The parking area for the cabins is not well lit and the road leading to them is narrow and the shoulder is washed out. A larger vehicle would be hard to maneuver. The path leading to the cabin is gravel and washed out, simply not easy to walk on or transport your luggage to and from the car. Beds were comfortable and clean. Other than that it was basically a shed with a bathroom, two beds, tv, micro fridge and microwave. we attempted the restaurant and most things on the menu weren’t available. So we returned the next day for brunch and were only one of two families eating (not busy) eggs were over cooked, out of juice and salt shakers were wet. One and done for us.

Our stay in Dahlonega was great. The cabins were so intimate and clean. My only concern was the parking. I hope that they will expand parking near the cabins because it was very difficult to find a space once we left out for the day. Overall, I would definitely return to Dahlonega.

My husband and I went for a one night stay. It was ver clean and comfortable. The area was beautiful. We checked in on our phone before arriving but still went to the office to talk to them. They were in a small brown building next to the main house. They keep part of it open all night just in case you need extra shampoo or towels. We stayed in a villa room which was quiet and located in a small building away from the main house. Easy walk to the main house and restaurant. Restaurant was ok. Relaxing on the porch with wine made the food better. Fire pit was an added bonus.

Cabins are clean, nice and beds were comfortable and cozy. Dog friendly with doggie clean up bags if you needed them. Great Massage had by my Husband and I. Will definitely have to come back to visit again!

Everything was amazing. From check in to dinner and the spa. Did I mention the spa. My massage therapist was awesome…… the food was off the charts making long with the service… highly recommend this place. 20 out of a a 10.

Beautiful views surrounding the resort. Feels like your very own mountain retreat. Outdoor fire pit beyond the house. Short trail. Large chairs on the lawn yo enjoy the magnificent view while sipping on local wines. Restaurant seating on large porch with acoustic entertainment. Lovely room. All close to other wineries and shopping in Dahlonega. Worth every penny! We will definitely call this home when visiting the area.

My husband and I stayed only one night during a road trip. We loved the beauty of the location and enjoyed eating our dinner on the porch overlooking the mountains. We found our room in the West Wing to be clean and well appointed with everything one could need. The bed was comfortable and the AC/heat unit quiet. We were especially happy to find some breakfast items in the hospitality room that we were able to enjoy the morning before we had to leave. Our only complaints would be that the hot water was very slow to warm and then gave only enough for a short shower before cooling. We also found the walls to be thin and allowed us to hear our neighbors easily.

We really enjoyed the stay. The room was comfy and clean. An overnight trip isnt long enough to fully enjoy the area. The Dahlonega resort and winery is beautiful. Be sure to turn right out of the driveway, go about a mile and visit Kaya winery.

We had an amazing stay. The property was absolutely gorgeous. The exterior and interior were pristine, the property and views were gorgeous. Staff was so kind and helpful. We loved the hospitality room and the on-site restaurant. It felt so special to be able to walk right out of our room to the restaurant. Would fully recommend and look forward to going back.

We loved our cabin! The beds were comfortable and the lil kitchen was great for making breakfast. Just want to note a couple things. The shower floor was hard to get in and out of because it sloped slightly and very slippery.

While a good location for area wine tasting; and nice views of the mountains; the standard rooms were small and we had to walk to a separate welcome center to gather our convenience items like soap, shampoo, conditioner, water bottles. Staff and managers were helpful and nice; the check in staff were not (forgetting twice to send text letting us know our room was ready).

The food and ambiance is great. The room was awesome as well. The only negative is sound travels very well throughout the lodge. If you want to relax in bed betwee the hours of 5pm and 8pm...you can forget about it. Everything else was marvelous.

The staff was welcoming, which was nice. My main concern is the classification of a "Villa". The rooms are so small you can't take off your shoes because you will continuously stub your toe on furniture that is in the way, everywhere. The shower pressure would be comparable to a mother turtle gently squirting water droplets onto a baby turtle to wash it. My hair was matted the whole trip. If you can get by without a decent shower or any time in your room, this is a great spot.

DRV was perfect! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and thoughtful, especially Tyler and Maria. Tyler literally went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip extra special! The amenities were also really great! The only thing that wasn’t completely perfect was the shower, and that’s just because the water temperature fluctuates. Definitely not a make or break, and I can’t think of a single bad thing to say.

The on-line "rules" and "no touch" instructions were very off-putting. It sent a very unwelcoming vibe before we even arrived. The message seemed to be we don't really want you here and definitely don't want to have to interact with you in person!

I didn’t like being charged resort fee since nothing was available until the last night we were there. We were asked to put all lines on the floor when we left. I never had to strip the bed in any hotel that we stayed.

Booked this for our anniversary. Arrived at the property around 5:30pm. Couldn't find anyone to help us guide us to our room. Restaurant/Bar were closed so we ended up going into to town (10min drive) to find food and drinks. Was not able to enjoy any of the "resort" services.

Very disappointed with overall experience. Booked 3 night stay months in advance. On arrival, found wedding rehearsal dinner occupied all but a couple of sleeping rooms. No services (bar, restaurant) available for 2 of the 3 days we were there. Final night it appeared we were only occupants in the building. We saw no staff nor security on the premises. Front door to building unlocked entire time. On the plus side, the property is gorgeous and well maintained.

We had an excellent one-night stay at Dahlonega Resort & Vineyard. We appreciated the contactless check in/out procedures as we arrived later in the evening. We really enjoyed the stay. The room was comfy and clean. An overnight trip isnt long enough to fully enjoy the area. The Dahlonega resort and winery is beautiful. Be sure to turn right out of the driveway, go about a mile and visit Kaya winery.

Beautiful views surrounding the resort. Feels like your very own mountain retreat. Outdoor fire pit beyond the house. Short trail. Large chairs on the lawn yo enjoy the magnificent view while sipping on local wines. Restaurant seating on large porch with acoustic entertainment. Lovely room. All close to other wineries and shopping in Dahlonega. Worth every penny! We will definitely call this home when visiting the area.

The parking area for the cabins is not well lit and the road leading to them is narrow and the shoulder is washed out. A larger vehicle would be hard to maneuver. The path leading to the cabin is gravel and washed out, simply not easy to walk on or transport your luggage to and from the car. Beds were comfortable and clean. Other than that it was basically a shed with a bathroom, two beds, tv, micro fridge and microwave. we attempted the restaurant and most things on the menu weren’t available. So we returned the next day for brunch and were only one of two families eating (not busy) eggs were over cooked, out of juice and salt shakers were wet. One and done for us.

My wife and I checked in mid-week which had its plus and downside. The lack of other customers made our stay quiet; however, no restaurant was made available. Breakfast items were made available adjacent to the gift shop, which was a short trek across the parking lot, but it was not replenished. This was also where you obtained additional towels. Restaurants are available in town after a 15 minutes drive. Winetasting is only available on weekends. Neither weekend only restaurants and winetasting was evident on web. Restaurant may not be available on weekend if weddings are scheduled. I rented Room 1 which was smaller than others but had the best view of the mountains.

We had an amazing stay. The property was absolutely gorgeous. The exterior and interior were pristine, the property and views were gorgeous. Staff was so kind and helpful. We loved the hospitality room and the on-site restaurant. It felt so special to be able to walk right out of our room to the restaurant. Would fully recommend and look forward to going back.

Great views of the mountains, nicely restored facility. Office closes at 4:30 and didn't open up until 9 am. Asked to have the room made up, didn't get done. Noisy, the main door closed loudly when used. Not sure what the resort fee was for? Enjoyed the area, wine, and relaxation.
