Generally a good experience. But, I had a terrible experience with one individual, named Ali, at check in. In all many years of extensive travelling, I have not come c across such a rude and arrogant desk clerk as Ali. When I asked for a little help with setting up Wi Fi, he rudely told me "Just read the card. Haven't you used Wi Fi before?". When he informed me that there is a $10 per hour charge for swimming pool, I said "I never heard of such a thing" (which is true). He responded in the most arrogant and rude manner "Now you have heard it for the first time , OK?" If these questioners mean anything, I like to hear from the hotel informing me that they have followed up with Ali. The rest of the staff were very friendly and nice.

Hôtel très bien situé, tout est à proximite: la plage, le port, la gare… génial!! Les - de l’hôtel: la piscine est beaucoup plus petite que le rendu sur les photos, il y fesait pas très chaud car ouverture au niveau du toit et il faut réservé son créneau pour y aller. Le canapé lit n’était pas très confortable. Les +: personnel très agréables.

The property was fine, but not more. There were small things wrong, like the handle in the shower was broken, but functional. The most frustrating was being charged extra for everything - you had to pay to access the pool, breakfast was quite expensive for a croissant and coffee. Also, the adjacent building is under construction, and the work started quite early. All in all it was fine, but not more than fine, and we could probably have done better for the price.

Booked as it was central location and had an indoor pool. Been marketed as a 4 star but probably the standard of a travelodge UK. Very good location however dated and the bar was very small - right next to the pool so smelled of chlorine. Pool is tiny and you have to pay extra to use it. Not really a gym, a tiny box room with a treadmill and a few weight - which doubled up as a changing room for the swimming pool! Was slightly concerned when we had a grown man changing on the pool side when my 12 year daughter was in the pool. Would be a ok 3 star but I think 4 star is a push.

Les frais d un montant de 10 e demandé pour acceder a la piscine .cela etant marqué nul part sur l appli lors de la réservation. La reponse agressive et inappropriée de la responsable d accueil. Les gel désinfectant a l etage sortie ascenceur contenant vide malgre ma remarque on m a dit il y a en en bas reponse nul .rideau de la chambre taché ,lavabo bouché,poussiere sous le lit .cette établissement ne vaut pas 4 etoile.a fuire. Merci a expedia et toute l equipe d avoir ete a mon ecoute et compréhensif de mon désagrément. Comme a pu me dire la reception si vous etes pas content téléphoné a expedia ..juste lamentable. Belle chambre spacieuse, sdb bien équipée bien que la douche un peu étroite. Parking sous l'hôtel à 25€ la nuit pratique et économique. N'avons pas testé le sauna, la piscine et le ptt dej. On y retournera.

This is a wonderful hotel with the best, friendliest and most helpful staff. It's right in the heart of the city in walking distance to all the main sites. The rooms are very clean, roomy and with excitement facilities. Highly recommended!

Distributeur de savon vide malgré 8 demandes.dans la chambre tache au sol a l arrivée le sol jamais lave en 8 jours.coffre fort en panne.au bar de la réception table avec des ronds de verre jamais netoye pisscineon voulait nous faire payer 10 € nous avons fait intervevir hôtel. After arriving at the hotel, the receptionist told me breakfast was not included although it was included. She took and copied my debit card as well. While sleeping in the bed I woke up itching and there was a spider in my bed ( I have the photos ). I had to wipe the floor full of dust. The was dust in the hotel and work and sawing and drilling going on. The other receptionists were nice and he confirmed there was a mistake and breakfast was included

Vier Sterne hat dieses Haus definitiv nicht verdient. Die Einrichtung ist ab gewohnt, die Betten. Insbesondere das Zustellbett ist durch gelegen. Der Boden ist Laminat und auch nicht besonders reinlich. Das Bad ist zweckmäßig, jedoch die Dusche undicht. Da wir mit Kind verreist sind, dachten wir, ein Pool sei gegen Abend eine willkommene Abwechslung. Es war nicht besonders sauber, aber unsere Tochter hat es zumindest Spaß gemacht. Das Wasser war mit 27°. Angenehm warm. Handtücher konnte man sich auch an der Rezeption kostenfrei holen.

Nous avons passé un week-end. Franchement pas un 4 étoiles. Chambre non insonorisée, on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors. Les rideaux ne couvrent pas assez loin et du coup le jour entre. Les chiffres sur la commande chauffage clim sont effacés donc impossible à régler. Nous sommes sortis et de retour vers 13h30 14h la chambre n'était pas faite. Ils sont venus vers 17h pour la faire alors qu'on se reposait. Le hall de l'étage pas de cache à une lampe murale, pas de wifi dans notre chambre (2 barres ). Le petit déjeuner n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Pas de toaster, des oeufs dures très froid du frigo et donc pas la possibilité de cuisson différentes, l'omelette très tiède voir froide et le choix pas très important. Vraiment déçu de cet hôtel. Dommage on voulait se faire un plaisir détente .

Hotel is in a great location for about everything and is very walkable. Hotel room is larger than most rooms we’ve experienced in the past. Only drawback at the moment is the renovation occurring in the adjacent property which has construction noise during daytime hours. Otherwise the area is quiet. We would stay here again but would definitely prefer it after construction is completed.

Definitely not worthy of 4 stars. We had booked 2 standard rooms, both smelled like sewage. We had to change rooms 3 times and asked for refund until the management offered us upgraded rooms which were much nicer and cleaner. Rooms are very mediocre and need repairs.

Vi havde ikke en god oplevelse på dette hotel. Dårlig/uhøflig betjening ved ankomst og igen senere da vi gerne ville benytte den ydmyge pool. Hotellet bærer præg af, at være slidt og ikke vedligeholdt. Maling der skaller af og stikkontakter der sidder løst osv.. Ligger centralt i Nice, hvilket også var årsagen til vi valgte det. Men blev skuffede over stand og service

Staff were so unhelpful. Didn't know about trips, and about Nice. No courtesy room for when you leave later in the day. No help at all. 3 adult room paid for, had to ask for towels etc for 3. Corridor always smelt like someone had been smoking

Very nice hotel! Rooms were spacious and even though the elevators r small they ran well and there wasnt long waits! The city is so super gorgeous! We walked to most of our spots ans restaurants! Great night life and food 💖💖💖 also they got some good coffee/breakfeast spots around too

I expected a nice breakfast from the hotels.com images, but breakfast was quite poor. The gym is really small not maintained and swimming pool was not free for the guest. The room was not so clean and warm water was working only sometimes. Wifi connection was also terrible... Unfortunately I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.
