STAY AWAY. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is located near the train station, which is very sketchy as well as there is graffiti on the outside of the hotel. You have to walk up several steps just to get onto the elevator, which holds a maximum of about two people with luggage. You exit the elevator on the third floor, where the lobby is, and the overhead light is flickering. The lobby area in the daytime is OK and clean looking with bright white walls. But as soon as we got into our room, it was drab and dingy. The bunk bed that my kids slept on, did not look like it would support any weight and the frame looks bent. The air conditioner touchpad was dirty. The bed spread and curtains do not look like they have been replaced in 40 years. Unfortunately, we checked in at midnight and did not have many options, but my wife, three kids, and myself did not even want to sleep on the uncomfortable beds because we wondered about the hygiene of the sheets. I don’t think the bed spreads have been washed. We checked out of the room the next morning (2 days early) and the hotel would not give us a refund for the last two days we were not staying. I have since looked at the hotels website more thoroughly, and they offer rooms by the hour which explains a lot.

Very convenient to Termini train station. Used taxi stand at train station for start of all excursions. Bring your own face clothes - typical of Italy. ATM close by. Held our luggage due to early arrival. Check in is on 3rd floor. Little grocery store by Termini.

The location is excellent! Very close to the train station, restaurants and bus and metro stops. It’s a budget hotel so it’s okay. Wouldn’t mind staying here again.
