The Hotel Castile is conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Nahim Bidoudane at the concierge desk was a joy to work with! We spent a week at the Castille and can't imagine staying anywhere else in Paris! The staff were kind, friendly, gracious and helpful - they went above and beyond!. Our room was spacious and clean, with water and chocolates delivered daily. The location was perfect - close to the metro and many dining options. The shopping in the immediate area was a little upscale for us, but it was fun to window shop. We spent several late evenings in the lounge, enjoying a glass of wine and the pianist. If you're considering the Castille, book it! You'll be delighted!

Lovely property in a great location with attentive staff and a fun piano bar. We were there during a beautiful spring week so the a/c had a hard time keeping the room comfortable despite what the thermostat indicated. Sleeping would have been comfortable with an open window but traffic below and loud garbage pickup eliminated that option. Otherwise, would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Housekeeping does a fantastic job from morning cleanings to nightly turndown service. The lobby, restaurant, and bar are beautiful, and the Ritz and Place Vendôme are right next door to the left, with Champs-Élysées a short walk to the right. The location is ideal. If I had to say one thing that could be improved, I would recommend updating the hallways to the rooms and the stairway, but who spends time in either? I share this to say this hotel is nearly perfect!!! I loved my stay and would recommend it to anyone. Oh, the air conditioner will get as cold as you want the room to be, and I love to sleep with my AC set on 67! You can't go wrong staying at Castille Paris!

Our stay was perfect in every way. Jade and Aaron were simply the best, in fact, the entire staff were wonderful and so accomodating. We loved the location, the room was well appointed and fully stocked with everythng a traveler woild need and it was very luxurious. i loved the amenities and plenty of water was always provided in the room. The bar area and reception were very nice areas to sit and relax. We will be coming back soon and I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know who travels to France. Thank you!

The only negative I can say is that we were not able to get our rooms until 3:20 pm-3:30 pm. But nevertheless, everything was great!!!

Picked the room due to the view of the Eiffel Tower, which it had so we were happy about that. Front desk check in was amazing and very friendly and they offered champagne on arrival. Those were the pluses. There were 2 downsides. 1: Be aware that air conditioning is not really air conditioning. Our room would not blow cold air at all. Hotel was informed but they said it’s as cold as it gets, which was basically 80f (26c) even though the thermostat was set at the lowest it would go 66f (19c). This made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. 2: I wasn’t expecting this from the pictures and I understand most of these hotels are old but the room was narrow and thus quite small to move around in and store our luggage. Size of room I could deal with but the heat made for an uncomfortable nights sleep and stay.

Shown to our room which should have had a king size bed, it had a small double AT BEST, we had to complain and were moved. The room is not 5 star, not a chance, the windows had no double glazing, the noise from outside was so clear and loud the windows might as well have been WIDE OPEN! Complained but nothing done “staff will have a look at it” I am not a light sleepers at all either but even still we were awoken multiple times throughout the each of our 3 nights by police cars, bin collection Lorrie’s, taxis, groups of people talking/shouting etc we wanted a centre centre hotel so expected it to be busy outside but you EXPECT SOME SOUND PROOFING, this HOTEL HAS ZERO! Because of these poor windows the room was CONSTANTLY COLD regardless of how you set the AC. TV didn’t work for the duration of our holiday either, told the hotel had ‘WiFi issues’…..for 3 days?!?! Location was perfect, breakfast was good, and that’s the only reason it isn’t 1 STAR rating, very very disappointed

Although the hotel lobby was pretty inside, our room # 601 was small, unsafe and inconvenient. The two-story room had a small loft style bedroom with a bathroom WITH NO TOILET upstairs so if you had to use the toilet in the middle of the night, you had to go down a very narrow and unsafe set of stairs to the bathroom in the room below. To make matters even worse, the lights in the room could only be turned on and off from a master switch downstairs including the reading lights by the bed. The TV didn't work either for two of the three nights we spent there. Our complaints of course were not answered satisfactorily.

The stay was ok, but for the amount paid (over £500/night) I’d say it could have been much nicer. Our first weekend away from kids for 5 years, so it was annoying to be woken up by screaming kids next door at midnight (not the hotels fault), but doors that shut super loudly feels solvable. Then being woken up room service we hadn’t ordered at 7am is just not ok. I was fuming! Combine that with a hard bed, air conditioning that wasn’t working on the first night and had to be fixed, and an average breakfast where you have to pay extra if you want an omelette. I would say there must be better options in Paris. If the hotel reads this PLEASE just buy 3-4 iPhone charger cables that customers can take to their rooms. They are about €3 each and should be available!

The Concierge was particularly great! I needed help with several tours that needed replacing due to cancellations and they were "spot on" with this! Loved the cozy, comfy, sophisticated bar and the room service was prompt, the food was delicious and still hot! This was a perfect location for walking to almost all of my granddaughter and mines destinations. Definitely would stay again and recommend!

Orbitz has failed miserably. I contacted them several weeks prior to my expected departure with a stay at Castille Paris to inform them my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer and instead of going to Paris, would be spending that time in chemotherapy. Orbitz informed me to contact the hotel directly via email provided and that the hotel requested a doctors note in order to credit us for the trip. The note was sent within 24 hours to the hotel, however, Orbitz replied via email that the hotel would not honor the credit in spite of the cancer diagnosis. I called the hotel and they said they had no decision in the matter that Orbitz had to make the call. After further contacts with yet another representative at Orbitz, they continue to finger point the hotel. The time came and went. No credit. Still in cancer treatment. Shame on Orbitz!

Staff helpful - however I was obviously in a room allocated to someone else which was irritating as it occurred constantly when dealing with staff ie. Breakfast including being woken at 7.30am as Housekeeping believed room to be empty !. Good choice of items for Breakfast but found seating uncomfortable & not a relaxing space. Check out was easy but still waiting for an email copy of the Bill and refund that was due.

Located in the center of everything yet near nothing. Surrounded by high end shopping like Cartier and Dior in every direction. No nearest coffee shop or restaurant is a good 4 blocks away. Everything is about 30-40 min walking distance. Louvre is 15 min. Hotel air condition broke on the hottest day of the year for 36 hours. Temps got to 95F outside. Could not sleep. They comped me $200 for one night. My average night stay was close to $700. Very expensive for what we got. No view. Room is small. Staff was very nice though.

If you’re looking for a good nights sleep, do not stay at this hotel. My family stayed in 2 rooms for 6 nights. For four nights, I listened to the doors in the hallway slam every couple of minutes. The headboard literally shook. Housekeeping would leave the linen room deadbolt on slamming the door over and over and over beginning at 7 AM. The air was broken in the room, leaving puddles of water on the floor. The toilet ran every time it was flushed, prompting us to have to jiggle the handle five minutes after every use. The shower was dreadful, big step to get in, inconsistent water pressure and temperature. The water will go from scalding to freezing over and over. The rooms are extremely small and not well apportioned. There is no luxury to be found in the rooms and the hotel desperately need a makeover. The mattress is really hard and the Pillows are much too soft. They upgraded one of our rooms to a suite after we complained. The suite was not much more quiet and included a winding staircase to get to the loft bed. Totally impracticable. We ordered room service one night and it was tasteless. The one salvation was the hotel lobby staff. They were extremely kind and courteous and did what they could but the hotel just needs a renovation. Don’t waste your money.

Struttura bella e molto ben posizionata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Due note negative: in camera una parte dell’ intonaco si stava staccando e non c’era l’ingresso USB per caricare il telefono. Non lo ritengo accettabile in un hotel 5*. Seconda nota, la colazione: il costo della colazione a buffet non è indifferente e in qualunque hotel di alta categoria ormai c’è lo chef che prepara le uova a richiesta del cliente. Niente pancake, omelette con un prezzo aggiuntivo. Insomma, per quanto tutto era fresco e buono, mi è parso scarso rispetto al contesto.

Hôtel bien placé - c’est tout- la 211 est une chambre non insonorisé de sorte qu’on entend l’ascenseur, la chambre voisine, et le magnifique chat miauler dans le couloir depuis le lit. Le petit déjeuner est au même tarif que celui de la plupart des palaces, mais avec un manque de choix. Ou alors il faut ajouter à la carte ce qui ne vaut pas le coût. L’ensemble des équipes est vraiment super. Je n’y retournerai pas en revanche.
