The breakfast was wonderful with a large variety. They even cooked my bacon extra for me. I had requested a handicapped room and did not get one. I had booked it online and then requested it via of messaging like instructed and again in person on registration. They said they would give me one but I did not get one. So I was not able to step up into the shower and had to wash from the sink. Also, the bed was very high and difficult to get into and I'm 5'7". Also, it was not a full bed but 2 twin pushed together. Kept having to move away from the middle where it kept separating. Wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower from their upstairs lounge. Dinner in the dining room was just ok. Nothing special, but the service was wonderful.

Overall stay was good - staff were accommodating and spoke english - the rooms were clean and comfortable the complimentary drinks and water in fridges was a nice touch - my only gripe would be no milk although there were coffee pods and a range of tea bags - it was great that we could leave our luggage in the hotel in our last day as our flight was in the evening. I also thought the breakfast not worth the 20 Euros - it was a very limited choice.
