Excellente nuit dans un studio et l’accès à la salle de sport et à la piscine était parfait. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment bien copieux aussi.

Je suis un habitué de cet hôtel qui représente pour moi la meilleure option qualité prix sur Carcassonne. Apart hôtel bien équipé, chambre très grande. Piscine, fitness, parking gratuit pour moins de 50 euros ! Et en plus une équipe professionnelle et accueillante ...que voulez vous de plus !

Notre animal a été très bien reçu, nous aussi. Il a apprécié les gamelles d'eau et les espaces verts. La chambre était impeccable, spacieuse et la kitchenette vraiment complete pour qui se servirait d'autre chose que de la bouilloire. Le petit déjeuner etait très appétissant et formidablement présenté. Il est complet et la petite dame qui fait ce petit plaisir propose volontiers de vous coquer des oeufs. Nous avons apprécier l'agreabilité de tout le personnel croisé. L'endroit est agréable, la terrasse bord de piscine un vrai plaisir, le parking immense. C'etait une première fois. Nous retournerons là à chaque fois qu'une pause s'imposera sur Carcassonne lors de trajet professionnel.

Lo bueno del hotel es aparcamiento privado y gratuito que hay justo en frente, está vallado y entras con un código que te dan al entrar al igual que la puerta de entrada si no están en recepción. La piscina está bien, pequeña pero para darte un chapuzón los días de calor está bien. Respecto a las habitaciones, el colchón de la cama estaba hundido por el centro, era un poco incómodo.La cocina le faltaban vasos, tiene una pequeña nevera y microondas.Estuvimos tres días y no entraron ningun día a cambiar las toallas. Las ventanas le faltan un poco de limpieza porque habían telarañas.Le pedimos un rollo de WC al chico que había haciendo habitaciones y se puso como una fiera, y al final no nos lo dió. La zona es tranquila, está a 10 min en coche de la cité. Los de recepción no entienden español pero amables. Falta secador de pelo en el baño. Solo se pilla canal sur y con interferencias, y el wifi lo pillas a ratos.

Moquette au sol idem. Chambre très calme. Personnel très sympathique. Plusieurs séjours dans cet établissement et je vois le déclin de cet établissement.

Très bel accueil chaleureux et enthousiate. La chambre était propre, literie impeccable. Un coin cuisine fonctionnel avec l essentiel de vaiselle, une belle salle de bain avec gel douche, savon et serviettes. Calme et agréable, parking fermé la nuit.

Séjour décevant. En arrivant dans le hall bonne première impression, extérieur et piscine sympas. Puis en montant dans la chambre (studio pour deux personnes), grosse déception !!! Chambre vieillotte et certains endroits abîmés… si il n’y avait que ça ça irait ce n’est pas très grave, mais… Moquette sur laquelle on ose même pas poser un pied, chambre sale (de la poussière partout, des cadavre de moustiques sur les rideaux, odeurs de vieilles canalisations dans la salle de bain…), serviettes, torchons, sac poubelle et plein de papier toilettes remplacé qu’une fois en 8 jours, literie catastrophique, matelas et sommier très inconfortable, nous somme repartis avec un mal de dos. Bref… Point positif, les sanitaires étaient propres ainsi que la cuisine qui est pour sa part bien équipée. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel et ne le conseil pas… à moins d’y passer seulement une nuit transitoire par exemple.

Hotel is around 40 mins up a hill from the centre of Carcassone and public transport to get there isn’t good. There isn’t much around there so if you don’t have a car be prepared to get a lot of steps in. The room itself could do with a renovation.

La chambre est impeccable, juste dommage que le lit grince et que le placard grince et que les portes grinces. Sinon c’était vraiment bien. Hôtel au calme une belle vue et un accès relativement facile. Et un merci à l’hôtesse d’accueil de nous avoir gentiment contacter pour nous donner les infos d’arrivé, vu que nous arrivons tard.

La chambre est très grande, un vrai appartement, par contre le sommier est très dur et il y avait beaucoup de bruit. J'entendais les voisins du dessus. Sinon l'appart hôtel est très bien situé et très agréable.

Tuvimos un problema con las dos habitaciones al llegar pero lo solucionaron rápido y nos regalaron el desayuno del primer día. Fácil acceso con aparcamiento gratuito. El único inconveniente, la moqueta horrible. El personal muy amable. El desayuno correcto pero poco variado.

L'établissement n'accueille pas 24h/24h mais ce n'est pas clairement stipulé avant d'avoir réservé. Résultat je suis arrivé quelques minutes après que le concierge soit parti et n'ai pas pu dormir dans la chambre que j'avais pourtant réservé. Personne ne vous appelle pour vous prévenir si ils ne vous voient pas arriver, personne ne vous donne de numéro à contacter si jamais cela arrive etc.. j'ai dû dormir dans ma voiture. Malgré cette situation absolument catastrophique, je suis certain que je ne serai jamais dédommagé. Je ne recommande pas. Comfort Apparthotel viennent de perdre un client.

Hotel is around 40 mins up a hill from the centre of Carcassone and public transport to get there isn’t good. There isn’t much around there so if you don’t have a car be prepared to get a lot of steps in. The room itself could do with a renovation.

A lovely budget hotel with kitchenette and swimming pool. A little way out of the town, but walkable on a nice day. Very friendly staff and super clean. Comfy beds. Spacious bathroom with good shower. Would recommend.

La chambre est très grande, un vrai appartement, par contre le sommier est très dur et il y avait beaucoup de bruit. J'entendais les voisins du dessus. Sinon l'appart hôtel est très bien situé et très agréable.

Lo bueno del hotel es aparcamiento privado y gratuito que hay justo en frente, está vallado y entras con un código que te dan al entrar al igual que la puerta de entrada si no están en recepción. La piscina está bien, pequeña pero para darte un chapuzón los días de calor está bien. Respecto a las habitaciones, el colchón de la cama estaba hundido por el centro, era un poco incómodo.La cocina le faltaban vasos, tiene una pequeña nevera y microondas.Estuvimos tres días y no entraron ningun día a cambiar las toallas. Las ventanas le faltan un poco de limpieza porque habían telarañas.Le pedimos un rollo de WC al chico que había haciendo habitaciones y se puso como una fiera, y al final no nos lo dió. La zona es tranquila, está a 10 min en coche de la cité. Los de recepción no entienden español pero amables. Falta secador de pelo en el baño. Solo se pilla canal sur y con interferencias, y el wifi lo pillas a ratos.

Notre animal a été très bien reçu, nous aussi. Il a apprécié les gamelles d'eau et les espaces verts. La chambre était impeccable, spacieuse et la kitchenette vraiment complete pour qui se servirait d'autre chose que de la bouilloire. Le petit déjeuner etait très appétissant et formidablement présenté. Il est complet et la petite dame qui fait ce petit plaisir propose volontiers de vous coquer des oeufs. Nous avons apprécier l'agreabilité de tout le personnel croisé. L'endroit est agréable, la terrasse bord de piscine un vrai plaisir, le parking immense. C'etait une première fois. Nous retournerons là à chaque fois qu'une pause s'imposera sur Carcassonne lors de trajet professionnel.

Tuvimos un problema con las dos habitaciones al llegar pero lo solucionaron rápido y nos regalaron el desayuno del primer día. Fácil acceso con aparcamiento gratuito. El único inconveniente, la moqueta horrible. El personal muy amable. El desayuno correcto pero poco variado.

Literies à revoir, un trou au centre du lit, faisait que mon conjoint et moi-même nous nous collions sans arrêt ( pas agréable). La piscine était remplie de bestiole (feuilles, mouches, moucherons, autres...). Au déjeuner, pas plus de jus d'orange, que de multifruits, très peu de viennoiserie. Le personnel, ils étaient fort sympathique et polis. Déçue prix pour 1 nuit, 5 personnes avec déjeuners, qui ne le vaut pas.
