Il punto forte della struttura è proprio la posizione, grazie alla fermate bus/metro situate nei pressi della struttura si riesce a raggiungere qualunque posto senza troppi sforzi. L’hotel è molto accogliente, il personale è molto gentile. Uniche note negativo sono: dimensione della camera (ma quanto a Parigi le stanze non sono molto grandi) e assenza di frigo-bar in camera (un 4 stelle non può non avere un frigo-bar).

Excelente localização, perto do metrô e de diversos bares e restaurantes. O hotel é bem charmoso, cama confortável. Máquina de cafés diversos e água gelada, sem custo para o hóspede. A única ressalva é sobre as toalhas que poderiam ser maiores e mais felpudas.

Convince location, surrounded by beautiful restaurants. Short walk to Metro, buses and RER. Friendly staffs have beautiful smiles and service is very good and professional. The drinking water bottle re-fill services is very useful. Enjoyed.

I had a great stay here. It was easy to check in, super friendly and helpful staff, nice accommodations. The lobby and food area are very nice and kept very clean. I did not opt for the buffett breakfast but from the fantastic look of it I would next time. Lots of delicious foods and very clean and well kept. The coffee machine is awesome with lots of options (the hot chocolate one of my faves). Also had a cozy bar area and and lovely outside area with a few seats and tables. The hotel is in an excellent location - near tons of restaurants and shopping, and right across the street from the metro train, which takes you to all the tourist places easily (Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-élysées, Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, etc.). Or you can simply wander the streets near the hotel with lots to see. The only caveat is that the rooms are quite small, and the shower is quite cramped - I kept bumping my elbows when trying to wash my hair. Not suitable for larger folks. Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again. Thanks! Mahalo! Merci beaucoup!

This was our first trip to Paris, the staff during our stay were fantastic, the facilities great and wow what a location. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Paris. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Room was quiet and nicely cleaned. Really good location and it was close to both metro, train station, bakeries and grocery stores. Breakfast was wonderful and affordable. Only downside was small rooms and during our first day they cleaned the carpet so it was wet so the room felt very cold and humid. No heating was on to dry the room. Would stay here again.

A very good hotel with a friendly staff and a central and quiet location. Cleaning was done daily. There are many restaurants and bakeries nearby, and it's right next to the metro. I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit.

Very clean, quiet and cozy hotel in a great area with easy access to several subway lines. Our room was small but that’s expected. We had a great view on a big Paris style street. The room was prestinely clean, the staff were very froendly and accomodating. Overall I loved tje experience and would come back here again.

Hotel Review The hotel had some positive aspects, but several issues affected our stay. Positive points: - The staff was friendly and helpful. - The room had a good Samsung TV, though the Smart View function was disabled which was disappointing. Negative points: - The pricing policy was problematic. After I cancelled my return flight, the hotel wanted to charge more than double the original price for the same room and wouldn't negotiate. - The breakfast buffet was very basic with limited choices. - The bathroom had quality issues: - The fixtures were loose and kept falling off - The shower cabin was too small for anyone taller than 1.60m (about 5'3") Overall impression: This was an average stay with some significant drawbacks. I am a bit annoyed that I'm tying to get them to e-mail a receipt for my stay, but can't get a response. That's a huge problem for a business traveler. - which is why the mediocre rating for service, even though the staff on sight were good. Otherwise, Beautiful hotel in a great neigbourhood. I did find the room quite small and shower very small an leaky - but otherwise no issues.

We stayed three nights in Paris and the location of this hotel was ideal. Celebrating an anniversary was made even more perfect by thoughtful staff member Madeline. The room was comfortable and had mini bar and balcony and also robes and slippers. The ideal place to stay due to the quality of rooms, location and the exceptional staff.

Hotel très bien situé proche quartier Montparnasse, très calme, propre et accueillant. La chambre meme si assez petite était très confortable, par contre la cabine de douche dans la salle de bain était minuscule, impossible de se tourner dans la doucher ou meme se savonner....

La forza della struttura è la posizione, in un quartiere bello e vivibile, con ottimi ristoranti e boulangerie nei dintorni. La struttura è curata. Le stanze sono molto pulite. L'unica pecca è che le camere sono eccessivamente piccole, riesci a muoverti a malapena al proprio interno.

Old items still in refrigerator at check in, noisy elevator sound at room, finally elevator unworkable, not hot water shower at bathroom, is it really one of Accor group??? Our hotel room was lovley and very clean the bed was comfortable and it was warm for the time we went. The hotel staff were absolutely brilliant we had asked if we could change rooms to one with a view and the gentleman gave us a few choices at no extra charge, the room service and continental breakfast was really lovely, i would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you want easy access to all the travel amenities as bus stops and metro was right outside the hotel.

I had a great stay here. It was easy to check in, super friendly and helpful staff, nice accommodations. The lobby and food area are very nice and kept very clean. I did not opt for the buffett breakfast but from the fantastic look of it I would next time. Lots of delicious foods and very clean and well kept. The coffee machine is awesome with lots of options (the hot chocolate one of my faves). Also had a cozy bar area and and lovely outside area with a few seats and tables. The hotel is in an excellent location - near tons of restaurants and shopping, and right across the street from the metro train, which takes you to all the tourist places easily (Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-élysées, Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, etc.). Or you can simply wander the streets near the hotel with lots to see. The only caveat is that the rooms are quite small, and the shower is quite cramped - I kept bumping my elbows when trying to wash my hair. Not suitable for larger folks. I am a bit annoyed that I'm tying to get them to e-mail a receipt for my stay, but can't get a response. That's a huge problem for a business traveler. - which is why the mediocre rating for service, even though the staff on sight were good. Otherwise, Beautiful hotel in a great neigbourhood. I did find the room quite small and shower very small an leaky - but otherwise no issues.

Breakfast was wonderful and affordable. Only downside was small rooms and during our first day they cleaned the carpet so it was wet so the room felt very cold and humid. No heating was on to dry the room. Would stay here again.
