Great hotel and great breakfast, only downside was the whirlpool being out of order, which is why we were drawn to stay here.

Stayed in a comfort room and I have to say the following: Room is not 4-star by any means, more like a 2-star/ Old carpets, noisy heating system, outdated bathroom similar to a 2-star hotel for quality, no bidet as shown in the hotel pics. No fridge. Advertised on Expedia as having a pool, no pool of course. SPA area is outdated with lukewarm jacuzzi water, The hotel bar was closed, for months if not mistaken. Read some other reviews with similar comments and replies from the hotel were basically nonsense for a 4-star. To summarize, the hotel is nice overall, breakfast is very well made. Room quality is far away from a 4 star hotel like a 2 star one, old outdated just ugly overall and they should not advertise the hotel as a 4 star at all. Staff, asked what are the parking rules in Vienna and got 2 different answers, shall I say more?

何度も宿泊しているホテルです。西駅から近い事と、西駅近くの他のホテルより部屋が広い事、風呂桶が有る事、フィットネス器具一通りそろっているジムが有ることがリピートしている理由です。ジムの隣にはサウナやジャグジーもあります。今回も快適に滞在しました。

Der Aufenthalt war an sich gut. Schade war festzustellen, dass das Fitness und Saunaangebot kostenpflichtig ist.

Overall this property was mostly good. The location is perfect. The beds and rooms were tidy and equipped with everything you would expect from any respectable hotel. The view from the windows were spectacular. The breakfast was very thorough. And the gym was a nice touch. The only issue was the air conditioning which was just not to the standard one would expect for the price and of a hotel of this standard. In fairness we stayed during the hottest part of the year and it got to 37 degrees celsius. However, even on the "cooler" days the air con was ineffective only blowing a mere draft not even a cool one just some air into the room. This detracted from what would have been an otherwise fantastic stay. Overall if you're not staying during summer I would recommend but if during summer seek alternatives.

Väldigt dyrt att parkera i deras garage 69 euro för 2 nätter. Inget extra över sig. Baren på hotellet var stängd bägge nätterna vi bodde där. Enbart automat i foajén med lite dricka.

Zimmer wirkte abgewohnt, Lampe im Bad fehlte Abdeckung. Leider nicht MEIN Geschmack. Frühstück war gut und ausreichender Auswahl. Fitness und Sauna leider nur bei höheren Zimmerkategorien inklusive.

Hébergement bien situé à 8 minutes à pieds de la station de transport : bus pour aller à l’aéroport, train, tram et métro. Mais aussi de la grande rue commerçante Mariahilfer strass. L’hôtel est propre, équipements top. Personnel serviable et le petit déjeuner top. Dommage que le jacuzzi était inutilisable

There was mold on the walls in my bedroom, the lamp didn’t work, the tub had rust stains and the stopper didn’t work either. The sauna was out of service my entire stay and the area is probably the worst part of Vienna. At least the breakfast was good.

The staff ignored my requests twice and messed up my breakfast reservation. First, after staying one night, I found that the room had not been cleaned. The front staff mentioned they only clean rooms and change towels upon request, which was information they hadn't provided at check-in. I was surprised and requested that my room be cleaned for the remaining two days of my stay. Surprisingly, they DID NOT clean it the next day. I asked the front desk again to ensure the room would be cleaned the following day. Guess what? They DID NOT clean it that day either. I was shocked that such simple requests were ignored twice. Second, after noticing my room wasn't cleaned and towels needed changing, I asked a staff member to bring new towels. He said "right away," but 20 minutes passed and they never arrived. I was very tired after a long day, so I called the front desk again. This time, the staff member immediately came to my room with new towels. I had to ask twice for a basic task as well. Finally, they attempted to charge me for breakfast even though it was included in my reservation. When I arrived at the breakfast restaurant, they asked for my room number, but it wasn't on their list. The staff member checked in the back and informed me I had to pay. After I showed my reservation details on my phone, she checked again and confirmed I didn't need to pay. What exactly were they checking the first time? I had the worst experience at this hotel. It is absolutely not recommended.

When I checked into the hotel, I was really disappointed with the cleanliness and service. There was hair on the folded robe in my room, and I even found a used toothbrush behind the bathroom door, which made it clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. I asked reception for hand soap, and they said someone would bring it up, but no one ever did. I also emailed reception about these issues, but no one responded. When I went to the front desk in person, they promised the manager would contact me, but I never heard back. It’s been really frustrating and far below the standards I expected.

Bel hôtel, petit défaut pas de nettoyage de la chambre durant tous notre séjour. Literie confortable, hôtel bien placé. Jacuzzi un peu froid.

Angeblich war es ein Systemfehler hat man mir dann auf nachfrage geantwortet...eine Entschuldigung seitens des hotels kam nicht... das zimmer wurde auch nicht gereinigt das muss man anscheinend per qr code selbst entscheiden naja hatte mit mehr erwartet das Frühstück war super

Entspricht alles in allem leider keinem 4-Sterne-Standard. Schon bei Ankunft unzufriedenstellend, da unser Zimmer nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit fertig war! Wie lange es noch dauern würde, konnte uns niemand sagen… nicht mal Drinks zur Überbrückung der Wartezeit wurden uns angeboten, was ich schon erwartet hätte! Im Zimmer angekommen, musste ich feststellen, dass in der Badewanne, welche als Dusche fungiert, undefinierbarer, leider nicht zu entfernender Schmutz war. Das Frühstücksbüffett war reichhaltig, allerdings total überlaufen… wenn man zur falschen Uhrzeit dort war, musste man teilweise eine gefühlte Ewigkeit auf einen Sitzplatz warten. Vom Personal her wurde mit großem Bemühen agiert… dieses wirkte jedoch teilweise überfordert.

何度も泊っているホテルです。西駅から徒歩距離に位置しているにもかかわらず部屋が広めです。ランクの高くない部屋を予約していても15ユーロを払うと滞在中フィットネスとジャグジーエリアが使えます。一番安価な部屋には冷蔵庫が有りません。部屋には湯沸かし器とコーヒー紅茶のセットが有りました。バスタブが有りますがリンスインシャンプーのボトルが何故かシャワー脇に2本並んで置いてあり、ソープボトルは洗面台に１つしか無く滞在中に中身が無くなったままリフィルされませんでした。洗面所のソープ以外は満足です、また利用したいと思っています。

Snedig at man kunne bestille renhold om og når man selv ønsket. Området rundt var ikke så innholdsrikt men kort vei til både S og U-bahn. Det ble styr ved både innsjekk og utsjekk hvor hotellet ikke hadde fått bekreftelse på at vi hadde betalt gjennom expedia noe som skapte en litt stressende og ubehagelig situasjon.

We asked for a room for 3 people.the 3rd person had an unpleasant night without sleep on the fold out bed as ao uncomfortable. He would have booked another room if he had known it wasnt an actual bed. The breakfast was outstanding.

Personal sehr freundlich! Zimmer zu warm, Fenster konnte man nur kippen, Klimaanlage konnte man nicht regulieren. Frühstück Buffet ruesen Auswahl und Räumlichkeiten angenehm. Zimmer, Betten bequem, sauber und mit Wasserkocher, leider wurde Teebeutel etc. nicht aufgefüllt. Umgebung sehr gut mit Nähe Westbahnhof gelegen, eine grosse Fußgängerzone in der Nähe.

Positiv: Wir haben ein Upgrad bekommen Negativ: die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist sehr schwach. Allgemein müsste das ganze Hotel einmal renoviert werden

The hotel is in a good location to visit Vienna. The train station is 5-8 minutes away in one direction, and the tram is 3 minutes away in the opposite direction. The hotel room was a good size for two people, and the bed was comfortable. The soundproofing prevented the traffic noise from disturbing my sleep. I didn't eat in the hotel resturant or use the bar as I was taken out by family who live here to local resturants.

The staff wasn't friendly and gave me and my partner a hard time regarding paying parking and using the gold member voucher. I as a guest don't need to know what the deal the hotel has with expedia nor do I care if they agree with it or not. If they don't like the deal they have with expedia/hotels.com then remove the hotel from their website. Giving guests an unpleasant experience because of this shouldn't be the way to go.

Check in wegen Flugverspätung erst um 00.30 Uhr, alles bereits vorbereitet u. sogar noch Eiswürfel für den verletzten Fuß bekommen. Super nette Nachtdienst Dame. Zimmer sauber, Betten sehr gut. Frühstück unglaublich, sehr große Auswahl, Personal sehr freundlich. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen und wir haben unser Hotel in Wien für die Zukunft gefunden 👍👍👍

Das ARCOTEL liegt zentral in der Nähe des Westbahnhofes (zu Fuß ca. 4 Min.). Direkt vor dem Hotel liegen jedoch auch verschiedene Straßenbahnhaltestellen. Natürlich ist es durch die Lage ein weniger lauter, jedoch war unser Zimmer zur Seitenstraße gelegen und recht weit oben, sodass uns das nicht gestört hat. Im Frühstücksraum (direkt neben der Straße) hat man nichts gehört. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack ein wenig hart, jedoch stand ein Kissenmenü zur Verfügung. Bademäntel und Schlappen haben wir auf Wunsch kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Das Zimmer ist schön und durchdacht eingerichtet. Die Bäder sind tatsächlich noch nicht renoviert worden, jedoch sind alle Armaturen erneuert worden und die Flächen glänzen. Das Frühstück war gut. Zwar gab es jeden Tag das gleiche (auch Samstags). Hier hätten wir uns über ein kleines Special gefreut. Eierspeisen konnten beim Servicepersonal bestellt werden und wurden zügig, sowie schön angerichtet gebracht. Der Kaffee aus allen drei Automaten war leider lauwarm. Das Servicepersonal war weitgehend freundlich und bemüht. Alles in allem, vor allem wegen der guten Lage, des freundlichen Services und dem glücklichen früheren Check-in, gerne wieder. Man hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt und es wurde einem bei allem geholfen!

Nice 4 star hotel. Good location. Friendly staff. Easy access to subway so action, buses, tram.

Das Personal war soweit immer sehr freundlich. Leider das Personal morgens beim Frühstück etwas hektisch und teilweise unfreundlich Ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt

I recently stayed at the ARCOTEL Wimberger Hotel in Vienna and found it to offer an average hotel experience. The amenities and service were about what you would expect from a mid-range hotel. The room itself was basic with standard furnishings and decor - nothing fancy but adequate for a comfortable stay. However, the breakfast offered at the hotel was outstanding. There was a wide variety of breads, pastries, fruits, yogurts, eggs, meats and other hot items at the extensive breakfast buffet. The servers were also exceptional - very friendly, attentive and quick to refill coffee or clear plates. The breakfast made up for any other average aspects of the hotel. Overall, the ARCOTEL Wimberger is a solid, standard hotel choice in Vienna. While the rooms and amenities are average, the stellar breakfast and great service in the morning make this hotel stand out. It's a good option if you want a convenient location in the city and don't need luxurious accommodations as long as you get a great start to your day with their breakfast.

Breakfast was great

Hervorragendes Frühstück, jedoch war das Hotel voll und dadurch im Frühstücksraum sehr laut und hektisches Treiben. Direkt an viel befahrenen Straße mit Straßenbahn gelegen und dadurch laut-dank Klimaanlage und guter Fenster nachts kein Problem

Gefallen hat mir nichts! Ich hatte ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht. Das war definitiv nicht das Deluxe-Zimmer! In der Hotel-Seite war ein Pool mit angegeben. Von wegen Pool! Es war kein Pool vorhanden! Man konnte im Hotel Restaurant am Abend nicht speisen!! Es war lt. der Bedienung alles reserviert und sie haben wenig Personal um so viele Gäste zu Bedienen!! Wir wurden jedes Mal abserviert!!! Komischerweise war aber nichts los!! Wo gibt es in einem Hotel, wo man sich nicht einmal an die Bar sitzen und was trinken kann!! Wir sind sehr sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel!! Das war das letzte Mal!!!

Wir waren Sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war freundlich und hat uns jede Frage gut beantworten können. Was uns auch Fasziniert hat war die Sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Colazione ottima, comodità dei mezzi pubblici. La colazione è ottima e si può trovare tutto ciò che si desidera, sia dolce che salato, compresi latte senza lattosio e vegetale e margarina. Disponibile anche frutta fresca già tagliata. Buona pulizia nelle camere, peccato solo che non si capisce a quale ora vengano fatte, per cui si finisce con il rientrare in albergo e trovare ancora tutto come lo si è lasciato. La zona benessere è piccola ma tranquilla e riservata. Non è dotata di molto, ma rilassarsi un'oretta nell idromassaggio rimane gradevole.
