Room was not fully cleaned when we arrived. Took two visits to guest services to be taken seriously and get the room properly serviced. Breakfast was good but the supper meal was terrible; however the waiter acknowledged it and addressed the issue. The overall experience was not the typical Marriott quality I am used to.

Firstly I had big hard staines on the top of my sheets. Secondly I needed a taxi to get to the airport after my conference but the front desk staff said that they could not order a taxi for me. They had a computerscreen for me to order the expensive car they use (not a regular taxi) on but it was not working. So after about 15 min they unwillingly ordered me one of the expensive car they use. They said the car would be 6 min but after 15 min there was still no car. Luckely there was a normal black cab (which they unfortunatly do not use) outside the hotel. So thanks to that black cab outside that happend to be there I did not miss my flight. Would defenatly not stay here again
