Reasonable cost, beautiful king rooms, next time I definitely would book a balcony room, 209 restaurant has many food options, dipping pool was great . Bar on pool area convenient with drink and food options, staff came out to check if we needed anything. Also the old Casino is still open for Gambling and Bingo Hall. Shuttle can take you. Definitely will be staying again.

We have been visiting the casino for about 4 years and watched as the resort was being built. We have stayed here twice now after completion of the hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean and every room has some sort of a view which can be very mesmerizing. They just opened the dipping pool and though we didn’t go in we had to check it out. Very nice with an outside bar and very clean. There is also a new workout room with an ample amount of different machines, weights, yoga balls and mats. We always have a great time in the casino and payout was decent. The only thing that was a very slight disappointing was we went to the bar to have one shot around 1am before going back to our room, waited 5 minutes for someone to help us, then were told he didn’t realize what time it was and he couldn’t serve anymore alcohol. I completely understand the rules but they should have something posted for when they stop serving and we should have been noticed that we needed help quicker since there were at least 3 people working behind the bar. Everyone was very kind though. Overall we love the Chicken Ranch and will definitely stay again.

Overall, the Casino, room, bed, restaurants were all great, I must give a big thumbs up to all of the staff. They were very friendly, helpful and pleasant to interact with. Another big plus is that the Casino is non-smoking. Thank You! The only negative from my experience was that the Nightclub music kept me awake until 2 A.M.

I had a really late check in and was looking forward to getting to my destination and getting some rest. Because I don’t trust that house keeping does a thorough job, I always carry Clorox or Lysol wipes and give the room a wipe down. Like remote, doorknobs, toilet. Well, to my surprise, there were 3, not 1, but 3 bloody female pads behind the toilet. So I freaked. I called the front desk to have this taken care of and bring all new bedding and have my bed made. I was disgusted and very disappointed. It’s a fairly new place, but the flow is horrible. For example, they don’t have enough trash cans, not even by the elevator, so on weekends when the club is open, there’s trash everywhere ( mostly empty beer bottles and cocktail cups just set around. I t makes the place feel and look dirty. Will not be staying at this hotel EVER again.

While I enjoyed my stay overall, I wanted to mention a few things that could improve the experience for future guests: 1. The shampoo and body wash containers in the shower were nearly empty. I only had a tiny bit of bath gel left, and nothing was coming out. This could be better attended to by the service staff. 2. There was a noticeable layer of dust on the bed lamps. Quite surprising, to be honest. 3. The plants on the balcony were artificial. Why opt for plastic when real plants could be used instead? 4. A few cars in the parking lot next to my room were blasting loud music, which caused the entire room to vibrate. It was a bit disruptive.

Fantastic! Room was as advertised and huge! Only a couple of critics...there were no power plugs by the bed, only usb ports...the lamps on/off switch was broke...(they offered to replace it immediately but it was no big deal) Staff was great and every worker on the floor smiled and said hello! The room was clean and very open… loved having a balcony. The reception desk employee (Kyle) was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool has an excellent vibe. The Perch restaurant was excellent. John our waiter was very knowledgeable, friendly and great sense of humor . We were there celebrating an engagement and he took the time to go out of his way to make them feel very special…. It's a beautiful casino and plenty of food options. The room was nice and spacious. I loved the robe! The water is an issue. It smells like mold and the smell stays on you after you shower. It doesn't make brushing your teeth easy. I'd say the biggest complaint was the party at the pool they do every Friday and Saturday night until 2am during the summer. It gets really loud and the sound carries.

First time staying at hotel! Was NOT dissapointed! Requested a high floor and it was granted. Reserved room with balcony and it was great!! The bed was very comfortable the design of room was good. The room comes with a tablet but unfortunately it was not connecting to speaker, called front desk and they sent soneone up but was unable to connect. Then they offered IT but they NEVER showed up. No fridge or microwave just an fyi. I would definitely love to stay again.

The valet staff were kind and efficient, but the hotel is having real problems with their housekeeping and restaurant staff. We had to wait for 2 hours before being able to occupy our room. Later we tried to get a table on a Sunday afternoon at their all day dining restaurant and were told that - even though the restaurant was half empty we still would have a 25-30 minute wait for a table because they were understaffed.

The person who checked us in was rude The coffee barista was rude also took our order and continued to have a personal conversation and didn’t even bother to make our drinks until we asked 20 minutes later and no one was in the coffee shop except us. The last time I stayed here which was about 6 months ago and it was the same thing and the same people that are working in the coffee shop were the same people that we had a bad experience with. I was interested in New Year’s Eve events but no one of the crew seams been interested on give me information, most of them said they don’t know or tell me make my own search on line The front desk just show me a paper with the schedule to read it but doesn’t have details of booking prices manu etc She didn’t provide more information I like this place but I was lil disappointed of the lake communication to provide information I requested. I ask bartender,servers, front desk and all I got was there is going to be and event in one of the floors

The hotel was nice but everything was very slow from front desk to the elevators. Food service was slow. Shower head was loose and I had to tighten myself. There was stuff left in drawers from previous guests. Food at 3 different places was very slow to order and get food (12, wahlburgers, and coffee shop. The valet was great.

The staff at this resort was not helpful. We arrived early with the reservation and checked in; however, our room was not ready until 4 pm which was fine. The front desk got my number telling me that they will call me once my room was ready. It was past 4 and I found that the room had been ready, but no one cares enough to call. I ended up having to get in a long line again for check in. The staff never apologized to me for not informing me of my room. She was very rude and unhelpful. I wished that I had remembered her name so I can complain to the manager.

It was a beautiful hotel. The room was so clean and so pretty and looked brand new. Nicely styled. It has a modern/classic look to it. The lobby is really pretty as well. They have good food options at several restaurants inside the hotel. We will definitely stay there again. We personally are not gamblers but we certainly appreciate the room and restaurants. It's also only one hour drive away from Yosemite which was our destination.

Rooms were really nice. Loved the robes, creamer to go with the coffee. Pool was amazing but service wt the bar was awful. Manger did come and at least helped us. Dinner took over an hour to come then it was cold. Waitress was great she tried to fix everything to make us happy. Casino was nice and clean. Just seems really under staffed.

The website said valley view from the balcony we paid extra for. Our view was of the parking lot and trash area. Workers in the middle of night with loud banging of the trash bins. Room ok and new, however sheets and towels stiff. Got food poisoning from Twelve new restaurant. Breakfast took 40 minutes for 2 people when not busy! It was served barely warm. I won’t be back!

Property is clean and new . Rooms are of top quality . Main issue is with food service. Terrible wait everywhere be in coffee shop or restaurants. It took 30 mins to get morning latte . Dinner took 2-3 hrs to serve out . They seem to be very understaffed for food services , and cannot handle crowd volume . Given limited food options around property, guests have no other options and stuck here .

Everything about our stay was excellent! The rooms are beautiful, clean, modern and the bed was comfy. So quiet that we ended up sleeping in much longer than normal! Great place, rooms are new and balconies are nice! I tried to check in early and they told me they charge $75 for early check in….stayed many places in my lifetime and never had issue especially at a Casino where they want you to spend your money on gambling and drinks. So that’s reason for 4 stars. Went to rooftop restaurant and had dinner outside at the Perch restaurant. Food was very good service was super slow but it was ok we had live music and the view was insane!
