We stayed here one night. We enjoyed the room, although it was not very sound proof so we could hear those around and above us pretty well. Good shower. We enjoyed our time at the pool however the slide was broken. We asked the front desk to call us a taxi in the morning due to an early train and the person working that night was very helpful and kind. However, that morning, the person working refused to call the taxi before we got down even though we asked for a specific time—it was good we went down even earlier to make sure it was called. He was rude compared to those working when we checked in. Would stay here again.

Hadde tre hyggelige dager ved hotellet. Flotte rom, spesielt dem med utsikt over havnen i Santa Margarita. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale, deilige rom, fint bassengområder, med saltvann. Litt for mye salt i bassenget etter min mening, samt at det var noe groe i basseng. Kan absolutt anbefales.

We were disappointed when we arrived to learn that our room did not have an ocean view - their room options as listed on Hotels.com were a little confusing. The rooms were a little bit worn but comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location to go out and explore the town. Parking was treacherous in their on-site parking so we had to park up the road in a garage.

This property was really good except the bar and pool closing at 7..also the pool and other little things in the hotel needed some major TLC. This hotel was good but it could be an AMAZING hotel if they kept it up a little more.But overall it was nice and the balcony was AMAZING!

I det stora hela är vi nöjda med vår vistelse, vi stannade bara 2 nätter så har inte mycket att basera omdömet på. Fördelarna var att läget var väldigt bra, skönt att det fanns parkering tillgängligt även om detta kostar extra. Nackdelarna var att frukost inte ingår (trots att namnet på hotellet är BnB...). Dessutom kunde man se att det runnit smutsigt vatten från luftkonditioneringen som fläckat ner både väggar och golv. Vi hade bokat ett trippelrum men rummet vi fick var mycket mindre än det som visats på bilderna.

Front Office Personell very friendly, very helpfull and personal. Hotel overall ok. Good pool and very good location of the hotel. Room ok, but cleaning was very bad. We had to ask of vacuum again after checking in, since it had not been done. It was hair in the floor. Cleaning staff vacuumed and problem solved.

Me alojé en el hotel y fue una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en mucho tiempo debido al deplorable estado de sus instalaciones. El baño estaba en condiciones lamentables: la ducha tenía moho, el inodoro también, y las baldosas de cerámica se estaban desprendiendo, lo cual representaba un peligro para los huéspedes. Las paredes y los pisos estaban sucios, con trozos del suelo levantados. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba adecuadamente y, además, tenía una gotera que había manchado toda la pared. Nos vimos obligados a forrar las almohadas con nuestra propia ropa para poder dormir y salir de allí lo antes posible. Teníamos tres habitaciones en total, y todas presentaban las mismas condiciones. No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto; es una auténtica porquería.

Totalt på vår ferie i år har vi vært innom 5 ulike hoteller på reise i Italia. Dette hotellet var alle sin favoritt, både voksne og tenåringer. Vi brukte bassengområdet hyppig og satt stor pris på badehåndklær fra hotellet, og ikke minst den lille snackbaren som gjorde timene i solen fortreffelig. Vi ønsker oss tilbake!

Much better than I expected! They put me on the top floor (it was off-season, so more flexibility). Although the AC had been turned off for the season, the gentleman was very nice and gave me a fan. Very clean and great location!

Best view in Santa Margherita Ligure. Large balconies that you can enjoy a drink and the view from. Truly convenient central location. And if you need a snack they have ice creams, soft drinks etc in the foyer, open 24 hours for convenience. The perfect party place in summer.

Dejligt hotel i en skøn by ved havet, helt klart et besøg værd. Vær opmærksom på at Deluxe værelser er uden udsigt og altan. Vælg superior det er med smuk havudsigt. Vær dog opmærksom på at især badeværelset kan være småt. Brusekabinen var mindre en på et krydstogtsskib og det er normalt ikke imponerende. Wc var også ret småt og levnede ikke meget plads for en mand i normal størrelse. Spring morgenmaden over, den er ikke imponerende.

I'm not sure if I should give 3 or 4 star. I encountered with two problems: 1- The TV was not working. The staff told me they've been having issued for few days now. 2- The AC was making extreme noise and again staff told me it's an old unit and they can't do anything about it!!! I end up buying earplugs for couple of night i was there.

Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and our room was clean but somewhat worn. However, when we returned to the hotel later, the air conditioning was so loud that it was impossible to have a phone conversation. Despite being promised immediate assistance, we waited 30 minutes before seeking help again. The second staff member was less friendly and simply turned off the “turbo” setting, which completely stopped the noise but left us with a very hot room. After a sleepless night, we reported our experience to the morning staff, who apologized but couldn’t offer a refund. We appreciated the apology and were given a refund for parking and a bottle of water. However, we were still charged the local tax, which felt inappropriate given our poor experience. Overall, the service and response to issues were lacking, leading to an uncomfortable stay.

All the hotel staff was so helpful providing directions & helping us book dinner/ferry reservations (and to my surprise, spoke English fluently)…and the breakfast was amazing! Best breakfast I’ve experienced, and I travel a lot! Parking was a little tight, but expected. Best to catch the train in to Santa Margherita & rent a moped & use the ferry to Portofino (15 min each way).

Our first time in PORTOFINO/Santa Margherita area. The hotel is pretty close to everything, 5-10 minutes easy walks. The best thing about the property is the beautiful view from the balcony. My room was not ready when we arrived, and they gave us an upgrade for the inconvenience. The breakfast buffet is superb with lots of selections and worth the money. The only issue (a non-issue for me) was the outdated bathroom on the 4th floor and that’s due to leaks around the small squared shaped sliding shower doors. I didn’t mind having an extra towel on the floor during showering time. If seeing very small black mold bothers you, then don’t come here. BUT the view OF THE SEA, convenient location, breakfast buffet, clean pool and friendly staff should make up for it in a big time.

È in corso una ristrutturazione e al momento non è proprio un 4 stelle. Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita. Eliminerei la vasca per mettere un'ampia doccia. Bisognerebbe curare anche gli esterni al momento un pochino trascurati. Colazione ottima, però avrei gradito un cappuccino o un caffè vero e non una macchinetta. Spero di tornare e trovarlo veramente al top.
