Tucker at Palmer Dadeland Miami

The unit had roaches. The pool was closed the whole two weeks I was there. In my opinion they charge too much to have you dealing with roaches and not being able to use all the amenities. They don’t replenish any toiletries like toilet paper or paper towels. For what they charge they should.

Great location! The closest elevator was broken, we had to walk a long way for the other one. Place is nice and has everything you need however the floors were a bit dirty and there were bugs in the kitchen.

This building is new and well equipped (parking structure, nice pool at 8th floor, nice deck at 21st floor, nice lobby, etc). Tucker agents replied to my texts which was my preferred way of communication promptly regardless of the time of day. Make sure you bring your phone charger (not only the cable).

Make sure you get a clear understanding on how to use the elevator. It’s very important. I got stuck on the elevator because I didn’t clarify the instructions and I just practically renewed my PTSD

We liked the property because it was clean, spacious, and had large windows. The swimming pool on the 8th floor was large and refreshing. However, there were a few drawbacks. Guests can only use certain elevators, which makes getting to the car garage a long walk since there is only one elevator per floor. If you use the wrong elevator, you may get stuck because the doors will not open, and the elevator will not move up or down. This happened to us, and we had to wait half an hour before someone opened the elevator door from the outside to let us out. I called Kaza's phone number for assistance, and after a ten-minute wait, I was informed that they would submit a ticket for help. Although I explained that I suffered from claustrophobia and was panicking, the customer service representative told me she couldn’t do much from the phone but assured me that I would receive a call from someone local in a few minutes. This call came the next afternoon, asking if I still needed help. While the property itself is nice, if you don’t prioritize customer service, then this is the place for you. When I called to speak to a manager about the situation, it was a waste of time; Chuck kept repeating himself like a robot. There was no accountability, care, or human concern. Overall, the customer service experience was disappointing.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and stocked with very basic necessities. The pool was great and parking was easy. The only issue is that they only give you one key fob to get around the building - like to the pool-which makes it difficult if not everyone in your party wants to go at the same time. We found this rather inconvenient as you need it to operate the elevator and to get back and forth from roof deck restroom to pool. The area is very residential- and it’s a bit of a drive to the beaches, but we were mostly happy with our stay.

Complicated parking and key fob for doors and elevator was difficult to use. Had to scan it several times to get it to work. Very late checking in due to flight delays. Night staff was not very friendly or offered any information. Maybe said 4 words.

The one bedroom apartment was perfect for me and my teenager. The kitchen had the pots/pans/plates/cups/silverware/etc that we needed. The apartment was spacious for us. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable enough, but the sofa in the family room needs to be replaced. It has obvious signs of wear and made noise whenever you sat down, stood up, etc. The fitness room is great, and the pool amazing. I wish the property had let us know that the hot tub was out of order, but I suppose that wouldn't have changed our plans. The 21st floor outdoor space was lovely. All in all, a great apartment to stay at and close to Dadeland Mall and a Target. Convenient location.

The condo was clean and comfortable. George in the concierge office was professional and extremely helpful. Great place to stay when avoiding the Miami Beach crowds

Roaches were everywhere in the room we were in

The property is updated, well stocked and centrally located. The common area hallways were dirty. The area around the building was nice but there was a lot of pet excrement everywhere. The support staff over email and text was doting. They were proactive and helpful.

The property was very dirty. Me and my friend walked in and there were roaches all over the toaster and all over the walls. The last tenants left food in the cabinets there was no dishwashing soap or laundry detergent. There was centipedes and roaches running all around the unit at night. None of the sheets were cleaned and the communication was OK but it could've been better. Please make sure you do your research when staying here

First unit was infested with roaches. They were all In the kitchen and even coming out of the fridge. I had to toss out all my food. The hotel moved me to another room 12 hits later but refused to partially reimburse me for my loss and inconvenience.

It was a mission to for check in and wasn’t very clean the curtain is dirty the bathtub is gross and it has a strange smell

Everything was fine, but beds were horrible.

The better shower was in the guest bathroom. The bed in master was outrageously squeaky. We couldn’t turn in bed without walking each other up so very little sleep.

The room was nice and clean the view from our room and pool was amazing !

Stayed here for 3 weeks for a clinical training program. My stay was very comfortable, the rooms were very nice. The full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit made all the difference. The pool and gym were great. The coffee from the lobby (only from 7-12) was a nice touch also (but I worked 6-2 so couldn’t take advantage of it most of the days) Parking garage was easy to use. I traveled alone and I felt safe the entire time. No issues. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Only thing is they provide basic in room amenities to cover as starters but if you plan to be there long term, you do need to provide your own extra amenities if needed. If I would have known, I would have brought some extra things with me before arriving but it was no biggie. There are plenty of stores nearby to grab essentials at. I would definitely recommend, especially anyone looking for a short term (few weeks rental).

DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU VALUE COMFORT OR WANT TO SHOWER. Our kids were complaining about the sofa bed. These guys (tucker) own 3 floors of this apartment, do you think they could afford something descent as bedding. If you want to shower, forget it. You will get more wet from a dripping tap. Water pressure is non existent. You will spend all night trying to get shampoo out your hair. Photos look good, location good but this place tested my sanity. If you want to keep yous, keep looking for something else

The apartment-room 417 was great but we had an A/C room next to it and it was very bothersome at night. The noise made us wake up several times at night. It was very loud and persistent. Otherwise I would have given a better rating.

Extremely secure and organized system. I love the rooms, very nice and spacious. Worth the money!

This apartment was not as nice as the one we got in November. This one had no balcony. I wish I was able to choose the room

The unit overall was nice and clean. I liked that it was modern and spacious. The rug in the living room and bedroom are kind of rundown and gave me the ick so I wore house shoes the entire time. Also, I would suggest them replacing the pots and pans. Lastly, the toilet got clogged and none of the staff had a plunger on site so I had to go to Ace Hardware to purchase one. A service request was entered, but they didn’t come until 3 PM the following day. It was an average stay. It wasn’t excellent nor horrible. I would probably come back if I needed to do a long-term rental like I did this stay not if I want a luxury experience.

I did not like check in. Had us running around to wrong unit trying to get in. Reservation told us one unit front desk told us another one. It was a mess. For that reason I am giving a poor rating. We were up really early and had to be out and about all day before check in and to come check in and had to deal with this. We were tired and frustrated right off the bat. The location and the apartments but I set 2 emails requesting something and the didt answer.

Great place to stay, excellent service and very well located. only issue was that the parking doesnt have any phone signal.

Great location, clean and secure. All the amenities that are offered at a hotel but in a condo setting. Loved this place and will definitely stay again

Overall the location is perfect if you move around Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Kendall.

Very comfortable apartment. Amazing ametities and they always had foodtrucks on ground floor for dinner and sometimes breakfast.
