Lovely clean room. Great size. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great pool, tiles on the spa a bit sad. Has a coffee pod machine in the room, but pods at extra cost (don’t pay $2 per pod, go to Cole’s and get some at à much lower price). Overall we had a lovely stay. Could recommend.

The (indoor) pool, spa and sauna area as well as the gym were well appointed and sparkling clean. My confusion revolved around the small drive-up area which is on a side street of Waymouth not Waymouth itself. Room was roomy with large, beautiful ensuite which was a delight. Some of the fittings however could use some TLC as they were either loose or bent etc. and honestly the taps for the bathtub worked in mysterious ways... ha, ha, ha...

Corner suites are one of the best rooms in the city! spacious, balcony, great bathrooms. The pool is perfect, the staff are always friendly. Valet parking is cheapest in the city and they really look after your car. room service limited on menu, but other than that its close to everything. I have been staying here every business trip for a week at a time since 2018. Fantastic hotel!

Comfortable bed, large room. Large range of amenities. Disappointing that when we got there the shower was not cleaned beforehand, used cotton buds on the shower base floor. Mentioned it and showed pictures to reception who just said they will mention it to housekeeping. Thought at least could have offered room upgrade, free parking or a complimentary breakfast to compensate for their issue. Sadly not.

We stayed in a Peppers Deluxe Suite, and the room was huge! Separate lounge to bedroom as well as separate bathroom (3 rooms in all). The room looked recently refurshished and was very clean. The hotel is very centrally located as well. Reception and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were lovely and check-in/check-out was smooth. My partner first noticed an effluent near the elevators then we noticed it in our bathroom after afew hours.. the room was relatively clean, the bsthroom smell and the mini-fridge & aircon really let it down for us, There was a strong effluent smell from our rooms bathroom... thankfully the rangehood kept the smell in the bathroom at least, i covered drian pipe and helped abit.. The air conditioner didn’t work, and the mini-fridge barely kept food cool, often leaking water — which made storing any food safely nearly impossible. Breakfast was inconsistent. Most days were 5/10 ,the cold cuts & cheese looked old, but Sunday was chaos: food stations empty, around food counters messy, hot food left uncovered and lukewarm. The coffee machine also broke down several times, and even after reporting it, I was told I’d need to pay extra for barista coffee while waiting as inwanted a coffee before leaving. Overall, while staff were friendly and room comfy, the plumbing smell, broken air con, poor fridge, and chaotic breakfast really brought the experience down for us, at just under $300 P.n not good enough. 5/10 not worth the price for us.

Front desk staff was not friendly at check-in and out. No signs for credit card surcharge displayed at anywhere around reception which I believe its illegal. Pre-authorisation of $200 was taken without any explain in advance and the staff did not know how to provide a valid receipt. There was a very clear food scrap left on the TV remote when I entered the room and I could not imagine if the table or the whole room was cleaned properly and what was still on the surface not being cleaned. Good facilities but not good service and not taking care in details.

Did not have breakfast, parking was easy and secure, across the street. Everything about the room was five stars, clean, nice sheets, comfy bed, enough plugs, nice chairs to sit and chat except the lack of walls! We knew from the pics that the tub was in the room, but the shower was not private either. The toilet had a glass door with some privacy…but the shower was clear glass doors. Seriously, even seasoned couples enjoy a bit of private time?? At least change the doors form clear, or build a wall, a place to hang a wet towel! Poorly designed. Would have been a 5 star …

We unfortunately thought that foxtel would be available on our TV, but disappointingly is was not available. Breakfast bar only provided barely lukewarm coffee, which was undrinkable, and we finished up going across the road to a cafe to get hot coffee and hot food. The room was very comfortable and the staff were helpful, but we will not book into Peppers again.

It was amazing. The service received was exceptional, especially when I forgot some items in the room fridge, which I only realised once I left the property. The concierge I spoke to was kind enough to go to the room for me and get my items. They were safely returned!

From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed, nothing was any trouble and the free room upgrade was lovely! The room was beautiful, loved the two zones and the lounge and bed was very comfortable! Breakfast the following morning was really nice and the staff were very attentive. All round great stay, and would certainly recommend and stay again

Not the city break I’d be hoping for. Unfortunately I didn’t get the room I booked. After wasting a lot of time over the phone and face to face they did actually agree the picture of the room & description on my receipt did not match what they had given me but no offer to change. Extremely disappointed, I have never had poor service at a city hotel until now. Breakfast lovely and staff were friendly and helpful. Tried to organise transport with a male staff member on Saturday evening, (seemed to be a senior staff). Instead of explaining choices he chose to belittle me in front of other guests, I gave up & decided to organise my own. Found all the other staff to be extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. Had been looking toward to revisiting this hotel, sadly would not go back despite the lovely ammenities.

The location to other areas of the city was good and close by. The carpet right out side the lifts to each level was an interesting choice, why put carpet in the hall ways when everyone visiting are using suitcases with wheels? Every guest I saw was wheeling their suit case through the main reception fine and into their lifts fine but once they got to their floor every guest tripped as they were caught off guard by the carpet on each floor leading to their rooms, their suitcases wheels don’t work well on carpet. The carpet colour grey was a weird choice too as it made the room seem consistently dirty despite the cleaning service. At night it gets very scary as the carpark is located opposite the hotel and the walk there isn’t pleasant. The carpark does close itself after midnight and you can scan in with your ticket but the walk over there doesn’t make you feel safe at all! The room itself was ok, we had a deluxe so it was spacious, the bath room was good and clean and well lit. The bed and pillows were ok, grey carpet in the room wasn’t great and you need to ask for slippers as it’s not provided.

Room was overall clean! The pillows were terrible we couldn’t sleep on them they were lumpy & cheap. Breakfast was average & very questionable hygiene routine at breakfast service, I witnessed used cutlery being left on the table for the next group. Also went to get a new set of cutlery and the cutlery “space” was terrible there was food stuck to the forks and waiters just scratched it off and put on the tables. I left breakfast feeling little sick after witnessing these events. Overall staff were nice at reception.

Nothing to fault! Friendly and helpful staff, great size room with modern marble bath and balcony. The indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym facilities were excellent.
