Friendly check-in , free parking Should be a 1.5 star hotel . No mini fridge in room , bathroom door didn’t close , my son told me he saw two coach roaches . Old dated property using the Wyndham name

Street sign not lit up so drove past. Reception good. Beds, closet space, and shower water pressure all good. No frig, microwave, coffee maker, towel bar, or facial tissue. Usually present in comparable Days Inn. 3 days paid with points - is that why?Breakfast pretty good but same 2 days in a row. Had to go to front desk for TP and took a bit because reception didn’t know where it was! Outdoor landscaping kept up and convenient location for what we needed.

Nice place. Easy access to Yosemite (14 miles) and lots of places to walk to for shopping and food. Pool was closed and room could have been a bit cleaner but all in all this was a good place to stay.

No parking, loud neighbors

newly remodeled- came late ( after midnight) and staff very helpful. Neighborhood OK but not upscale- Hotel interior and facilities better than impression when driving down the street- would come back

Property is too close to hiway and stair to upper level is not convenience for disable people.

This hotel is tucked in between car dealerships and auto repair shops. Their sign is not prominent or lit, so we drove right by it the first time. The room itself was clean and the bathroom seemed upgraded. We upgraded ($10 a night) to a room with a fridge & microwave. The woman in the office was friendly and thorough. But…it is a very noisy motel. We could hear the people next door talking and singing. The people above us were moving and dragging things all night and going up and down the stairs with their dog (toe nails tapping the stairs outside our window) numerous times during the night. There were cars burning rubber and peeling out of the parking lot in the middle of the night. Car alarms kept going off. We kept our blinds closed because there were people hanging outside our room visiting and sitting on their cars all the time. Lighting in the room was very minimal so our room was very dark. Our 2nd night we arrived to the motel @11pm to find no parking. The previous night had been so noisy and creepy, we took it as a sign to just pack up and go home. It felt like they had long term residents or just creepy guests staying there. The motel is cleaned and maintained and staff was pleasant. It’s the clientele they host.

Would not recommend. We stopped here late, exhausted from traveling or we would have canceled our reservation. The room smelled. The carpet had a large wet spot. And the bed smelled like pee.

Room is nice and clean. Check in girl was nice and courteous, check in was nice and quick. I would come back again.

Had roaches, mold in the bathroom and peeling paint from the mold, room smelt wet, key card didn’t work on our second day and we had to go to the office to get reprogrammed for our room Breakfast was nice

Sheets were reused, you can tell due to the stains left from previous customers. There were old blood stains on drawers, the shower is clogged so taking a shower was filled with water,

Not what we expected for the price of $250. Rooms and bathroom were much smaller than it appears on the photos. On a very busy street. Used ear plugs to block out the noise level. It was very clean.

While the room was nice and clean, the proximity to the major road made it noisy at all hours. Must have been recently renovated - very nice for a Days Inn.

I paid for 2 nights 3 days for two of us. There was only one towel and when i asked for more no one came. The maid was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to get towels and soap. The individual soap she gave to me was opened, used and had hair/dirt in it. The shower was unclean, dark pubic hair on the walls and in the corners of the shower. The sheets had red stains on them. Only one roll of toliet paper. The room had no microwave, fridge or freezer. The room was falsely advertised as it looked nothing like the photos online. When calling the front desk for more toliet paper and towels the employee was rude and hung up on me. The breakfast included was terrible, no options of fruit, yogurt, juice, ect. When checking out i complained and was only provided with an email which i will be inlcuding the pictures that i took.

I love the cleanliness of my room and the friendliness of the staff. I would stay here again if I’m in the area and I would definitely recommend it to anybody.

Clean room amd good location near the freeway

The pillows were not comfortable. The bed was sagging. And I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. But I do like the renovated bathroom, body soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Well, for one they don’t honor what you book online Expedia or Hotels.com if you book a room that says you get a refrigerator in the microwave when you get there, they’ll tell you it’s wrong and charge you more per day. They don’t honor any online booking. my daughter was in the hospital in ICU after heart surgery And I booked a room with microwave and fridge and they said it’s wrong and they charge me three dollars per day. My daughter was longer. I booked another three days today and they charge me like $11 a day to have a Refrigerator microwave breakfast Blah blah,

We were moved three times in three days due to different reasons. The wifi is terrible and drops so often that you can barely work. You can’t rely if you are planning to work here.

My internet did not work and neither did the phone charger.

My only complaint was very poor WiFi signal strength. This may have been due to the position of the room which was in a sheltered interior corner, but it was very annoying because I couldn't even download email much less web content.

The only thing I was upset about was that their card (tap system) wasn’t working so I had to get $200 cash in order to secure the room for the night. Something I wished I knew before hand. The room itself was fine. Pillows were too lumpy. But it was very clean. Don’t come here for a quiet nights rest. Blackstone ave has too much traffic but that can’t be helped by the hotel. Other than that. Stay exceeded my expectations. Would get a room here again.

It was clean and the room was large and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked quite well. The included hot breakfast was the best I had ever seen this side of Europe. It was the best part of our stay. There was a desk in the room, but it was not really usable because there was no light near it. There were also no towel rods in the bathroom. Only one hook for all the towels and clothes for 2 people. There was an ugly piece of furniture in the room that had previously housed a refrigerator and microwave which were now missing. The hole where the fridge went had wires hanging down in it.

Horrible experience! Run far away from this place. I booked a room for two nights, paid for the room and also paid the deposit. I went back to the room the second night and they gave my room to someone else! Front desk said that I didn’t have luggage in there so they assumed I checked out??? Have never experienced this. How do you check me out of a room that I paid in full for? Was supposed to get my money back and still haven’t received anything.

This location features an apparently renovated facilities and everything worked well. However: I had two large issues with this property: 1. Upon arrival I was given a substandard room (no refrigerator, no microwave) and when I returned to office I was told that "this _discounted_ room was what I reserved". This was patently untrue as I pulled my phone and showed that I could immediately reserve the normal room for $95 (on the spot), while I reserved through expedia, in advance, and I did reserve normal, not a "discounted" room for $129. Luckily they were able to correct their error - and I was eventually given another, normal room. This took time from my sleep, and an unnecessary relocation. 2. Everyone (not just I) was told that "we need to put a $50 hold on your card in addition to the reservation charge". This is unusual and inconvenient! A long line resulted. Everyone was stumped with this unusual practice. I was told that the charge will be refunded in 5 days, but it wasn't. So I disputed the $50 charge via VISA, and the dispute was resolved. This is inconvenient and highly irregular. There are reviews on Expedia that show that they had NOT received their $50 refund. This is an unusual and negative experience (compared to other properties I used on my trip).

The desk representative was amazing. I am partially disabled and got in late, the only room was upstairs. She was able to move me the next day to downstairs room

Deposit was cash only super inconvenient, had to travel to atm. Road is noisy.

Interesting parking lot entertainment, decently clean, comfortable room, check in staff was pleasant, free breakfast was better than expected, area surrounding the motel is a bit seedy, wouldn't recommend walking after dark.

This hotel is not in a very nice area and it is right on a street with a lot of traffic noise which can be heard in the room. A lot of homeless in the area but none on the property in which I saw. The people above me could be heard through the ceiling. At 2am there were children running around screaming in the hotel. What on earth? It is remodeled nicely and appeared to be clean. The room smelled horribly of bleach when I first entered. I wish I had read the amenities because there was no refrigerator or microwave. Just a Keurig. There was a light in the closet area that flickered when it was off. When it was on it was fine. The bed was ok. Not comfortable but not the worst. Overall, I would not recommend. I did not feel safe and it was loud.

it was convenient to my trip to Fresno

Staff was nice, room was clean and breakfast was decent.

Been booking this hotel several times and up to now it's has been no problems at all, friendly stuff,breakfast is pretty decent and the rates very affordable. The only thing is was missing this time it was the little fridge, maybe broken?

Very convenient, good breakfast at a good price

Just needed a last minute place to stay the night. The night clerk made me wait 2 minutes while she finished her phone call. Then she asked me to sign a form where the rate was blank. Maybe that is normal, but I don't like to sign blank forms. Breakfast was better than expected until they ran out of milk. Room was perfect.

Extremely noisy property. Street noise, and we could hear everything next door and people walking around in room above all night Breakfast was poor & the hotel uses styrofoam plates/ bowls.

Very friendly and helpful staff --had maps of the area. The breakfast was superb--very healthy, basically a full breakfast, Very convenient location. Will stay there again in future.
