My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights from 10/30-11/6/25. Its main attraction was proximity to many ancient sites, good restaurants, and good museums. The hotel is located in a very old four story building which has been upgraded/modernized. There is a single small elevator. We did not need the AC but the heating worked well. The bath/shower faucets were difficult to use; the bathroom had a hairdryer and electric shaver outlet, but the staff had to supply our bathroom with an extension cord so I could use my own electric styling hairbrush. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel, but we did drink coffee and tea, as well as snacks supplied by the staff - these were available all day in the comfortable living room which has many bookslevles/books for you to read and chairs. One of the attractions of this hotel is the nice staff, including the very helpful desk and custodial/cleaning staff. The "Mourad Team" appeared to work well together and appreciate each other; they seem like "family" to each other and visitors. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend others to stay here as well.

For our first visit to Paris, we wanted to experience Paris and this boutique hotel is about as Paris as you can get. 300+ year old building with all of the amenities you would expect from a modern hotel... except for a small elevator which only fits one person and that just made the whole experience even better :) Short walk to a variety of shops, restaurants and the bus to explore anywhere in Paris... get the Navigo pass, it will take you anywhere. It was a special anniversary for us so we booked the Junior Suite and it was worth every penny... spacious and comfortable. And as everyone else has already noted... the staff were fantastic.

Our room was large by Euopean standards with plenty of room for luggage and a large bath with a fantastic shower. It was extremely hot in Paris the week we visited so having great AC in our room was appreciated! The hotel is located in a safe neighbourhood fairly close to Metro and RER.

The property was very nicely decorated and furnished. The room’s air conditioning worked very well. The room itself was quite small by American standards but I think pretty standard for a room in a large European city. It is located within easy walking distance to train, metro and bus lines. There are several good restaurants nearby.

Beautiful air conditioned clean boutique hotel very well situated in Latin district with market and pharmacy across the street and restaurants nearby. Nice buffet breakfast available in the hotel also. Every employee at this hotel were so nice but a special mention to Maurad, the reservation manager. From the moment we arrived to our departure, Maurad was so friendly, kind and helpful. Walking directions, restaurant suggestions…if you need a taxi, he will get one for you at a touch of a button. Nice lounge area at the entrance with coffee and tea always available near the entrance also. We stayed in the Jr suite which was very nice. Nice size room with King size bed, love seat and chair. Bathroom had walk in shower and a tub with shower as well. Large closet with safe. We found the bed mattress a bit uncomfortable…that would be the only suggestion i would have for the owner to improve. I highly recommend this hotel.

We got a junior suite and it was quiet (like no footfall and we were in floor2), king bed was comfortable (and we are picky!) with comfortable, crisp and clean linens, cleaning staff was on point, bathroom modern, AC was effective and not just a little box, and Eric at the front desk had really excellent recommendations and was kind and friendly. Definitely would come again.

Lovely hotel with clean rooms in a great location! The neighborhood was quiet and very conveniently located to the metro and bus stations as well as many restaurants and a pharmacy and grocery store. We loved exploring the nearby Luxembourg Gardens as well! Perfect stay!

The room was as clean as it could be given the general worn condition of the property. We had no hot water for the first day so I was allowed to use another room to shower. It did get fixed though it was only warm, not hot. The staff try hard and Maria was very good. Kitchen and breakfast staff were great.

The room was fine. The hand held shower which had a hook so you could stand under it did not hold the shower head. And the drain did not drain. So showering was a challenge. Also the hair dryer did not work. We were only there a night so while I informed the staff they were unable to fix it only after we left. they would not be able to fix it w

Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms was clean but smallish, but that is typical of most European hotels. Only negative is there was a fair bit of street noise as our room was facing the street, even in early hours of the morning. The sun shone through our window and heated up the room and the AC wasn’t working so we had to keep windows open.

We stayed in the Junior Suite which was great, lots of space. Also appreciated the bathroom, toilet is tucked back from the door for privacy. Bathroom had both a shower and a separate tub. King bed was VERY comfortable! Room was very quiet, you cant hear other guests. Overlooked the inside courtyard with a water fountain and morning doves/pigeons, very peaceful. Slept with the windows open, felt like we were staying in the countryside. Area is lovely, walkable, safe, lots of restaurant options. Latin Quarter and Saint Germain are the best neighborhoods in Paris in my opinion. Shout out to the manager who was very helpful for the entire stay and went above and beyond expectations. We’ll be staying here again!

The hotel was amazing! The room and bathroom were surprising large and the bed was very comfortable. Eric and all the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to cafes, Jardine Luxembourg, St. Germaine and a great little market across the way with the freshest fruit! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les Fontaines. In a great location, close to many of the sights and a quick walk to the Metro or RER stations. The room was perfect and had all the amenities. Need to share a special appreciation for Eric at the front desk. Very personable, provided awesome service and a joy to talk to about recommendations, or simply general "chat" during our daily interactions. Definitely recommend this property.

A great staff. I injured my back during my last day. The manager allowed me to keep my same room for an additional day and arranged for a doctor to come to my room. The staff brought me a full breakfast and could not have been more accommodating.

I was pleasantly surprised by this charming little hotel in the lovely area of St Germain in Paris. Half a block from Jardin du Luxembourg (and the Luxembourg Metro station that has a direct train from CDG Airport) the location could not be any better. You can easily walk to almost all of the tourist destinations in Central Paris (except Sacre Coeur) from this hotel. The room we had was very small, and should probably have been marked as a single room but the Queen bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The bathroom was very clean and they provided really plush bathrobes which was a surprise at the price point. The lobby area was lovely and they had complimentary croissants and tea/coffee there in the afternoon (there was tea/coffee in the room as well). What set this hotel apart from other small hotels in Paris (I have been to several over the last 20 years) is that the service here was excellent. Every person we spoke with in Mourad's team (including Mourad) was really helpful and friendly. Us not knowing French was not a problem, they were fluent in English. I must mention Eric at front desk and Marie at housekeeping for their warm hospitality and competence.

A decoração do quarto não é bonita, mas cama muito boa com ótima roupa de cama e banheiro excelente e grande com um chuveiro delicioso. Café da manhã excelente! Muito saboroso! The hotel made our stay in Paris special. The staff were welcoming and helpful and liked the quirky decor in the hotel. Nice area to stay. Jardin de Luxembourg was a nice breather from sightseeing, and the area is central to all the famous sights to visit. Nice breakfast too.
