It’s the best location if you are visiting Stresa for the first time. The ferry can take you anywhere and just across the street. Can board the airport bus right outside the hotel. Great restaurant on site. Excellent service and great breakfast. We went to the pool one time and is very relaxing.

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly Breakfast was 1st class we had a balcony over looking the lake and was lovely in the evening to be able to sit and look over the lake would highly recommend to everyone we also had use of a swimming pool at the nect Hotel which was only 150m away

Ett vackert hotell med perfekt läge. Mycket fin service och rummet var stort och välstädat med en balkong som har en oslagbar utsikt. En lite för hård säng för vår smak och ett kylskåp på rummet var det enda vi saknade. Bra frukost där vi bara saknade en brödrost och lite fräscha grönsaker som gurka och tomat. Tillgång till pool i en fantastisk park några hundra meter bort. Ett hotell att rekommendera!

The hotel was located perfect next to the ferry boats, so the location was execellent. The room had a good size, the bathroom also. The bed need a mattress topper, because sleeping on it for 3-4 nights is a bit rough. The breakfast was good, had everything you want in a breakfast. Plus for brown bread. The personal was polite. I wish there was a fridge in the room. I would stay here again.

First I’ll point out what I’d say are obvious to most stays in Italy, just because I think it’s good information for Americans like us. A lot of people on these apps leave negative feedback for these reasons, but just know that we’re in Italy and these factors are just about everywhere here. 1) there are steps to get to your room, sometimes a lot of them. 2) a lot of places don’t have elevators (this one DOES) 3) the showers are small! I’m 6’4” and 240lbs… I fit, but it’s not like home, lol. This place has a full size tub/ shower, but no curtain. Okay now that that’s over with, here’s our actual review. Location is perfect! Right across the street from the ferries to the islands. Plenty of food and shopping really close. Room was nice and had a balcony that faced the lakes, awesome!!! Check in was painless, but parking is offsite. It was close enough though. Everything about the hotel and room was as expected and nice. Our big complaint though is that they were doing construction both mornings we were there. The walls are thin and it woke us up both mornings… too early! On checkout I was asked about our stay and reported that issue to them, but the lady didn’t seem to care how disruptive it was or how inconvenient it was for us. I’m sure this isn’t always the case, so I’d still say it’s a good place to stay, but I wish we could’ve been better taken care of due to the construction. Like don’t put people in rooms next door to rooms you’re remodeling!!!

buona la posizione della struttura , e gentile, professionale e disponibile il personale , elegante l'arredamento delle aree comuni , nella media la prima colazione , qua finiscono le note positive ! la camera piccola senza nessuna pretesa , con un bagno di 1,5 mt x 1,5 mt sacrificato , senza un bidet ed con sensazione di vecchio , la camera non ha in dotazione un minibar ed arredo anonimo , il tutto molto lontano dallo standard di un albergo 4 stelle . Ho trovato di meglio in alberghi 3 stelle . inoltre la camera é localizzata in un edificio distinto dell'edificio principale ! altra nota dolente il posteggio che si trova a distanza di circa 400-500 metri , pertanto , con qualsiasi tempo , bisogna fare una bella passeggiata , situazione non piacevole e non evidenziato nella descrizione della struttura . faccio notare che alberghi 4 stelle si dotano di un personale che prende in carico la vettura e provvede alla sistemazione ed assicurare la disponibilità della vettura al cliente ! complessivamente l'esperienza è stata negativa e deludente

Mooi oud statig hotel in het hart van het prachrige Stresa. Leuk om te zwemmen bij nog mooier nabijgelegen hotel. Wij vonden onze kamer klein voor wat we betaalden en de faciliteiten op de kamer waren beperkt. Dat kamer boven de ekeuken lag was geen pre voor de nachtrust.

Absolutely fabulous hotel in Stresa! Stayed there 3 nights after a work conference. Beautiful, charming, hotel with delightful staff. The location is superb across from ferry's. The views are spectacular and the town is so charming and quaint.I would definitely come back and stay. They also have a nice european breakfast. Everyone made you feel very welcome.

Visited the 2nd week of September. The hotel is ideally located to visit the other islands and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our room was very accommodating for 3 adults and it faced the lake with a beautiful view. The breakfast was very good and the hosts were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Lago Maggiore. Beim Einchecken wurde uns direkt von einem Mitarbeiter mit dem Koffer geholfen (da das Hotel in zwei Teile geteilt ist und wir auf der anderen Seite einchecken wollten.) Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr höflich und sprechen Italienisch/Englisch. Die Einrichtung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und das Frühstück ist okay. Hat aber einen Blick auf den See! Wenn man Ausflüge auf die Inseln machen möchte, befindet sich die Anlagestelle der Boote direkt gegenüber.
