The staff were very welcoming when we arrived. They even offered to bring up our luggages after check in due to the small elevator. It is a very clean hotel and the location is amazing…just a minute away from the Franklin D. Roosevelt metro and the Champs-Elysees! We stayed there for six days and enjoyed every minute of it, thanks to the amazing accommodations. After we checked out they called a taxi and helped us bring out our luggages!

We were able to leave our bags as we were too early for check in. once we checked in they had already brought up our bags to the room! hotel staff were great and so handy that there is a lift!!! enjoyed my short stay here

The breakfast food was not worth the additional price. Selection of food was small, much had to be prepared on our own, and it wasn’t fresh. The eating area was very small. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, so we had to keep windows open in order to have cooler air. The issue that made us demand to be reimbursed for one of two pre-paid nights was the mould which was highly visible in the shower. When we were offered another room, mould was obvious in that shower as well. We ended up booking a room at another hotel for our last night in Paris. Thankfully, we were reimbursed for the night we didn’t stay. For anyone who opts to stay there, know that this hotel is not worth the cost, as it has more of a hostel environment. We were determined to book another hotel, even if a reimbursement wasn’t offered.

For 22€ the breakfast is not worth it. You can get way more food outside for way less money. The rooms are really small and you can hear all the noise from outside (which is a busy street with clubs next to it). Shower was really dirty too.

Topical Europe hotel room small but do able . You are not there for the room .Be to Europe several times & all hotel rooms are small . No complaints . Staff were great ,help out on an issue we had . When we asked for directions to places they went out of their way to show us on a map & explain the option we had to get there . The metro , taxi & even walking . Fantastic location , 1-2 minute walk & you are on the Champs-Élysées ,which has a load of high end stores , restaurants & places to sit & people watch . It’s been around 8-10 since we were in Paris but we will be back in 2-4 years again .

L'hôtel est vraiment bien placé et le personnel est sympathique, malheureusement la chambre était très petite mais surtout le lit très très inconfortable ! Après deux nuits passées dans cet hôtel nous ne sommes pas sentis reposés et encore plus fatigués qu'à l'arrivée. De plus, l'isolation est très mauvaise et nous entendions de gros bruits jusqu'à tard qui nous empêchaient de dormir.

The property decor was very stylish but the room was very tired, stains on the carpet and mold in the shower. The nights were very loud and we were woken several times due to the nearby clubs and construction work. Although there was AC it was not usable the room stayed very warm. For the cost of this room there are much better options.

One of the most wonderful staff teams I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. They took the extra step at every interaction to show kindness and help answer our questions. My only suggestion to the property is that the rooms took a long time to cool. AC system took awhile to turn on and I could not tell if the fan was on.

A little dissapointed in this hotel. having stayed in a number of comparable properties for smae price and rating, I've like this least. Trendy decor is goign to need a refresh soon. The rooms are quite small and its all crammed in - though thats to be expected for central Paris. My bed wasnt comfortable and there was constant amchine noise from the plant room next door. Breakfast standard but pastires were a little dry. Good staff and conveniant location, but expected more.

Amazing location - Champ Élysées and metro station 15m from hotel door front. Staff were polite and extremely helpful. Room was very clean however it was tiny - could not fit two suitcases on the floor. The bathroom was literally a shower and sink, toilet was seperate.

The hotel is at a great location and very close to a metro station. The hotel was clean and the room was small but nice. However, even though we had paid in full to Expedia at the time of booking except city tax which the hotel charged us at the time of check in, the hotel also charged us 100 euro hold at the time of check in. We were told the hold will be released at the time of check out. It has been around 8 days since we checked out and the 100 euro charge to our credit card has not been reversed yet despite multiple attempts to resolve this through Expedia and emails sent to the hotel as well. Expedia asked we email hotel directly as they could not get this resolved either despite having contacted the hotel twice. Disappointed with assistance we got from Expedia and upset at hotel’s non responsiveness. Hope this review will get their attention.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Mousa was amazing: He's the best, the epitome of customer service. Location was excellent, walkable and lively, great shopping, close to stops where we could easily catch tour buses or the subway. Across the avenue is Rue Marbeuf where there are tons of excellent restaurants, so convenient.

The hotel is right of the Champs Elysee, so it’s very convenient to explore the city. The staff were so warm and welcoming. We left our bags as we were there before check in opened, and when her arrived back they had already moved our bags to the room for us which I really loved. They put a little treat and handwritten note on the bed for my birthday which was a sweet gesture as well. The room itself was very cute, I loved the colours and the decor! We had a nice balcony and were very happy overall!

Our connection in Paris didn't work out so we ended up with a day we hadn't planned for. When looking for family friendly hotels we found the O.lysée and were super happy with it. Staff was very friendly and got our room set up despite the late reservation. Only surprise we discovered was that the evening/night Concierge knocked and opened the door just when we were putting the kids down as the room seemingly wasn't marked booked in their system, though that was sorted out in 10 seconds.

Excellent hotel near Arc de Triomphe. The staff was wonderfully responsive in all respects. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom. The location of this hotel is amazing - 1/2 block of the Champs! It is no frills - but the service was great and the breakfast delicious! Every employee was super friendly and helpful. I would come back again.

Very small room and small elevator typical of Paris I believe but room was clean and bathroom was clean. Great place if you are not going to spend much time in your room but need a convenient place to crash for the night.

Great hotel for a short stay in Paris. The location is amazing as you are literally 2 min from the Champs Elysee. The Hotel is modern and the rooms very clean. Breakfast is good althought some sliced fruit would be a plus. The room service needs to improve a bit as there were always towels missing. Overall I will return if coming back to Paris.
