Room was clean and spacious with great views , not enough bedding and had to remind them to bring it up. When we asked about the pool opening times, we were looked at quite blankly and then told that it was out of service (one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel). Breakfast was as expected but not much seating space so had to wait a bit for a table. Only one lift working and we had to wait 20 minutes one morning to be able to get into a lift with space

Vi bodde i lägenhet med 1 sovrum. Sovrummet var väldigt stort och sängen skön. I vardagsrummet fanns dubbel bäddsoffa. Vardagsrummet var lite väl trångt, man kunde ha tagit utrymme från sovrummet och gjort större vardagsrum istället. Hela lägenheten var fräsch och såg ganska nytt ut. Däremot saknades det redskap i köket. Det fanns tex ingen stekspade, bara en soppslev och en visp. Det fanns ingen olja, salt eller sånt som kanske borde räknas som grundläggande utrustning. (I alla fall brukar vi ha det i lägenheter vi har hyrt förut.) Frukosten var jättebra! Det enda att anmärka på var att skålar och skedar kunde ta slut så att man fick vänta 5 minuter på att det skulle komma nya diskade, men annars inget att klaga på. Generösa öppettider på frukosten också, ingen stress. Gymmet var ett skämt och kan ärligt talat inte kallas gym. I korridoren på väg till poolen (där alla passerar som ska till poolen) stod det ett löpband i ett hörn, en cykel i ett annat hörn, en crosstrainer i ett tredje, och mitt i korridoren fanns en liten skivstång vid en spegel. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal överallt. Jättebra läge, promenadavstånd till Eiffeltornet men i lugnt område. Vi var dock förvånade över att vi skulle städa, diska och slänga soporna efter oss - det fick vi ingen information om av någon, men läste oss till det på en skylt på rummet. För det priset vi betalade så borde det ingå. Vi är absolut nöjda med vår vistelse, framförallt läget och frukosten och skulle kunna bo där igen.

Very nice hotel and rooms, but sone of the facilities were out of order, in particular most of the washing machines and the shower in the pool area. Also the airconditioning did not really work well and the controls in the room made no difference to the temperature or fan speed, which was annoying at night. Carpark was excellent and very convenient, albeit a bit expensive

On the website it advertised that there was a pool when in fact no pool. Also it mentions that there was luggage storage which there was but you had to rent a locker for it. Plus only 1 of the 3 bathrooms lights worked properly.

Everyone was very nice, location is 10m to effilé tower, close to indoor shopping mall with indoor movie theatre, local market, bowling alley. Extra security to enter after certain hours with your key card which I appreciate. There are some homeless people around the corner on mattresses. Taxis line up out front, easy location for getting an Uber. If you stay 8 days or more you will receive a cleaning service for your suite. or pay $8e for light cleaning. The AC while available is extremely low low when it’s at the highest setting. With a kitchen was option, fridge and sink to cook, and heat something up in the micro. No coffee or tea are left although there is an empty box of nespresso offering. Wish the window could open for some fresh air and a breeze, luckily we didn’t cook, it would be warmer in the room. The elevator and property while everyone was being attentive with repairs, always see them cleaning and maintaining complimentary fruit water was a nice touch. 2 elevators for over 30 floors, but if you walk through to the stair case can access another two elevators. the last evening, I went to do laundry. 7 machines were out of order. leaving two for washing and one for drying. Must have euro coins to wash $7euro + $4euro dry (17m) I did two dry cycles and 1/2 my load was still wet. I took to the room as there is a line of people waiting their turn. I used the hair drier to dry before packing into luggage.

Great location... close by 2 metro lines, easy check in process and friendly team but there was an issue with the lift and 5 out 9 days we only had 1 from the 2 lift operating, it was clearly not enough for 31 floors!!! worse

We spent 5 night there. For what we paid (and it was not cheap) we were surprised when we found out that we had to clean our own room, make the beds, take the garbage out. In addition, they never changed/replaced the bathroom towels. I don't believe this was mentioned in the information about the aparthotel, otherwise we would have never chose this place. I would not recommend it to anyone, unless you stay there just for one day.

Stayed 6 nights in December. Location worked out for our purpose. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only problem was with the clogged bathroom sink and bathtub. We reported the issue right away but it Took a day and 2 tries to get the clogs “fixed”.

Very poor maintenance with things that break and don’t get fixed. Shower drain does not drain well and floods bathroom with peeling paint on walls from damage. The ac worked so poorly in bedroom that we had to move bed to main room and have fans going. Pool was supposed to be a highlight but half the things did not work for showers and just gross. Room was not very clean and toilet was nasty. Should have moved hotels after one night but we roughed it out. Will never book one of these again.

The beds had pubes on them?? Which was disgusting and showed that they didn’t clean the bedding. We also had to call them to fix the shower head that was in bad condition, which they did quickly. Other than that it was okay but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Extremely happy with our stay-the room was very clean and in good shape. We had many amenities to make our stay comfortable. Did I mention the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower? Walking distance to the tower as well as transportation, restaurants and shopping. Would recommend

The apartment was big and clean. We had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. 2 blocks away was a supermarket and a main road with lots of shops and restaurants. The metro is not that close and the bed was uncomfortable.

We secured a 1 bedroom suite with the full view of the Eiffel Tower from 3 separate windows and 270 degree view of Paris from dining. What an amazing view it was! Four people slept well, pull out couch was cozy too. Staff were quick to respond to delayed arrival. Hotel is 5 min walk from large grocery store, coffee, shopping and 2 - Metro stops. Great children's park near hotel.

The only two things I would change is being able to vent out the room. The windows could not be opened so we decided not to use the kitchen amenities because it would trap any smell. The second thing would be there is no complimentary soap or shampoo in the room so be prepared to bring everything you need Other than that, our two person stay was pleasant and we would recommend.

Our one bedroom apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower had definitely seen better days. The bathroom was clean but very dated, dark and gloomy. The sofa/sofa bed wasn’t very nice. However, because the view of the Eiffel Tower was fantastic, we could have forgiven that if the air conditioning had worked efficiently and the environment in the apartment hadn’t been so hot and humid. The windows couldn’t open, one air conditioning unit didn’t work and the other was less efficient than a decent fan would have been. Our sleep quality was terrible and made worse by the synthetic disposable mattress protector on top of a mattress covered with a synthetic material (Premier Inn bed this was not!). Really liked the area of Paris this hotel was in as it had lots of nice shops, bars and restaurants without being too touristy however, if/when we return, we would not stay in this hotel again.

Accueil parfait, personnel très sympathique. Chambre propre dommage que la salle de bain n’était pas dans un état impeccable ( contour de baignoire déboîté)manque un peu de pression. Le point négatif est le lit en 2 parties ( 2 lits simples assemblés en grand lit) il s’écarter trop facilement. Mais literie parfaite.

La chambre était bien. Par contre, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d’accéder à notre chambre seulement à 16h30, au lieu de 15h et nous n’avons même pas été dédommagé pour cela. Aucun geste commercial, alors qu’on est arrivé à Paris le jour même à 7h30, après un vol de 22h et qu’on espérait au moins avoir la chambre à l’heure prévu dans le règlement de l’hôtel, c’est à dire 15h. C’était vraiment désagréable de vivre cette situation parce qu’on était très fatigués.

🥰❤️😍 Walked into the room it was breathtaking it was so beautiful❤️ The view was everything that I could imagine being my first time in Paris. We loved it. Definitely recommend and will stay again. Poor customer service at reception, they wouldn't open out the sofa bed and showed me a video and said DIY. No toiletries, no tea bags, wouldn't let us fill up my elderly aunts water bottle. Wouldn't give us a towel as said it was 3 euros. - we said there wasnt enough in our room and rhey didnt believe us. Wouldnt give us a duvet for the sofa bed until we got the manager involved. Was generally clean though and location not bad.

A estadia no hotel foi muito agradável. O hotel é muito bem localizado, tendo 2 estações de metrô próximas (Charles Michels e Dupleix) situadas a cerca de 500-600m. Há um monoprix na esquina que é um mercado com preços razoáveis. Tem o centro comercial BeauGrenelle bem próximo. Há um Mc Donalds na frente da estação Charles Michels. No hotel, há diversas facilidades como um cafezinho gratuito na recepção e um bebedouro para encher garrafas de água. Eles ainda tem uma loja de conveniência no próprio hotel. O apartamento é bem amplo e satisfaz completamente 4 pessoas, considerando o sofá-cama. A única coisa que deixou a desjar foi o fato de a piscina estar em reforma, mas eles tem convênio com uma academia próxima ao hotel que vc pode utilizara piscina pedindo na recepção. No geral, foi tudo muito bom e eu recomendo bastante o hotel.

Adoramos a experiência no hotel. A localização é ótima, na frente tem ponto de ônibus e em menos de 10 minutos você está no metrô. Além de ter supermercado e shopping próximo que facilita algumas voltas, a Torre Eiffel fica pertinho! Os quartos eram novos, com estrutura para cozinhar, limpos e amplos. Adoramos!

Vi bodde i lägenhet med 1 sovrum. Sovrummet var väldigt stort och sängen skön. I vardagsrummet fanns dubbel bäddsoffa. Vardagsrummet var lite väl trångt, man kunde ha tagit utrymme från sovrummet och gjort större vardagsrum istället. Hela lägenheten var fräsch och såg ganska nytt ut. Däremot saknades det redskap i köket. Det fanns tex ingen stekspade, bara en soppslev och en visp. Det fanns ingen olja, salt eller sånt som kanske borde räknas som grundläggande utrustning. (I alla fall brukar vi ha det i lägenheter vi har hyrt förut.) Frukosten var jättebra! Det enda att anmärka på var att skålar och skedar kunde ta slut så att man fick vänta 5 minuter på att det skulle komma nya diskade, men annars inget att klaga på. Generösa öppettider på frukosten också, ingen stress. Gymmet var ett skämt och kan ärligt talat inte kallas gym. I korridoren på väg till poolen (där alla passerar som ska till poolen) stod det ett löpband i ett hörn, en cykel i ett annat hörn, en crosstrainer i ett tredje, och mitt i korridoren fanns en liten skivstång vid en spegel. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal överallt. Jättebra läge, promenadavstånd till Eiffeltornet men i lugnt område. Vi var dock förvånade över att vi skulle städa, diska och slänga soporna efter oss - det fick vi ingen information om av någon, men läste oss till det på en skylt på rummet. För det priset vi betalade så borde det ingå. Vi är absolut nöjda med vår vistelse, framförallt läget och frukosten och skulle kunna bo där igen.

We stayed 6 nights. The Adagio has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and the surrounding monuments. Kids enjoyed their time as well. We had the breakfast each morning. It was ok, but should have more dining buffet options for the €18/person price. Also, they charge for Starbucks coffee. The coffee they provided was not very good. We purchased Nescafe instant to have some in our room before heading down. The room we were in had a small kitchen and housewares. I would definitely stay again based on complete experience.

The breakfast quality was like a 2-star hotel. In the hotel’s restaurant, where breakfast is served, the space is so cramped that people constantly bump into each other trying to pass. It’s unbelievable how such a tall 30-floor hotel has such a tiny breakfast area. There’s only one elevator for 30 floors. Each time we wanted to go up, we had to wait at least 15 minutes, and coming down took around 20 minutes. Our room was on the 17th floor, and several times we had to take the stairs down — even with a small child. Leaving or returning to the hotel was truly a nightmare because of that single elevator and the fact that the building is a tower. I honestly never want to come back here again.

O hotel é bom e bem localizado. Não tem onde guardar as malas gratuitamente em caso de check-out. Tem que pagar e mesmo assim não tinha lugar disponível. Alguns funcionários que trabalham no salão de café da manhã tem má vontade em atender o hóspede. O hotel só abre a porta com o uso do cartão e no caso de quem acabou de chegar, fica dependendo de outra pessoa para abrir a porta e se vc esquecer o cartão, ficará na rua, no frio, até que o funcionário tenha a boa vontade de abrir a porta para você entrar. Somente um elevador funcionando em cada torre para atender aos 31 andares do prédio, o que causa fila de espera. Aspectos bons: localização ótima, cama confortável, quarto espaçoso, café da manhã bom com croissants saborosos.
