Great Hotel!! Great stay! Small room, but just a place to sleep and very clean! Quiet! Great shower! No carpet was a little weird - not used to that - but it was fine! Probably cleaner than carpet. Good location - it didn't take long to walk just about anywhere we wanted - except be aware - there are lots of hills to walk up and down to get to Broadway and just about anywhere - but Printer's Alley - that is literally right around the corner. Just a hotel - no pool or restaurant, etc. BUT we didn't need any of that. Front desk associate extremely nice and helpful as well as the girls at the activities desk. Had breakfast at 417 Union which is only a block away and was very good. Walked to Johnny Cash museum, Broadway and Ryman Auditorium.

Good, clean basic room in a very convenient location for Titans games, Printers Alley, the Roman and Broadway. The disappointment was one elevator not working, & feeling like I really couldn’t keep the air controlled, but I would stay again.

The property was very out dated and dirty looking. The restroom baseboards were full of mold and rotting. When I spoke to a front desk employee they mentioned they just acquired the property from Indigo and are in the process of renovating. Honestly, the property shouldn’t be available until renovations are complete because it looks terrible especially paying $352 a night. Location is the only positive. It’s close restaurants and broadway st.

The hotel was walking distance to everything downtown. The staff are very friendly and constantly check up on our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Great shower with tons of hot water. Great heritage building!

The location is excellent for being downtown! Easy walking to Printers Alley, Broadway and all the excitement. Valet parking was easy, check-in was a breeze, room was clean with everything we needed. Shower was amazing! All the staff was very friendly and helpful... will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend it for a downtown stay!

I encountered a room that was dirty, worn, and clearly neglected. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable and far below any reasonable expectation for a hotel of this caliber. I was so uncomfortable with the conditions that I seriously considered checking out early and booking another hotel — but was deterred only by the exorbitant prices of alternatives in the area. This is also worth noting that this hotel stay for three nights was rather expensive as well!

This hotel was excellent the staff was top notch friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with walk in showers. The beds and pillows are comfy and great for sleeping. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Little to no air conditioning in the rooms. Staff was amazing and very welcoming and friendly. There were 2 leaks on our floor, 1 in our room. None of the windows open so it gets very stuffy in the room. The bathrooms don’t have fans or vents to release any steam or condensation so it stays very warm in the rooms.

The walls are PAPER THIN. We had to listen to a couple going on and on (intimate) all night. 5am.. 7am.. i can hear them talking and the shower running with music. That’s not private enough for a hotel!!

Staff very courteous Rooms decent Close , walking distance to nissan stadium and bridgestone arena. Broadway few blocks down I just wish the thermostats in the rooms were a bit more controllable.

We chose to stay here solely based on proximity to Nissan Stadium, and that part was great. We walked to and from the concert on a safe, blocked-off road with many other people doing the same. We thankfully booked before prices skyrocketed, so the nightly price was good. Everything else was just okay. Valet is a whopping $52/night and the valet lane was chaotic, but the valet guys were cordial. We waited 20 minutes to check-in at 5:30pm. The front desk ladies were nice but not particularly welcoming. The building itself is musty and dated but relatively clean. Our room stayed VERY humid throughout our stay, even our clothes and the bedding felt damp. It was decently comfortable otherwise. There are hardly any extra amenities. Ice machines and communal microwaves are only on certain floors. There are basics to make coffee in rooms as well as a small refrigerator. Nothing was necessarily bad about our stay, but nothing was spectacular either. Everything was just okay.

Great location! It was only a 15 minute walk to my concert at the Brooklyn Bowl, and a 5 minute walk to Broadway. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I absolutely loved checking out by text message and just leaving my room keys in the room.

The location is excellent for being downtown! Easy walking to Printers Alley, Broadway and all the excitement. Valet parking was easy, check-in was a breeze, room was clean with everything we needed. Shower was amazing! All the staff was very friendly and helpful... will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend it for a downtown stay!

We went for the Savannah Bananas and it was THE Primo location for Nissan Stadium, easy walk over the bridge and pedi cabs were available also. Close to Broadway, a ton of bars and restaurants, super convenient and safe. The manager Kevin went out of his way for us as well. Good people!

Bluegreen is very convenient to lower Broadway, downhill walk to it but uphill on return. Additionally, it is a 5 minute walk to the central bus station where you can get the #18 bus to/from the airport for only $2 if you are on a budget.

The proximity to Printers Alley is amazing. Other major attractions such as Broadway and Nissan Stadium are close. I felt safe walking by myself late at night. There is quite a bit of construction, but that didn’t interfere with sleep. The check in/ out times are not ideal, but the friendly staff was accommodating.

Very inconvenient check in and check out times especially for people who are flying in at different times of the day from other cities and have luggage with them. Very hard to find where the hotel is. No big visible sign outside that made it easy for us to spot the place. Room had poor lighting. Shower was dirty. Toilet was wobbly. Always lots of noise in the morning already at 6:30am since renovations were being done. Made it hard to sleep in. If I knew they were doing renovations, I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. No dining options available at the hotel. We had to find somewhere to eat breakfast every morning. Only have a small coffee stand. No room service or bar available.

The staff was courteous and did let us check in a little early after about an hour wait. They to not offer food or dining but we were told they are working on that part. I was not told it was a timeshare type place, but I believe it is what they are working towards. Our room was decent but the only view out our window was a 30" stone wall that I believe was part of the original exterior decoration when it was formerly a Bank. A lot of construction going on, moreso next door at what I believe is another of their properties. We liked the closeness to Printers Alley and plenty of sightseeing North of of the resort from the Capital going North!

Everyone at the front desk was very helpful w/suggestions, directions and stowing my luggage. The bed was very comfortable and a nice hot shower (not like other places where you only get cold or lukewarm water). Would stay again. Great location - less than 2 min walk to printers alley. About a 15 min walk to Broadway. Breakfast recommendation Pancake pantry- waiting line goes fast - worth the wait. 5 daughters bakery - best 🍩

Great location, clean and comfy, fridge and safe in room, microwave on other levels, keurig coffee in room and better cappuccino/espresso machine in lobby in the morning. Room could use extra towel racks and better outlets but overall excellent value within walking distance to printers alley and broadway nightlife.

Parking was expensive but very convenient. Loved the area. There were so many places to eat all very walkable. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, huge shower, the shampoo was excellent. No vending machine and ice is only on certain floors, no bid deal. Place had charm and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They text you with any needs youbmay have. I thought that was a nice touch.

This hotel was close enough to Broadway to easily walk to all the bars and action. Housekeeping is extra which we didn't think was right. It should just be part of the cost you already pay for a night's stay. We did like the hot coffee/chocolate machine in the lobby which we used every morning.
