We liked the free coffee and tea provided throughout the day. The hotel was well located and service staff were friendly. The housekeeping could have been a bit more frequent; once a week housekeeping for long-stayers is not as ideal.

The elevator was out-of-order so walking up from the -4 parking garage was a bit of a hike. The room was clean and pleasant, with ample space in the fridge. Also, the most comfortable pillows in Europe.

Séjour court (1 nuit) mais très agréable. Situé dans un quartier de Paris très sympa. Notre chambre/appartement était très bien équipé, très propre. Très bonne literie. Petit bémol il était adapté pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, ce qui n'est pas notre cas, et la réceptionniste aurait peut-être dû nous prévenir. De plus, nous avions choisi cet établissement car il propose un parking mais, renseignement pris, les dimensions de notre véhicule était trop grandes pour pouvoir y accéder :-(

Bra läge, helt ok rum med kitchenette även om slitet och ingen AC. Inget bord att äta vid i rummet mer än ett skrivbord och extrastolar men det funkade för våra två dagar. Dyr parkering och skippade frukost då bageriet ligger precis utanför. Gott och gratis kaffe uppskattade vi mycket.

I really enjoyed this property. It was nice to be very close to the metro, and lots of restaurants near! The staff was lovely and even gave us a popsicle when we checked in. We used the laundry room and when we had questions we used the phone to call the front desk and they helped us. They were very friendly! Our room was also really nice and clean.

Los apartamentos estan situados en una zona accesible gracias al transporte, principalmente el metro; en cuanto a establecimientos de comida hay algunos que son buenos y cierran tarde. En relación a comercios encuentras mini super cercanos para realizar compras. El apartamento muy cómodo, cuenta con dos habitaciones ideal para viajar en familia, ademas de que brinda todo lo necesario para que puedas cocinar. Tienen lavanderia y estacionamiento. Hubiera sido excelente si aumentaran la limpieza al menos cada tercer día. Gracias!!!

it must be borne in mind that the property is undergoing a refurbishment at the moment, hence the low score for 'property condition'. That aside, it is an excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the reception team speak very good English. There is a Monoprix, patisserie, boulangerie, and Metro station all within a one-minute walk from the hotel, so the local facilities are excellent. I would make a couple of comments for future improvements: 1. There is no wash-hand basin in the toilet, which means you have to turn off the light and open the door with unclean hands. This is a potential health hazard. 2. There is a fire alarm just over the cooker, which might be set off by ordinary cooking fumes. There actually was a fire alarm set off while we were there, but no fire, so getting rid of the alarms near the cookers might be a good idea. 3. There is only one plug socket in the kitchen area, meaning that you cannot boil the kettle and use the toaster at the same time. A two-way adaptor would be a useful addition to the facilities. We have stayed here in the past and will definitely stay again, and look forward to seeing the hotel once it has been refurbished.

It was not so good. They have 2 blocks. Reception was in block 1 and our room was in block 2. Our car was parked in block 1 as well as the hotel parking is there. We would have to go to block 1 reception first to switch elevators and then go to our car. Secondly, we booked Double/Queen bed and they had only 2 twin beds on our check in, which was very much frustrating as they rudely said yes you booked it double and we dont have it. I asked thm they could have messaged me via Expedia to inform this so I could cancel and book elsewhere. Just being Parisians.

Un apartamento amplio, bien amueblado y con electrodomésticos. Frigo pequeño pero con lavavajillas. Secador bueno y hasta plancha y tabla para la ropa. El dormitorio muy cómodo, y el sofá con 2 camas independientes estaba bien. Bien comunicado en metro, bus y andando. Lo mejor: el servicio de café/te gratis 24h. El problema era el ruido de la ventilación del baño. Todo (sábanas, cubiertos, vasos) más o menos limpio, muebles y cortinas con signos de uso, pero bien. Lo peor: ventanas sucias y las toallas con manchas anteriores (óxido, tinte, pintalabios o algo asi).

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff who are welcoming and informative. Room was a good size, lovely view. The only downside was the cleansiness of room was slightly lacking. Upon arrival the room had a stale smell which made the room feel unclean. It could have done with airing out and freshing up with a final sprucing around.

Staff were lovely and helpful, quite far from the centre of Paris and all the main attractions. Room wasn't very clean, floors dirty and towels stained(We did get cleaner ones), Friday night very noisy rest of nights fine.

Great hotel! We had a 5 night comfortable stay. Hotel is short walk to Parmentier, St. Ambroise and Oberkampf Metro stations. Close to two supermarkets. Lots of great restaurants within short walking distance. Room was newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Stayed on the 4th floor where it was very quiet. The kitchenette was great and came stocked with glasses and dishes.

The metro is literally across the road so perfect to get around Paris. A lovely and less touristy area so you really get a feel of France when walking around. Great rest bite from the hectic city centre. The hotel room itself suited our needs and was clean and a great size. I do wish the toilet had been in the actual bathroom or there had been at least a sink in the room with the toilet. Also, after a long day we would have liked to watch a bit of TV but there was no option for English subtitles so we couldn’t follow along with anything.

This hotel was super clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Lea at the front desk was so super friendly and helpful and she always kept a smile on her face. All of the front desk staff spoke English which was great for me since I only speak English(from America-NYC)and the room we stayed in was nice and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Love that the room had a kitchen with stove, sink, and microwave(microwave took longer than usual to heat up food but still worked). It also had plates and utensils. There is a living room with 2 very comfortable pull out twin beds and the bedroom had a full or queen size bed. Sorry, I forgot the size but it fit 2 people comfortably. There is a wash room with just the shower/tub and a sink and a toilet room with just the toilet. I loved everything about this hotel, the room, the service, staff, area, transportation(right across the street from the metro and the bus stops right in front of the hotel, and they do uber cabs and uber eats there as well). The things that I had an issue with were the toilet getting clogged up (twice) and for me, I had 2 children in the room (7 and 9) but the windows open up so wide that if your not careful and don’t keep them locked and watch your children, a child can possibly fall out of the window being curious or just playing around. Other than that our stay was great. Also, the restaurant near the hotel, Les Anemones Cafe Bistrot was amazing. The food was super great and fresh, ask for Muhammad.

it must be borne in mind that the property is undergoing a refurbishment at the moment, hence the low score for 'property condition'. That aside, it is an excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the reception team speak very good English. There is a Monoprix, patisserie, boulangerie, and Metro station all within a one-minute walk from the hotel, so the local facilities are excellent. I would make a couple of comments for future improvements: 1. There is no wash-hand basin in the toilet, which means you have to turn off the light and open the door with unclean hands. This is a potential health hazard. 2. There is a fire alarm just over the cooker, which might be set off by ordinary cooking fumes. There actually was a fire alarm set off while we were there, but no fire, so getting rid of the alarms near the cookers might be a good idea. 3. It was not so good. They have 2 blocks. Reception was in block 1 and our room was in block 2. Our car was parked in block 1 as well as the hotel parking is there. We would have to go to block 1 reception first to switch elevators and then go to our car. Secondly, we booked Double/Queen bed and they had only 2 twin beds on our check in, which was very much frustrating as they rudely said yes you booked it double and we dont have it. I asked thm they could have messaged me via Expedia to inform this so I could cancel and book elsewhere. Just being Parisians.

Great hotel! We had a 5 night comfortable stay. Hotel is short walk to Parmentier, St. Ambroise and Oberkampf Metro stations. Close to two supermarkets. Lots of great restaurants within short walking distance. Room was newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Stayed on the 4th floor where it was very quiet. The kitchenette was great and came stocked with glasses and dishes.

The metro is literally across the road so perfect to get around Paris. A lovely and less touristy area so you really get a feel of France when walking around. Great rest bite from the hectic city centre. The hotel room itself suited our needs and was clean and a great size. I do wish the toilet had been in the actual bathroom or there had been at least a sink in the room with the toilet. Also, after a long day we would have liked to watch a bit of TV but there was no option for English subtitles so we couldn’t follow along with anything.

This hotels is located in a nice neighborhood and pretty easy Metro connections. We have stayed at other Citidines in Paris. This one was a bit shabby and tired. Old appliances in the kitchen, cracked sink in the bathroom, and the shower sprayed all over the floor when showering. Beds were ok with good linens and pillows. We did not have the breakfast for 14 euros but had access to the coffee machine.

Un apartamento amplio, bien amueblado y con electrodomésticos. Frigo pequeño pero con lavavajillas. Secador bueno y hasta plancha y tabla para la ropa. El dormitorio muy cómodo, y el sofá con 2 camas independientes estaba bien. Bien comunicado en metro, bus y andando. Lo mejor: el servicio de café/te gratis 24h. El problema era el ruido de la ventilación del baño. Todo (sábanas, cubiertos, vasos) más o menos limpio, muebles y cortinas con signos de uso, pero bien. Lo peor: ventanas sucias y las toallas con manchas anteriores (óxido, tinte, pintalabios o algo asi).
