Amazing spa access, superb location in the town center, 6 mins walk to train station + 3 mins walk to restaurants row and it's the nearest town next to Portofino. Stayed there for 4 days, 3 nights....the most amazing thing is the Spa access, that even though apart from the fact steam room was out of order. Don't forget to check out all the buttons in the warm 31 degrees swimming pool. Love the super hot and cold bath plus the sauna...as a family, we've really enjoyed the Spa right at the end of the day. Staff was really friendly and helpful in general, makes us feel like home away from home. Breakfast was great especially it's in a glass room, however it's even better if they would consider changing their daily varieties for guests who stay there for a couple of days especially. We really appreciate the special upgrade and spa arrangement for our boy. Bravo to everyone!

The Hotel is located in the town centre which is really fantastic. However, the children younger than 12 years old, can’t use their swimming pool and spa which makes your stay complicated if you come with family. Breakfast options are pretty poor, even espresso is not properly done. The personnel is ok, they speak all major languages so this part is really great. My recommendation for the management is to spend slightly more money on maintenance and improvement of the hotel - it will pays off very well. It wouldn’t require huge increases in spending, but would make things much better for the guests. Thanks very much.

Mein Einzelzimmer war ziemlich knapp bemessen. Es bot ein 2x2m Bett in einem 2,5x2,5m Raum. Genauso knapp sind auch die übrigen Einzelzimmer laut Grundriss. Aber das und das sehr langsame WLAN sind meine einzigen Makos. Alles andere war top! Die Lage ist spitze, der Preis war für die Gegend gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Mein besonderes Lob geht an die Putzfrauen, die wirklich Wunder vollbracht haben.

Beautiful Hotel, clean, close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful with delicious fresh fruit! Chiara gave great restaurant recommendations and Bettina was super helpful with rental car issue. All staff super hospitable and kind. Would definitely stay again and recommend highly!

We chose this hotel because it was a heritage building, a small-ish hotel just metres from the sea front and it did not disappoint. It has been beautifully restored and has a lovely, romantic feel. We had a standard double room which was fine - few frills but elevated by the patio area accessed by double doors from our room and the lovely view from it out across the rooftops of the town and to the hills behind. Shower was hot & powerful. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, all staff really pleasant and helpful. The Spa in the basement provided a welcome sanctuary on a rainy day, and the treatments were awesome. If four star frills (eg sound proof rooms. tea making facilities, iron etc) then pay for a better room or stay elsewhere. We didn’t care about any of these things as for us this was authentic Italy and that was exactly what we wanted. I would be very happy to return.

Second time staying here and that is for this reason, this place is great, best hotel in the region, a bit off the main drag in a good way, steps from beach, restaurants, grocery store, cafe etc. the staff is amazing the breakfast is actually pretty decent by Italian standards. We loved everything about the property. The only thing that fell short was the desk staff was not very friendly. They did their job but never with a welcoming or warm attitude. It was a minor point and would not prevent us from returning

Beautiful historic hotel with charming public rooms, cocktail lounge, and breakfast room. Really enjoyed my morning coffee on the beautiful terrace. Service is very attentive and front desk very helpful. Impressed with how seamlessly the staff would swtich between multiple languages for guests. English, French, Italian and German. Great location, walking distsnce to the rail ststion, restaurants and shopping but far enough away to be peacful and quiet at night. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

Good breakfast and nice rooms. The one downside was the cost of parking at 38 Euros per night. Apart from that the hotel was lovely.

My friend and I stayed here only for one night, but we had such a wonderful time! The staff here is so friendly and pleasant, and they're also super helpful. The room was cozy, but comfortable, and we were able to order breakfast right to the room in the morning for a small charge. (However, they have a lovely breakfast buffet downstairs!) The town is sooo beautiful and walkable, and there's plenty of dining options, cafes, gelaterias, and beaches nearby. I would totally return here again!

In a very nice location. Steps away from everything the town has to offer but not stuck in the middle of it. No traffic on the streets adjacent so quieter than other areas. Only thing that could be improved is the floor of the shower. It’s very slick so a bit of a hazard.

A beautiful grand looking hotel with a lovely quiet spa and really helpful reception and spa staff. Rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. Breakfasts were plentiful and well laid out, no queueing for a table. 2 minutes walk from the centre with shops and restaurants, it could not be more convenient. A wonderful stay to experience Liguria and worth every penny.

What a beautiful hotel! A block off of the busy street so it's quiet and walking distance from everything. Huge breakfast buffet and so many beautiful rooms to rest in. But the big winner is the front desk staff. Really lovely women who helped me find everything I was looking for for a wonderful vacation! I'll be back!
