Es lohnt sich ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zu buchen! Der Hafen neben dem Hotel bietet viele Restaurants und kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten; im Hafen waren auch Yachtausflüge zum guten Preis buchbar. Der Strand ist etwas steinig auch im Wasser (eine andere Natur eben), zum entspannen, schwimmen und am Strand entlang laufen perfekt. Wer Rom besichtigt und gerne auch am Strand sein möchte, kann mit der Metro Bus innerhalb von etwa 35 Min. zum Strand gelangen. Vor dem Hotel gibt es Möglichkeiten Fahrräder und eBikes zu mieten.

Wir haben das Hotel genutzt um täglich Rom Zentrum zu besichtigen, somit war s für uns hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, der Balkon auch, die Dusche ist mit hohem Einstieg, da sie in einer Badewanne ist, für Senioren ungeeignet. Der Fön hatte überhaupt keine Power. Zwei Stufen , wobei die höhere Stufe den Fön ständig zum Selbstabschalten brachte, unbenutzbar. Meerblick war gegeben. Die Minibars waren inklusive, wobei sie komplett unterschiedlich gefüllt waren.Das Frühstück war viel besser als erwartet. Die Damen die den Kaffee zubereitet haben, waren super schnell und freundlich. Der Abholservice vom Flughafen war klasse.

We’ve stayed in several hotels across Italy and never once had any issues with the AC. The receptionist told us it was illegal for them to turn it on until a certain date, but every other hotel we stayed at happily accommodated us. It was 78 degrees in our room at night, and we’re from a very cold climate…. We couldn’t sleep at all. We attempted to open the door to balcony which was a few feet away from a building in very rough shape, and on that side they had their balcony open and proceeded to yell and scream all night one night, and then had sex on the balcony the next night….. then theirs the mosquitos! The entire property had mosquitos everywhere. Then the property… the lights in our room would flicker on and off all night, and half the outlets didn’t work. One elevator was broke and they just slid a chair in front of it. Forcing you to go up the elevator in the opposite tower, and having to walk across a breezeway that was held together with prayer and tiny screws, and at one point a board popped up and my wife almost fell through. I recommend staying anywhere else but here unless they get some much needed work done. Don’t trust the pictures. It’s not what they portray!

The establishment is relatevely new. The location just across the beach is beautiful, staff cortesy is very good. They offer breakfast which is normal standard nothing special. I experienced an issue with the sink, it took a full day to repair it after pressing them. The elevators beside be small often are out service. The Wi-Fi to connect internet is very low speed it takes time to download, in the room at 4th floor was even worse. The room cost is much higher vs what really should be with similar hotel.

I can't believe this place is marketed as 4 stars, it is 3 stars at best. The reception staff are nice and friendly, but the facilities are really limited. If you get a room with balcony, expect a view of the building right behind the hotel. Your room needs to say "sea view" to avoid that. The room is tiny, bath tub had bugs, and the "roof top" is basically locked and non functional. There's no in-room service for food, so Uber eats or nearby restaurants are your best bet, about a 10-15 min walk south there's an intersection with lots of restaurants.

The property was well maintained and nice. Make sure if you book a sea view room that you tell the front desk when checking in. On the far end of the board walk but with scooters on the side walks and the bike rentals at the hotel it was very easy to get around

Dated hotel in a run down neighborhood. Terrible quality for how much they charge. For the same money you can stay in a much better hotel in Rome. Beds were small and uncomfortable, AC didn’t work. The view to the ocean is amazing, thats all i can say about the good. The bad well the property needs attention and the shower no pressure at all. Went down to het coffee and the person setting up the breakfast rude older white gentlemen. It seem like he doesn't like tourists. I didn't take pictures of the family room but i can tell you the pictures on the expedia website are not what you getting. For the price i wouldn't wasted my money. The property looks like its next to the projects.

Wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff were not helpful at all when i faced an issue with Hotels.com agent booking a new reservation for me without my approval. I explained this would put me in severe financial difficulty but they did not care. Nor did hotels.com for that matter. I have opened a dispute with my bank on this matter. Hotel itself was average, with the A/C being turned off in my room leaving it hot and uncomfortable. I was left stranded in Italy with no means of paying for anyhting because of the actions of hotels.com and the lack of help from the hotel itself despite explaining the severity of the situation. Do not book this hotel.

We booked it for the view of the sea and that did not disappoint. We enjoyed the breakfast and thankful we got it as there is nothing close by to eat at easily. We didnt realize how far it was from the city center so very inconvenient to get to. Could not figure out how to validate the bus pass and no one was able to explain it to us. So if looking for ease of access to city then this is not the property for you. The other issue here is there is little to no soundproofing between rooms. Not what is expected from a 4 star property. Staff was nice but their advise was not overly helpful and there is no information on touristy activities to do in Roma.

This is a beautiful hotel right on the water. They upgraded me to a room with a balcony overlooking the water for free and had late check out available. If you're looking for a lot to do- I'd probably recommend staying somewhere closer to the city center but if you want a peaceful stay with a beautiful ocean view I'd highly recommend it! The staff was so nice and were so helpful.

We were in Rome for a cruise and after the cruise ended we got off the ship and headed to the hotel at around 8am in hopes that they would at least let us stow our luggage there while we went to explore Rome before heading back to the States. The gentleman at the front desk was sooooo kind and let us check in early, which allowed my husband and I to take a nap before heading to the Vatican City. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and the hotel had breakfast the next morning. The location was water front tho when we were there in October it was cold and windy but the scenery and service was very nice.

The breakfast was terribly lacking in choice. The room was falling apart with holes in the wall covered by paper and rust around the bath. The rooms were very noisy once someone was upstairs. The hotel is in a very run down area with a lot of poverty. The transport in the area is awful as it take 1:30mins on public transport but 15mins in a Uber/Lyft/taxi that charges $38.

The property was beautiful. The beach was beautiful and directly across the street from the entrance. The room was clean and exactly like the pictures. The staff spoke many languages and was very helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent and refreshing. Would stay here again.
