We had a wonderful stay at Segara Village Hotel, our room was clean, staff were extremely helpful, wonderful amenities, beautiful lush grounds, the buffet breakfast was great and Byrd House Restaurant in the hotel and on the beach were so convenient. We had some wonderful lunches and dinners at Byrd House. It's easy to walk through the hotel onto the beach path for walks with lovely sea and beach views. Close to shopping, restaurants and transport. I can highly recommend Segara Village Hotel

Prior to booking our stay here, we were traumatized by the place we were booked at to stay in Sanur. We walked around to look for somewhere else to stay and when we arrived here, we requested to look at the room before we booked. They were very understanding and were happy to accommodate our request. This place was night and day from the location we were desperately trying to run from. However, this was an overshoot for what we were looking for as accommodations, but we definitely had no complaints. Our intention was to just get out of the bad situation, but we got so much more. Front staff were very kind and welcoming. The bell attendants were extremely helpful and always had a smile and quick to offer help. The room was immaculate and extremely comfortable. 3 adults shared a room with 2 twin beds and also a huge chaise that was large enough to be used as an additional bed. They provided bedding to cover and they even made that "bed" daily. Everyday our glassed bottles of waters were replenished for brushing our teeth and drinking. In the evening someone would come around to turn on our patio light and provide a cookie for a little treat. They had an impressive spread for breakfast which we skipped most days due to our early meet up with the large group we were with.

The resort was beautiful. Definitely had the wow factor. The staff were all so attentive and lovely. Prices for food and drink were expensive but breakfast was great. Lots of choices in buffet and was included in our stay so this was great! Room size was great, two single beds instead of queen or king but bed was comfy. Cookie man was sweet delivering cookies every night to room. Nice touch. Three pools to choose from so good to get away from children if your wanting quieter swim. In central location so close to everything! Did free yoga class, instructor was an experience. He was great. Recommend this! All in all would highly recommend staying at Segara!
