This is a nice motel and within a reasonable walking distance to Disneyland. It is a little dated but you get what you pay for. The only problem is the parking lot is on the small side so be sure you get back early.

Basic motel, but clean and comfortable. Close enough to walk to Disneyland. You can park your car in the lot, even after checking out, if you pay $15. We had two cars and were only charged for one. Coffee is brewed in the morning and available in the motel office. Great price.

Very conveniently located near the Disneyland Resort. "Jack" receptionist was very helpful. The bathroom could use some updating, but it was great to have an air conditioner, TV, microwave oven, and a decent size fridge & freezer that actually works well! Free parking. Had a nice 2nd floor room. Only wish there was an elevator! But nice low steps with a mid-landing to rest your luggage ½ way up or down. I would definitely stay again.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy or huge, just perfect for having a good sleep in between spending two days at Disneyland. The rooms did have a microwave and a refrigerator, the bed was very comfortable, linens looked and smelled very fresh. The AC worked great. I was surprised how quiet the rooms are. We didn't hear our neighbors or any noise from outside. Just the white noise sound of the air conditioning. We had breakfast at Denny's and received 15% off with our room key. Great breakfast with very friendly and quick service. We were able to keep our car parked at the hotel while we enjoyed the park after we checked out for a small fee. (Parking is free durring your stay which is rare out here) The hotel is a very close walk to the Disney parks. It was nice feeling like our belongings were safe in our car all day while we enjoyed our day. I will definitely stay at this hotel again while visiting the park.

Really quiet property, nice and setback from street. NOTE THAT THE POOL IS NOT HEATED, AND THERE IS NO HOT TUB/SPA. Modest room accomodations that have been recently updated. The free parking really makes this place worth it!

This is a really old Motel, they say in the description that is walking distance to Disney and is not true, it smells like mold, we stay 4 days and after the 2nd day you can see the mold coming thru the wall in the bathroom.

The hotel is within walking distance to downtown Disney, which is why we booked this hotel. The hotel is a little run down and did not look like the photos we had seen when we booked it. The room smelled clean when we walked in, however upon inspection, there was hair EVERYWHERE. All in the sheets, bed, towels, and bathtub. The bathroom itself is very outdated and disgusting. I wore Sandals when I showered. The water took forever to get hot. We booked the room for two nights but ended up leaving the hotel a night early.

It was super convenient to be walking distance from Disneyland. But on our second day we found a very large roach in the bathroom area. It already kinda felt like we were staying in a cheap motel which was fine but after the we found the roach it somewhat ruined the experience for us.

Our room definitely was not properly cleaned. The grout on the floor was supposed to be white but it was BLACK. And I found multiple strands of long black hair (I’m bald and my girlfriend has medium length curly). Also we went to the pool first day there and used the towels we had, asked front desk for new towels MULTIPLE times that day, and the next morning before Disney, only answer we got was “no it’s not possible right now” ??????? Ended up having to wait and ask one of the cleaners.

The epitome of “you get what you pay for.” Stained bedding, crumbs on the bedside tables and (tile!) flooring, old soaps and stuff left behind in the showers. The room had a funky smell but the AC worked and you are right next to Disneyland so there’s that.

The staff are very pleasant & assisting. The location is great. Very quiet at night. The rooms are standard. The furniture, a little dated. Unfortunately, we experienced a bad case of bed bug bites during our stay. Room 211. The staff have vowed to take care of the raised flag throughout the property & were very supportive in our feedback. Thankfully, we still enjoyed our time at Disney. The bites were well hidden thanks to the time of year. We'd consider staying again as the pricing is great for the location compared to the surrounding options.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly, if at all. There was pubic hair on the " clean" bath mat, hair on the shower walls, floor and in the sink. Hair is gross when it is not your own. Towels and washcloths had a funny smell. No actual blanket on the bed. I wouldn't syltay here again.

The check in and check out was smooth, however it's not the nicest place to stay. There was a huge cockroach on bathtub wall when I was trying to take a shower and I was not able to sleep well after that due to cleanliness concerns. Location was great.

The parking lot was very small, we were the last car in the lot and there was only 1 space left. The room was clean. The only negative was there was a huge crack in the shower wall, it did not affect the shower, and I told the front desk about it. We didn’t even notice until we closed the shower curtain at night, when we showered. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We had about a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney, which is why we booked this hotel. We really only use the hotel to shower and sleep, so for that it was ok. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but not unbearable. Honestly, it may just have been my preference about the softness of a mattress.

This place had friendly staff and was walkable to Disneyland, which is why we chose it. It was very dated and didn't have much in the way of amenities or comfort. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. But if you need to do Disneyland on a budget, it will meet your needs. The rooms were clean though.

Two nights stay, there with the wife to go to Disney. First of all, I’ll say I would definitely stay there again. Yes, there were a couple of things to nitpick, but for the value to cost ratio and the fact downtown Disney was a 10 minute walk, this hotel is a no-brainer. A well-kept secret. Parking is tight. The room we stayed in could use a refurbishment (especially the bathroom). There were gaps all around the door (you could see light through it and an occasional moth would make its way in). The shower was a little nasty and the drain was slow. But the AC was ice cold, the fan could be set to blow all night long (for background noise, we couldn’t hear any traffic noise, the bed was comfortable, and I slept as good as I’ve ever slept in a hotel room. The TV was great, with hundreds of channels, and again, I can’t say this enough, I slept like a baby. No loud traffic, no screaming kids, no thumping around, just a nice, peaceful hotel 10 minutes from Disney. It will be on my short list of future stays.

Overall was decent for what it is. Tv didn’t work and had burned spots in it even when it did work. Outlets weren’t working either. Water pressure was good, cleanliness was good, building itself is outdated but overall good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is clean and the overall appearance of the motel is nice. However, upon check-in, the lady at the front desk over charged me by more than $100 and when I asked why. She said "plus tax." A gentleman name Manny came out and noticed that she had overcharged me for an additional night. Manny is much more pleasant than the lady there.

The receptionist, who was present most days, was not at all helpful. When I requested a taxi's phone number, he refused to provide it. He also did not respond to several of my questions and appeared angry. Upon inquiring about his behavior, he mentioned that he was busy with studies and late nights. This was very disappointing. However, the weekend staff and the cleaning crew were polite.

The first night that we stayed our car was vandalized and our tires were slashed. The hotel did nothing to help us, even when we asked to talk to the manager we were told they "weren't there". We had to deal with the police alone and the hotel staff wouldn't give them any assistance. We had to beg for a rollaway bed even though we paid $100 for an extra person in one of our two rooms.

Air conditioning went down to 61 and it felt amazing! It was the perfect place to stay for a Disneyland Resort trip. Just a short walk from your room, past the Pixar Place Resort and into Downtown Disney. Very accommodating for having a rental car and for checking in after hours! Would definitely stay here next visit

Stayed here for a trade show at Anaheim Convention Center, and the location is unbeatable. Easy walk to the convention center and Downtown Disney, parking on-site - truly a gem of a motel. Other hotels around were charging $400+ a night for the same time frame, and we paid ~$200/night for our rooms here. I love that they accepted packages for me before check-in, and kept them in a secured closet.

We went to check in and at least park the car for the hour and a half we had until check in and the lobby was dark and dirty, the bathroom we used had mold and was gross. We felt unsafe and immediately left and called another hotel direct and paid for 2 nights to stay. The pictures did not represent what this MOTEL looked like. The name of the hotel should say Motel, not Inn and suits. My daugher and I did not feel safe so we left.

Pros: everything is clean and the staff is wonderful. All of the positive reviews already written are accurate. Cons: there are little things that could be updated. The water pressure isn't great and the temperature control for the water is confusing. Does it ruin a trip? Not at all, but I'm including this in case management is looking for things to improve. Things to know: the beds are very firm. For some people, this will be great news. I have a hard time sleeping on an overly firm bed. Also, the TV doesn't have an HDMI hookup. Please understand that I'm not implying these are good or bad things, they're just things that one might want to know. Another thing to know is that the Italian place down the street is amazing but order ahead. The convenience store nearby has almost anything you might want, but they charge for the convenience. The ART bus has a stop very close but the walk to the parks is shorter than it looks. That said, I never judge anyone for using the ART for a day of walking, and I suggest using it. Great place to stay if you catch a good price. Be aware that their cancellation policies can be slightly different than other hotels on the site. The neighborhood tends to be quiet but I can see some people who are easily intimidated getting a little uneasy. But keep in mind that the same is true as soon as you step outside of the Disney bubble in any direction. By every objective measure, it's a great place to stay.

Very convenient to be able to walk to Dowtown Disney! Maybe 10 minutes to walk there, then you just have to continue walking to the parks (total time probably 25ish minutes to get into the park). Denny’s is nearby and you get a discount with your room key! The rooms were clean, bathroom was just a little small and the sink and tub were a bit clogged. There was only a nightstand on one side of the bed so we had to do a makeshift nightstand on the other side using a tray, but we made it work! Overall a great place to stay for the price and we’d definitely stay there again! Beware of the liquor store close by, we went there to get waters/small groceries for the stay and they had no advertised prices and overcharged for everything!

Super close and easy walk to Downtown Disney and the parks. It seemed like the ideal way to go for social anxiety people because it was the "back way" in and the security lines were ALWAYS short and crowds were small. But, that said, we were not close to non-D shopping or dining, the area is very echo-friendly so it seems louder than it was and not having breakfast on site was kind of a pain.

For me it's the best value, stayed there for years when an event is going on near Disneyland. Walking distance to the parks, convention center, the staff are always nice, my rooms are always clean, fridge, microwave. Dining options are limited unless you like Denny's. I like Marri's Italian food near by. Parking included, traffic off Katella and Disney nightly fireworks can be loud, the only thing that it is missing for me is an in room coffee maker, limited morning hours coffee in lobby. No coffee shops near by. Gotta have my coffee. Bring cups and microwave for later.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Loved the short walk to Denny's. Bed was hard and not comfortable for me, but it was okay for my husband. Long walk to Disneyland with no signs telling you where to go.We just followed the crowd. I don't know if there was a shortcut. Nice hotel though.
