Great location. Right in the middle of Sanur so there are dining options either side. I was unsure about the location but am extremely happy with exactly where it was. The pool bar food was perfect and service was amazing. The food in general in the hotel was next level!! We are very fussy with our food but was were extremely impressed! The staff were all so so so lovely! The wifi around the pool was terrible. It force me to relax and not look at my phone so I suppose that was good. The wifi in the room was good. The rooms were so incredibly clean! We cannot wait to go back and have already recommended it to some friends who are travelling there next year!

My husband I love the Hyatt. Stayed there 3 times in the past 12 months. The pool area needs maintenance. Broken tiles in pools which could cause cuts to the body. We love the pizzeria dining restaurant some of the best food in Sanur. Looking forward to returning.

The Hyatt Regency Sanur was a lovely place to stay. The staff are friendly, the room was spacious and very quiet. The adult only pool was very relaxing. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety of dishes. There are many restaurants and shops jut outside the hotel and you can walk everywhere. We will be back in 2025!

Great place to stay, but aged and old. If you like a clean, spacious, and dandy rooms, you might not like this hotel. If you like nature-friendly and old atmosphere, then you might like this hotel. The ambience is good. However, be aware that standard and deluxe rooms are on the higher floor and all the premium and family rooms are on the ground floor. Rooms on the ground floor had a strong smell of mold. I upgraded my room to a executive suite, paying a lot of money, because of that. Suite rooms are on each of the higher floor. Pools are great with lots of shades. Breakfast was delicious. The garden was well kept with a beautiful, tropical trees and flowers. Staff service was excellent, and I particularly appreciate Mr Arya, who took care of the process of room change. He was so kind and attentive.

Das Hotel ist bereits sehr abgewohnt und wirkt an vielen Stellen ungepflegt. Bauliche Mängel, verwahrloste Anlagen sind nur ein kleiner Auszug. Es gibt deutlich bessere Hotels zu diesem Preis und wir werden sicherlich dort nicht mehr nächtigen.Das Personal ist extrem höflich, hilfsbereit und bemüht den Gast zu verwöhnen. Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet, reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Die hat die Bewertung etwas heben können.

Grand hôtel, chambres confortables, belle piscine. Cependant beaucoup de défauts : trop de verres et assiettes vides non débarrassés autour de la piscine. L’hôtel est trop grand et donne l’impression d’être débordé. Le service de chambre est quelques fois fait dans l’après midi seulement. Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais très cher.

Good: Services are excellent and restaurants are amazing! Bad: The room is pretty small and not sound proof at all… we could constantly hear staff and guest slamming the doors. I even got waken up by people talking outside of my room at 2am…. Also, a staff knocked on our door mid day and just came in without waiting for our response, it’s a very uncomfortable situation.

We only stayed 3 nights and wish we stayed more, beautiful resort, awesome pools, staff are fantastic, pool food is awesome and breakfast is unbelievable. Rooms are slightly tired if I had to say anything critical but still very nice. Hotel only 5mins walk from main st, you must try Santorini for Greek or Massimo for Italian, both unbelievably awesome restaurants food was amazing

Everything about this property is 5 Star except for the fact that they have some sort of master control over the air conditioner system that won't let you set it below whatever threshold they choose. I thought I was doing something wrong at first, so I had the maintenance tech come and explan it to me.

There were always plenty of staff on duty, but they often seemed disorganized, with no clear division of responsibility for serving different tables. Enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt, had a bit of a wait around checking in and had to go and ask the staff what was happening. They sorted it out straight away and gave us an upgrade which was really lovely. The grounds are huge and it takes awhile to find your feet. Didn't eat in the hotel, but did have a few cocktails that were really good. Hotel is well situated but we do prefer to be higher up in Sanur. Hotel is great for families.

The stay at Hyatt Sanur was great and would come back again although checkin was very slow and when we went back to our room to get our bags to check out the swipe card would not work as they had locked us out by 11.50am. It took some time for a staff member to came down and let us in so we could quickly change clothes and pick up our bags.

We have stayed, lived and worked in many countries is East Asia and generally our experiences have been good. I the Bali Hyatt Regency they were exceptional. The most pleasurable part of the experience was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They didn't need to be asked for assistance because they offered without being asked. There was ALWAYS a friendly smile and pleasant greeting.

Just enjoyed a lovely 10 day stay. In general the property is amazing and the buildings and whole area is stunning. It was a pleasure moving around the hotel and the grounds are beautiful. Food was excellent and the beach bar was a lovely place to sit and relax. Disappointed with the speed of service around the pool, had to look for someone to order drinks on a daily basis, it was also unclear which drinks where available from where, one day we got a Mojito the next day they were not being served, we asked for a Pina Colada slush one day and was told they were not available even though we could see the slush machine with them in, on another occassion we were told they could not serve us a draught lager even though there was someone drinking one around the pool! There just needs to be more clarity and better customer service as expected of a high class hotel, but this is a minor point that should be addressed. The breakfast in the regency club were excellent, but the evening offering was a little strange and the objective and offering not clear, people were either treating it as snacks, whilst others piling food high and treating it as an evening meal! This was between 5pm and 7pm only so was also very busy. Generally a lovely hotel and would highly recommend

The staff are so polite, genuinely friendly and extremely helpful going above and beyond, especially the morning breakfast staff member Listya who took the time to learn our names and food and beverage preferences. She is a true asset to the Hyatt and one of the reasons that I would rate our stay so highly.

Check out process is a complete mess. Took over half an hour and everyone in the line was complaining about flights. They were too busy checking in guests early (even though rooms weren’t ready), at the expense of checking out guests. Not all the desks were open, either. Itemised invoice had many items we hadn’t signed for which we had to dispute. Not a relaxing way to leave.

The beach in front of the hotel is lovely, clean, and private. There are plenty of beachfront chairs and it is one of the few stretches of beach in this area that don't have a lot of boats in the water in front of it. The beach makes this hotel worth it. However, it was a 20 minute walk or so to restaurants and there was not much shopping nearby.

Staff from Rengency business lounge were exceptional. Namely, Dewi, Jaya, Dian, Pasek, Edi, Ledy, Pradnya and Yoga. They made my solo trip! My room smelt moist and musky. When i asked about it they said they couldnt smell anything! When asking for a late check- out they extended by 1 hour as they could not provide more due to room being booked, however, when i said i could pay the room became available for another 6 hours, miraculous! Overall, a good position by the beach and facilities are plenty and accessible.

The location in Sanur is good, less than 30 minutes from the Bali airport, the area was not too crowd with people (not like too many people in Kuta) there were variety choice of food and shops around the area. The hotel front gate has security checking in/out cars and people, make us with very safe feeling. The staff was very helpful and nice, the only thing was we stay in Building 3 and it was a little far away from the main restaurant and lobby. We try the hotel Shankha spy, it was good and relaxing for a 90 minutes massage.

Beautiful property! It is evident that the entire property has been built with harmony with nature in mind. The sunrises from the beach were some of my favorite parts of the stay! I wished the breakfast, restaurants accommodated more vegan choices. The breakfast buffet was huge and I could always find fruit, bread but it would be nice to have a breakfast option especially Indonesian food that is vegan friendly!

Absolutely fantastic, breakfast was 10/10, service was 10/10 , staff were 10/10 , shame the main pool was closed , the only downside was the drinks at the bars were more than twice the price of nearly every other bar around it, lower the drink prices and I probably would have spent more time in the hotel bars

The hotel was fabulous. The staff were very friendly. Apart from the breakfast which was good, the only thing that let them down was the food for a 5 star hotel the fish was overcooked the pizza was rubbery as was the calamari.
