The hotel is centrally located. Close to Disney. Extremely close to the convention center. Ultra-friendly staff and extremely clean. Two deltas for me were the soft mattresses and parking. I prefer a much firmer mattress. This made my three day stay a little uncomfortable. Self-parking is 40+ dollars per night and not a short walk if you are staying with elderly persons. We decided to use valet parking which was 50+ dollars per night, not including tips that we gave to the valet every time we wanted to go in and out. if we included tips, then we paid about $75 per night for parking.

This is one of my favorite places to stay, always clean and the staff is great. The only issues that I have with returning there is the parking fees which are high. They use to be reasonable for self parking but for two days was almost the cost of one night stay. I stayed at a similar hotel a block away that’s located behind Outbacks and the cost per night was half the price and there parking for customers was free. The room quality and service also were outstanding.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Anaheim! The staff were lovely and helpful, it was clean modern, and spacious design. The room was clean, beds soft, and daily housekeeping did a great job. It didn't feel over crowded even though we stayed here during a large conference. All of the dining options were tasty, and not too pricey considering its a hotel restaurant. The Market Cafe in the hotel has great Starbucks coffee and delicious breakfast options. The pool and hot tub were fun for my kiddos. It's about a 20 min walk to downtown disney. There is an ART bus that picks you up outside to go to Disney. It's about a 7 min ride. Lots of things to do and eat around the hotel as well. The convention center is located right next to the hotel, they share a round-a-bout. We will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay if you are going to Disneyland or California Adventure. My only complaint is the parking kiosk where you use the room key to exit parking was broken. There is a sign that says to place your room key below but it doesn’t work. You have to go to the led screen next to it and place your key below there and hold it there for a few seconds for it to activate. The signs are very confusing and there is no parking attendant on duty to assist you.

The elevators were incredibly slow, taking an average of 1 minute to arrive at your floor. Slow elevators lead to large crowds of irritated guests around the waiting areas, as there was a large crowd at the hotel this weekend. Also, the elevator was down all weekend.

Stopped at the Marriott from 24th to 28th May 2025. The hotel is really smart and clean. The area overlooks a Hilton with a court yard in the centre from drop offs etc. The hotel is a short drive and walk from the Disneyland resort. We used Lyft to get too and from the hotel for speed. Walking is safe and would take no more than 20 min to reach the main park entrances. If you’re driving, there is plenty of parking with a multi-story carpark. Please be aware, parking is charged at $38 a night plus tax. I think that’s a bit steep. The bar area is nice and you can get a beer or other alcohol and non-alcohol drinks and sit around the pool. The pool is very shallow with the deepest part being 3ft. There are areas in the sun and shade. There is also a hot tub. The towels are provided at the pool side in a shelf unit. There is a pizza takeaway available which is reasonably priced. There is also a deli where you can get food and drinks. It services Starbucks coffee. There is a shop which sells most things. Clothing, sweets, souvenirs and drinks. We had a room on the 10th floor. It looked towards the courtyard and in the direction of Disneyland. I did managed to get a partial fireworks display from Disneyland from our balcony. The room had two queen beds and a large desk, wardrobes and storage. The Tv was large and mounted on the wall. You can connect your own Netflix which was useful in the evening. The bathroom was slightly small but very modern. Large walk-in shower.

Extremely comfortable rooms. Wifi is exceptionally reliable. Elevators use s touchpad system which takes some getting used to. Pool is of a good length but parts may be too shallow for larger adult swimmers; whirlpool is large and very warm. Adjacent to Anaheim Convention Centre and within walking distance of Disneyland entrances.

I let the front desk manager know and he apologized however the remaining 4 nights the parts of the room that was dirty was never cleaned. We also booked this hotel so we could enjoy the outdoor pool and could never find a spot on a chair, in fact on our last day they would only allow pool reservations and couldn’t accommodate a spot for us until 7:30 PM! Service at the restaurant was terrible, we asked the server if we could sit on the patio and her response was “our patio is 1st come, 1st serve so figure it out yourself!” Definitely not the type of service we would expect from a Marriott. Our last night we were woken up multiple times from various people on our floor having parties. We ordered food pool side one evening and dropped our plates off and never returned and forgot both our drinks and my son’s side was incorrect. I was not going to walk through the restaurant in a bathing suit so we had nothing to drink with our meal and our food was never remedied.

The rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly and the rooms could use a modern renovation. You could see dust and cracks on the baseboards. There were also cobwebs. The room services’ menu availability is at odd hours, menu items become unavailable at weird times, and there’s a small selection. From the parking structure to the room elevators is quite a walk and the alternative is valet but it’s high. Overall the nightly price is fair and you’re close to Disneyland but it’s worth the money, in my opinion to make $50 extra per night for comfier accommodations.

Our experience checking in was great and so were the staff. However, our room wasn’t in the best location. We got the 1st floor which had some random two doors which we felt uneasy about. The last night we were there, we also had one cockroach in the room. So disgusting! Parking was also terrible with a baby I would not recommend staying here. First night we were there, we checked in around 10pm and had requested a microwave be sent. My husband went out to get ice and someone had knocked twice around 11:45pm and I did not answer the door as I was feeding and sleeping our baby. When I did not answer, the person just opened the door and was trying to give us the microwave. Made me feel even more uneasy about this hotel. Definitely did not feel safe and room wasn’t the best.

The rooms could have been cleaned better as there was still a clothing tag on the floor from the previous guest when we arrived and a lot of dust at the bed head end on the floor. The lady who checked us out was most unhappy and grumpy. Every other staff member we encountered was lovely and friendly.

Conveniently located near Disneyland, with the ART shuttle stopping directly outside of the lobby, this hotel was perfect for our Disney trip. The rooms are surprisingly spacious. We got a room on one of the upper floors with a balcony and a gorgeous view. The pool is really clean and pretty. The staff is very friendly, and the on site restaurant is delish!! 10/10 would stay here again.

The room are super small!! Walls are extremely thin. If you stay here plan on hearing every word from your neighbors. We are a family of 4 with 2 adults 2 children. The room was so small we could barely move around room. We would not stay here again. I expected more from a Marriott!

Upon check in, our original room we paid for wasn’t ready/ available. We had to downgrade our room size but were given complimentary free breakfast for our stay which was delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. It was also a 30 minute walk from the Disney park entrances, making it easy to go back and forth to the park during the day. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Staff are great. Jacob at the front desk went above and beyond as he assisted as promptly and very efficient the check in process. He provided us room that accessible as I am a handicap. Make up room were on the spot everyday! Every time we arrived in our room its already clean and always feel good to rest after a very long day. We will definitely come back.

This was hands down the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond—genuinely kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. We were celebrating our anniversary, and every detail of our stay was nothing short of perfect. We’ve had our fair share of disappointing hotel stays in the past, so we were bracing ourselves for something to go wrong—but it never did. Everything exceeded expectations. The food was fantastic, the rooms were spotless, and the bed? Absolutely heavenly. Overnight parking is $38, which is more than fair given the area, and it’s just a quick 5-minute shuttle to Disneyland—super convenient! Special shoutout to Logan at the front desk for helping coordinate our entire trip. He even helped arrange bottle service and balloons to surprise my wife, which made the occasion truly unforgettable. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Truly the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. We wouldn’t change a thing!

This was poor from the first minute Check in took around 25mins - big line and only couple of staff working Then allocated room which only had one bed despite being three people When I asked about this - told this was normal - yet only 2 sets of pillows and 2 towels Available in room. Great location for a visit to Disneyland. Disneyland is walkable (20-25 mins) which is perfect for a return tripafter the night light show when Ubers are hard to connect with. Lots of great little restaurants in the area and a very helpful staff at the hotel.

This Marriott was a beautiful hotel. The lobby smelled amazing every time we entered. Not sure what air freshener they use but it was citrusy and magical:). The rooms were updated and clean. The two things that were kind of a bummer was that dinning options were a bit limited. The hotel has good food but there was a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I would just plan accordingly.

Very nice hotel, with generally excellent service (with one exception from a very dismissive front desk person who was obviously not eager to help me with a simple question). Prices in the restaurant were very high and, given the old pricing still on menus on their web site, have recently been increased significantly (examples: a simple and quite ordinary turkey club increased from $17 to $22 and a strawberry lemonade was $10). All in all, OK.

This was a nice hotel. Close to the park (20min walk). The staff when we checked in did not inform us about the pool times or restaurant times. They also did not inform us about transportation to the parks. When we went to the room it was very small and we looked out on to a parking lot and there wasn’t much storage to unpack our belongings. When we went to eat breakfast there was not a lot of options for gluten free/celiacs to eat. The staff in the nfuse restaurant said that the meat was not gluten free and was not very knowledgeable about the food a gluten free/ celiac could eat. It was very upsetting as this is supposed to be a highly recognized hotel brand.
