Great location for a ringette tournament. Pool was great for the kids. And even open late 10pm-midnight for 18 Breakfast was pretty decent. Overall a great stay.

The staff dud the absolute best they could under the sub zero temperatures. With hickey teams staying, it can always be a hastle. And on top of that, the pool was closed, and it was minus 50. They had pipes freeze, dryers freeze, front automatic doors freeze, and they worked through with a smile on their face. They did their best to with all that going on, still ensure we were having a good trip. They even had a main pipe burst right in the front entrance. I felt so bad for the staff and i want to say i give them so much kudos. Hats off to them all.

I spent a night here over the long weekend and it was one of the highlights of my trip with my cousin. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the pool schedule, especially the adult-only hours, and we were also granted a late check-out that let us enjoy a relaxed morning without any rush. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay again!

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews mentioning cleanliness, but both beds in my room had hairs and other unknowns on the sheets hidden by the quilts. The pillows were oddly small and basically flat. There were bugs near the bathroom next to something that wasn’t cleaned up. When I cleaned it up it was obvious the floors were not clean by the dirt on the Kleenex I used. The lotion bottle had been used and was basically empty. The breakfast was ok - the eggs were very salty. The guests in the room across from me were loud and the room beside had a dog that barked a lot. Not the hotels fault but I only needed one nights rest, so it was disappointing.

The front door area was shut due to a busted pipe. Insufficient signage led me to finally find a door to get into a crowded entry that had a small front desk. The room was unkempt and was not a suite as I had booked. Layout was unappealing and white pillow covers were tinged yellow.

The Staff is great. The rooms are big , quiet , clean to my standard which is pretty ocd . Beds are super comfy . the whole building as far as ive seen is kept Nice . I have so far enjoyed my stay everytime i have decided staying at this location . They must be doing something right ;)

Check in was quick and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. We got a suite on the 4th floor and it was incredibly quiet. We have a 5 yr old and a 1 yr old and had the best hotel naps during the day and slept sound during the night. As soon as our heads hit the pillow, we were sound asleep. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. We would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We needed to add more people and remove another and they were more than happy to accommodate us. The room was fully renovated. It was great to have a king bed with a separate room from our older 4 kids. The pull out couch was a double bed with a single bed and there was even another queen in it. Perfect for our large family. Lots of towels and huge bottles of shampoo and conditioner were much better than the tiny bottles. Definitely will stay here again.

It's a decent hotel, the breakfast is good. Our room was freezing cold and it took until midnight to warm it up and we must have had an older room, the water pressure wasn't great and the shower head didn't work well.

This is our new hotel of choice wonderful room two bedrooms is awesome for us one is an early riser, other is a night owl that snores. So these suites are perfect for us. We have only stayed at this property 4 times and already Lindsay knew and was a total sweetheart looked after all our needs and concerns. Every time was an amazing stay.

The hands down best thing about this property was the beds…. No lumps, comfortable bedding, pillows that don’t disappear when you put your head down. The best sleeping experience of our last 5 hotels. The rooms were clean and while the area was nothing scenic… it had close access to dining and essential shops. The only down side was housekeeping showing up early to clean the room on checkout day while I was in the shower. Then, as apparently we were the last room to clean they waited for us to leave. As my wife tends to run late we were hassled despite the building clearly being empty for being a few minutes late for checkout.

We enjoyed our stay as we were passing through town and it was convenient to get to off the highway. The decor was nicely updated and the hot breakfast was yummy. Our kids loved the water slide! The family rooms are huge so we had lots of space to enjoy! We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

The hot breakfast is mini! Like mini hashbrowns that take forever to cook and only enough for a few people at a time and mini pancakes that come out 2 at a time but manager won't turn them up to have bigger ones so have to wait 3 times to get enough!

It’s newer and clean well taken of. Nice sized pool and free breakfast. Cons are Breakfast Area is extremely crowded on a tiny room in a long weekend, let alone the time is up to 9AM only. It’s been a week since our stay there but they haven’t return my damage deposit of $100. So make sure they return it and check your account.

The breakfasts were very disappointing. The room is very hot, there is little to no fruit (there was supposed to be but the bins were often empty), no fresh vegetables or salsa or anything healthy to go with the proteins, cheap paper plates and plastic cutlery is so wasteful, the tea water was lukewarm every morning and I had to ask for teabags. The lack of healthy options was really disappointing (plain yoghurt, berries, herbs for the eggs, carrots and tomatoes, a potato option in the buffet tray, whole grain bread, hard boiled eggs, cheese). These are more expensive but I won’t choose your hotel again simply because the breakfast was so cheaply done and lacked good quality healthy food.

It was good hotel, its a bit dated tho. We stayed 2nights. We were disappointed that the breakfast was only available to 9am, we are not early risers. Next time i’ll have to look into the fine details before i book.
