Hotel estava em obras na fachada e a vista do quarto era um andaime. O quarto e bem pequeno, porem o banheiro e vem espaçoso.. Ponto negativo é nao ter um chuveiro, apenas a banheira no meio do banheiro, sem cortinas. Tomar um banho requer uma certa ginástica e agua por todo o banheiro
Hotel estava em obras na fachada e a vista do quarto era um andaime. O quarto e bem pequeno, porem o banheiro e vem espaçoso.. Ponto negativo é nao ter um chuveiro, apenas a banheira no meio do banheiro, sem cortinas. Tomar um banho requer uma certa ginástica e agua por todo o banheiro

We have stayed at La Demeter before. The service is professional and helpful. The lobby area is comfortable. They have a Wine bar and other drinks that you can purchase. We stayed in the superior room and it was clean and had more room. It is quiet. The decor is nice. It is in a great neighborhood with many restaurants and a metro nearby. Overall I would recommend this place.

Lieu charmant, l'extérieur du bâtiment puis l'entrée et enfin la vue. Le petit plus : le sauna et la qualité des petites attentions..de l'eau infusé, un espace de travail, une salle de sport bien équipé et un espace sauna agréable et privé. Rare sont les lieux agréables à Paris pour ce rapport qualité prix! En business ou en romantique break ce lieu est vraiment une belle adresse parisienne. La chambre avec vue sur la tour Eiffel et les toits de Paris est particulièrement agréable, petit balcon en prime.

Convenient location in the 5th Arr. Great Boulangerie across the street. Staff were excellent and inviting. The lobby and front lounge area is cool - nice arcade glass game machine. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. But the hotel is a little (just a little) tired and in need of some upkeep/refurb. The wall plaster in our room was bubbling. Scratches on the toilet seat. Our room was also to the front of the hotel, and despite admittedly good sound-proofing, traffic noise and sirens were pretty constant. Bd Saint-Marcel is a pretty busy street. So if you are a light sleeper, ensure you do not get a boulevard-facing room. Also - the hotel room's Air Conditioning is not a dedicated unit that you can control to your liking. It is a centrally managed panel, so if AC is important to you, pay close attention. Oh, and our room also had lots of noise coming from other people's showers, toilets, taps, etc.

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights in May 2025. All the staff at the front desk were extremely nice, cheerful, and helpful. The metro station is close by. The neighborhood was very pleasant and safe. There are two grocery stores and numerous restaurants nearby. The elevator was a bit small, but that seems typical for Paris

We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was just the right amount of space for our family of four. The hotel was a fantastic choice—clean, comfortable, and in a quiet residential part of the Latin Quarter that felt very safe, which we really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Public transportation was a breeze, with both bus and metro stations just a short walk away. Plenty of restaurants as well. We used the spa for massages the day we arrived—such a relaxing way to kick off the trip. One of the highlights was taking a tuk tuk tour of the city from the hotel, which made sightseeing easy and fun. Breakfast was delicious (a little on the pricey side, but worth it). We also loved having an espresso machine and a mini fridge in the room. The bathroom was surprisingly large, and the cold A/C was a lifesaver during the warmer days. Overall, we’d absolutely recommend this hotel for families visiting Paris. It was a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm.

The hotel is delightful. It's clean and quiet, the staff is helpful and friendly. The room, which was their basic and least expensive option, was quite spacious, particularly by the standards of Paris hotels. I highly recommend this place.

Great hotel. Super chic and easy access to Le Gobelins metro. Absolutely spotless. Huge shout out to the cleaning staff. Positives: Huge towels which was fabulous. Lots of sockets and even 2 USB charging points. Amazing air con!!! Desk with mirror. Wonderful shower. Free water each day in the room. Bed super comfy and king size. Lots of lights and lamps and reading lights. Beautifully remade room every day. Lots of quirky storage and shelving. Beautiful decor and styling of room. Possible negatives but not for us: only one English Channel which was BBC world news (I watched live tennis so didn’t bother me.. but you may want to some downloading before you arrive). Only half a dozen hangers on an open rail, so we lived out of our suitcases which we are fine with as only here for 3 nights. OVERALL…lovely staff, reception and cleaning staff. We really liked the location as we were prolific users of the metro and bus so could get everywhere from here. Great stay and we would definitely stay here again xxx

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only complaint. Was that the bathroom started to flood and the staff seemed unsure how to fix it, and it continued to flood the entire stay. Other than that. All was great.

The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the room I paid for was not the one I received. I did not have a small fridge to store my medication or a closet for my clothing. The bathroom tub is so high that it is difficult to get access to take a shower. I imagine that a short man or lady would have trouble getting inside the tub. There was no safe deposit to store valuables..

Trevligt hotell. Lagom stort rum, men lite trångt badrum. Ont om utrymme för klädförvaring. Trevligt att bo relativt centralt, nära till tunnelbana och buss, men väldigt trafikerad gata med tutande ambulanser, polisbilar och brandkår dygnet runt. Inte så ljudisolerat rum.

Une arrivée contrariée car les deux employés discutaient et bien que m'ayant vue ils m'ont laissée debout avec mes valises sans me parler. Ensuite ils m'ont remis la clé en disant "l'ascenseur est là bas ". J'avais réservé la chambre suite junior et franchement je n'avais qu'une envie c'était de repartir. We have stayed at La Demeter before. The service is professional and helpful. The lobby area is comfortable. They have a Wine bar and other drinks that you can purchase. We stayed in the superior room and it was clean and had more room. It is quiet. The decor is nice. It is in a great neighborhood with many restaurants and a metro nearby. Located right on main road and although there was a lot of traffic noise during the day it didnt affect us at night and we all had a great sleep.
