La salle de petit déjeuner n’est pas très pratique avec une grande table au milieu, l’accès au buffet est pas fonctionnel dès qu’il y a un peu de monde. By far this was our best stay out of the whole trip, I felt so welcome by the staff, pool was nice, clean room, breakfast was amazing and even got some food to bring back to my little one.

Excellent hotel located a few minutes walk from the historic castle. Rooms were immaculate and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were also excellent. A very minor issue personal to us was that the cups in the rooms were disposable. Tea is always better in a real cup. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice quant hotel within an easy walk to walled medieval city that offers many dining options as does the area outside of the walled city. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. It's clean and well maintained with a nice indoor and outside eating area. Rooms were on the smaller side which is typical for older properties in Europe. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed here before about five years ago in a beautiful ,light and airy room, opening onto the lovely gardens, and had a fabulous stay. Thus we were looking forward to our current trip. Unfortunately, we were placed in two small,, dark rooms on the other side of the hotel. This isn't the hotels fault, just our bad luck, but it does completely change the quality of the room and how much we enjoyed our stay. This alone would not have resulted in me writing a bad review, however I noticed the morning of our departure that there were lots of ants in the bathroom of one of the rooms. We quickly took all our belongings from that room and put into the other, which seemed to be ant free. Not quickly enough, as after we had left I found out that one of our bags was literally full of ants (we didn't have any food with us so found it unlikely that we brought them into the hotel). I would not stay here again. :(

Really exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful for checking to our departure. The room was clean, well laid out, comfortable and had a great view. A free soft drink mini bar to welcome you was a nice addition. The view from the bedroom was very nice. The breakfast was full of choice and the pool and garden were a nice place to relax with a good size pool.

Proche de la Cité, parking, piscine, etc. Un seul bémol, le service en salle (employés par toujours sympa, très direct et limite trash, et ça suit pas au niveau du service).
