with wonderful views of Paris. The restaurant is very good as well.
