Good location and very helpful and pleasant staff. However, on two occasions the electronic keys wouldn’t work so we had to make our way from the 13th floor to reception to have them re-validated. Dirty lipstick marked glasses in the breakfast area. The music in the bar and reception area was excessively loud even during breakfast time. Why? We had a conversation with a couple who were stuck in a lift. They informed us that no one responded to the emergency alarm and no one answered the phone in reception. This resulted in them having to call the emergency services in order to release them. Unbelievable! I don’t think I’ll be staying at this property again. IBIS management, you really have to improve.

I had a lovely night's sleep, and the room felt peaceful. I paid for breakfast, which was lovely, although the breakfast restaurant area was very busy, so you may need to consider the time you go. I also ate some dinner at the lobby restaurant, as I was back late, and the food was good, with a good selection of drinks at the bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic location for our tour of Wembley Stadium. The ladies on reception were amazing sorting a parking space for us at a reasonable rate, rather than the extortionate rate the car parks wanted. Good breakfast and comfy bed.

One lift was down for maintenance which can’t be helped, but coming back from a show did mean quite a long wait for the lift. Other wise hotel was perfect great check in -check out times close to everything you could need. Clean and bed was comfy and shower had very good pressure.

It started well until I went to bed - I pulled back the duvet and the bed sheet came with it. It was utterly disgusting, there was blood all over the mattress cover. In fairness to the hotel staff, they moved us to a new (inferior) room straight away, but the experience was tarnished. I could’ve spent the night unwittingly sleeping on someone else’s blood - totally unacceptable!! Although the staff were apologetic in the morning, I don’t think apologies go quite far enough to make up for a bed with someone else’s blood concealed under the sheet!! Really disappointed. I recommend that the housekeepers go on a hygiene course!!

We booked this property because it was close to Wembley Stadium. It was an easy walk. Close to the train and the tube stations. The staff were very pleasant, unfortunately that was about it. The beds were horrible, the mattress was only about two inches thick and very lumpy. Made sleeping very difficult. The housekeeper did not empty the trash for the whole stay, it piled up. So great that it’s close to Wembley but that’s about it.

Great location to Wembley Stadium and perfect for our stay, however, the bathroom smelled of urine the entire time. It was clean in the main room nonetheless, but that smell! Walk to stadium is 5 minutes and for that we would return to this hotel.

Excellent location for wembley stadium and arena, and outlet stores. Close to wembley station as well, 10 mins train time from Marylebone. Good bar area, friendly staff, would probably have breakfast next time we stay. Rooms are OK, train coffee, iron, hair dryer, tv, only negative is the beds wasn't great, mattresses were uncomfortable, not the worst I've slept on but certainly not the best.

I've stayed here a few times when I've visited London and whilst its a 15 - 20 minute walk from the tube station its worth the walk when you consider how quick / easy it is to get to central London on the Metropolitan Line from Wembley. Its a reasonably safe, quiet and clean hotel situated near shops, cafes and restaurants with pleasant / helpful staff - I have used this as my first choice of places to stay in the city for a few years now.

Clean and functional room with a large TV (albeit with limited channels). Great shower with shampoo and body wash. I think there are fourteen or fifteen floors and we were on the sixth. Awesome view from our room and about a three minute walk to wembley stadium. So close to the outlet centre with loads of bars, restaurants and shops. AC was ok with pretty decent WiFi and we had a burger from the kitchen which was pretty good. Didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Staff were great and friendly. We stayed for two nights for the Guns n Roses gig so hence the four stars as it was quite expensive. All in all pretty good. The two photos are from our room.

Great hotel , value for money We were there for starlight express and England v Portugal football match at Wembley Stadium. Both within minutes of the hotel, so a fab location for us Breakfast was also great value , cost us around £21 for 2 all you eat breakfast with plenty of choice
