The property is modern, clean and the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The Vinyl Bar was fun! The room was well appointed and nicely decorated and clean. The only downfall was how hard it was to find the front door for Valet Parking, confused by bicycle lanes and construction out front.

I used the valet parking service in this hotel but they can't find my car key on the day I left. The experience is terrible, we waited half an hour watching the manager ran back and forth to find car key. Although at the end they found it, several things piss me off a lot: - the manager asked me if I have a back up key, knowing that he has to find the key anyway and we are in rush of leaving on time, he didn't offer us anything to eat or drinking while we are waiting anxiously; - one of the staffs at the front desk told me to call her senior manager on myself if I want to complain because she thinks this is a weekend and there is nothing that manager can do anyway. She didn't look or sound like she cares, zero empathy, and she obviously doesn't understand what hospitality means because she told me my attitude is bad when I told her they didn't handle this situation well politely. I will strongly recommend this hotel to educate their front desk staffs and filter people who don't care about hospitality. I feel bad for Montreal because this city has a lot of amazing things to offer, this city shouldn't be represented by a hotel front desk team like this.

Hotel was great but, the loud club music playing just outside the entrance to the hotel was too much. louder than the tv and too loud for a person to get to sleep at a decent time. In my opinion, your hotel should so away with that all together.

The rooms are smaller than I expected, the shower has a glass wall with Curtin facing the bed and sometimes feels a little awkward, but it opens up the room size a little more. The amenities at the building are fabulous and the vibe in the lobby is buzzing.

The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone we spoke with without exception were great. The room was always very clean. We skipped a couple of days cleaning while there, because they replace your towels every day, which we feel is not necessary. The location of the hotel is right between old Montreal and downtown. It's very easy to walk to many great places from the hotel.

The W Montreal is my go-to property when visiting Montreal. Clean, convenient, friendly, accommodating and pet welcoming. Rooms are very spacious and stocked with a minibar. A beautiful park across the street and easy access to the Metro system. Always a delight to visit!

Modern hotel, a bit expensive for what it is. But it is very clean, check-in/out were fast. We were two adults in the room and there was only one robe and no slippers. They brought them to our room in 5 mins. Overall pleasant experience.

Our room wasn’t ready at 4:30 so they upgraded us, which in theory is awesome but the room felt like a weird air BNB vs the king suite we had booked. The sink didn’t drain, the curtains were broken and the hallways literally stunk of the W scent. Shame, we like the hotel chain otherwise

We had a great experience here. The rooms were huge and bed comfortable. The front desk staff and concierge-Tony gave us great recommendations. We loved how the metro came into the bottom of the hotel. So easy! Highly recommend.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel over Christmas and we had the best stay. I cannot thank the staff enough for making our stay extra comfortable and lovely. Everyone was so nice, helpful and friendly. Our room was so large and clean and well decorated! Def recommend this hotel to others! :)

Terrible experience. Isn’t the W supposed to be a decent hotel? Front door staff standing around talking to eachother, don’t open door or start turnstile, no offer for bag, and dont greet you. Front desk staff doesn’t say hi how are you, just asks for ID and credit card. Then the room had wildly tangled bed mattress with major lumps. I felt like I was legit at a 3 star hotel. This is not how W Hotel used to be.

We have absolutely loved our stay at the W Montreal. All the staff,from the Concierges,to the doorman,housekeeping ladies,the bar and restaurant chef and their staff,everybody was incredible,friendly and attentive. They anticipate our needs(and wants) we will make it a tradition to come to Montreal early September. Yasmin,Zach,Heloísa,Mauricio,Benjamin,Marcel,Vincent were particularly lovely. I will whole heartedly recommend the W for all lovers of modern,sleek design and outstanding customer service! 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We spent 4 days at the W in Montreal prior to Xmas. After a long drive and exasperating traffic around the hotel, we were rescued by Davouth, our Ambassadeur, who valeted the SUV, and helped bring in our luggage. Ines, the Receptionniste, was very understanding and thoughtful, and was able to upgrade our room and provided us with a voucher for a quick libation to get our trip off on the right foot. She provided us with some great shopping tips in the downtown core and other thoughts on things to do while we were in the city. Finally, Zach, our concierge, had reached out to us prior to arrival, and gave us some really great choices for restaurants in the area. On short notice after arrival, he managed to book a couple of them on what was a busy pre-xmas weekend. Both restaurants were fantastic! Thanks to the W, and especially these three terrific employees for making our stay such a great experience. Highly recommend the W! It was our first time at the W, but it won't be our last.

A very nice property; very helpful staff. Will bee good if breakfast menu can be changed a little every day (and not kept constant all the time). Adding a few more dishes to the in room menu will also help. Complete removal of plastics (even in case of glasses kept for drinking water near the elevator) will be good.
