Recoomend this hotel, staff helpful and friendly. Room fair size, clean and with large rainfall shower, bed very comfortable. Comes with fridge and free safe. Had issue with our fridge light and reception girl couldn’t be more helpful. Great location, Duliex metro opposite hotel and easy to walk to Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was limited but had the usual pastries and had scrambled egg, bacon, baked beans, toast and cold meats and some fruit. Staff super friendly. There is no actual bar in the hotel, but alcohol is in fridges in breakfast room if required. Overall, we couldn’t fault it.

3 night stay , the hotel has a 4 star rating which in my opinion is not worthy. The breakfast is poor , the staff in friendly and rude. The bed and pillows very poor quality. The bar shut yesterday and never any staff to get a drink.

This hotel was very nice. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and always endeavoured to assist when asked. The lobby was pleasant and inviting, the room we had (a premium room with a view of the Eiffel Tower) was very nicely furnished. The elevator that we were required to use (in order to access the 4th floor and above) was frustratingly slow and seemed to work randomly. The other elevator that had access to the 3rd floor and down to the gym was much more modern so hopefully the hotel are planning to upgrade the poorer version to match this. The gym itself was small and mainly cardio focussed with working and modern machines, some free weights or bars would have been a good addition. In our room, the television was large and modern. Frustratingly it was a smart TV with all the smart features disabled. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and fitted with a combination shower and bath. The complimentary soft drinks provided in the room’s fridge were a pleasant surprise and the selection of teas were good.

Location is very close to the Eiffel Tower and walkable distance to many touristy places. The room was small but of an acceptable size. However, the condition of the hotel is visibly very worn and would not hurt from a refurbishment. The worst part was the elevator (the hotel has just one), whose door was constantly malfunctioning -- not closing on the first attempt and sometimes took up to 8 attempts to close, given we were with a baby stroller, which made it frustrating and impossible to use the stairs. Overall, I'd say decent choice if you only spend the night in the room and just need a place to sleep.

水壓足夠而且水夠熱，但沒有漱口杯，而且飲水杯都沒有，需要到前台要求服務員提供，浴室嘅紙巾，住咗五晚，只添加過一次，另外張床褥比較遠枕頭唔係好夠高地氈嘅質素比較舊好多污漬，同埋淋浴間嘅玻璃擋不住水，所以水由企缸流到門外。

This hotel is perfect for what we needed. A short walk towards the Eifel Tower and its surrounding area. Had a lot of great restaurants including the Boulangeries ( Bakeries) that are popular in Paris! They cleaned our room daily without any extra fees. All in all a great experience.

We had items taken from our luggage and the hotel has refused to take any responsibility This is not about the value of the items but the principle and we were able to illustrate where our items were because we had an air tag in the bag that was stolen and could show an address in Paris! Staffs were very friendly, helpful and pleasant especially the young girl that works at the check in desk in the mornings and the asian girl that works in the breakfast area. They both deserve a recognition for putting the guests at ease with their beautiful personality. Train station is right in front of the hotel and it is literally a 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Great place to stay.

Amazing hotel for the price!! Such good location, 10 min walk from Eiffel Tower and metro line across the street. Such great eating places next door and we got a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower from our room without request in a standard twin room. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Place was so clean and smelt amazing like a spa as u walked in. Staff was so friendly and super helpful!!
