Clean and convenient. Nice breakfast!

The staff Wash quite rude. In particular the blonde woman with tatoos. She had a very Bad attitude with everyone and yelled at other travelers often. We asked her for toilet paper late at night and she told us it was not her problem and yelled at us when we asked why. The next day she screamed at a family beacuse they were refilling their water bottles in the breakfast area. She straight up just yelled at them and told them that they were not welcome. In general, she was a very rude person with a short temper. We also ordered the room cleaning service for our second day and no one came (we made sure that the door did not have the “do not disturb card”). The cleaning aspect and the respect aspect left a lot to be desired. The rest of the experience was ok but most defenetly a disapointing one.

Room was very clean with great air con which was needed during a heatwave. Breakfast was also good.

The property was very clean, modern and very well insulated considering it's close location to a busy road and overpass. It has very good travel links to central Vienna. The breakfast selection was small and simple but more than enough every day - consisting of meat/cheese/bread options, a small fruit selection (normally 2 fruits) and some porridge selections. The staff were very helpful for any issues, and check in/out was very simple. Room cleaning is done by appointment to help save water, which is ideal if you want an uninterrupted stay. Room facilities are good, bathrooms are clean. TV is of minimal use as it only picks up approximately 5 channels, however there's so much to see and do that this isn't a problem!
