Staff was very helpful, which met my needs a few times. Great location near the train station (5 minute walk). But because of it, street noise from Avenue Thiers may be loud for some if your room faces that direction. It is close to eateries and convenience stores however. Room was comfortable and immaculate. Main sightsee areas to the south and west however takes 15-20 minutes on foot, but it's fun to see the neighborhood and architecture. Definitely a good stay.

Ein super gelegenes Hotel (direkt am Bahnhof) wenn man die Côte d‘azur mit dem Zug (TER) bereisen möchte. Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Lobby stehen eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserspender mit Flaschen rund um die Uhr kostenlos zur Verfügung. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 15 Minuten. Alles in Allem war das Hotel für uns ideal. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder um diese wunderschöne Region zu besuchen!

Very clean, super hot shower. After 10 nights of traveling this place had the best bed for comfort, warm enough also. Small room but cute decor! Excellent bathroom. Staff spoke great English, close to train station.

The level of cleanliness was notably poor. Even basic areas that are typically quick and easy to clean—such as the floors and bedside tables—were visibly dirty. The shower was also quite unpleasant. Additionally, the rooms were extremely noisy; it was possible to hear nearly every footstep from adjacent and upper rooms. It is also worth noting that the hotel is not located in one of the better areas of Nice. However, in our case, this was not a major issue, as we specifically wanted to be near the main train station. On a more positive note, the breakfast was surprisingly good, despite offering only a limited selection. The staff were consistently friendly and had a strong command of English. Given the price we paid, especially in comparison to typical rates in Nice, the overall experience was okayish. Nonetheless, the cleanliness requires significant improvement, a point echoed by several other guests as well.

Room was not the cleniest, there were stains in bedsheets, curtains and walls. Toilet door was broken in the other room we had. Room was quite small. Breakfast was pretty basic but ok. Staff was friendly.

We've stayed 8 nights. The room and entire hotel is in need of deep cleaning. This is beyond of what a housekeeper can do. You can see dirt or stains on the walls, around air conditioner frame, on the radiator, in the elevator. The bathroom had a sewage smell that they try to disguise by turning the air conditioner on to freezing cold and leaving the door open to the room. Once you shut the bathroom door the smell was quite strong. It is not a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was great. the staff was helpful. Location is OK, although I would not say Thiers Avenue seems very safe in the evening. It is close to Nice-Ville train station and Alsace-Lorraine tram stop. Nice and surroundings are beautiful.

We had wonderful time here. The staff on the front desk very friendly and welcoming. Room are on the smaller side. Smallest sink we have ever seen. Close to the train if you have to go to Anton, Monaco and many other places.

Great boutique style hotel. Really good value breakfast and super helpful staff. One thing to be aware of. Walls between rooms are very thin. You can hear everything from the room next door. We had to complain about noise during our stay. To their credit the staff dealt with it swiftly.

Location was amazing. Staff were friendly. The only thing I would say is that the bed and pillows were not comfortable. We booked a queen bed room and you could tell that it was 2 single beds pushed together. You could hear every step from people above you as the floors were not that sound proofed. Apart from that, it was a lovely hotel!

I booked this hotel through Expedia and was immediately disappointed by the room. It was extremely small, had an unpleasant view, and the sink was so tiny that washing your face meant splashing water all over the floor. I honestly hated the room and was ready to contact Expedia and leave on my first day. What made me stay was the front desk team. The reception staff were outstanding—professional, polite, and truly committed to great customer service. Their attitude completely changed my experience, and for that alone, I decided to stay. Overall, I wont book this room ever again.but the staff were the saving grace of this hotel.

Stayed here for one night during my time in Nice. Check in was pleasant and the hotel was quite chic and fairly priced. Around 630am the morning after my check in, the room began strongly smelling of urine. After letting the staff know, they said they couldn’t have someone check it until after I had checked out. They also denied my request to be put into another room. Needless to say I had a rude awakening and will not be staying here again. I urge fellow travelers to avoid it as well, despite the lucrative price point.

Our stay was tainted by our welcome , where there was a mix up with our booking including breakfast and how it was dealt with on our arrival. This took two lengthy calls to Expedia and speaking to the manager by chance there on our second day when I went to question details on the website and our booking. Breakfast was okay- continental with some bacon and scrambled eggs. Note- croissants , bacon and scrambled egg’s not always cooked properly. Decor throughout was nice, having hot drinks and cold water available was a really nice touch. Good location for the train station and close to lots of restaurants. Room cleaning was adequate for a few nights stay, but fresh mugs/ glasses weren’t provided. If clean mugs/ glasses weren’t freely available downstairs this wouldn’t have been satisfactory.

We stayed here for the Monaco Grand Prix; there weren’t many hotel options left within our budget and it was sad a bit sad to overpay for this hotel due to the event (I understand price gouging so it is what it is). The hotel was less than 5 minute walk to train station which was very convenient. It was also an easy walk to the main square/shops (about 12-15 mins, 20 mins to the beach promenade). The staff was helpful; they answered all our questions and greeted us with a welcome soft drink. They stored our luggage for us as the room wasn’t ready when we arrived. They provide coffee and filtered water station in lobby which was also helpful. The rooms are small and you can hear everything through the walls. There were very rude guests during our stay that were inconsiderate and making so much noise at 2 in the morning in the hallway. The shower was very small as well; if you are bigger person (tall or muscular) it is difficult to shower. Overall, it was decent.. just a place to sleep in a convenient location for a sporting event.

Hotel położony przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy i torach. Ogólnie czysto, jednak o kurzu zapomnieli w tym hotelu. Winda na 1 osobę z bagażem, pokój bardzo mały, niewygodne materace, ale wystarczyło jak tylko na nocleg. Śniadania takie sobie, brak warzyw, ale idzie przeżyć. The property condition was average. More than average was the kindness of the ones I met at the reception in the night shift and the day shift. They did not rush you and the gentleman showed me how to open the door with the wifi card. He was kind. It was my first night of my European tour, and most things were new to me since my last one in 2004, an organized tour with a friend and with a big group. The next morning, I had breakfast and it was good: the egg and the potato round pieces, and juices of oranges and grapefruit, and coffee, coissant and bread. The woman desk manager was friendly and told me about her family. It was good to know because I could relate where they originally came from. Overall, I enjoyed my stay because of the kindness and friendliness of the hotel staff.
