It was a nice big unit, but we booked a unit with a view of the golf course and got a unit with a big concrete retaining wall behind. No view. There was construction noise all day too. The pool was cold and not heated. Lots of seating around it try though to relax. Big grocery store right across the street which was great. The TV only YouTube worked. The lock on the rear patio door was half hanging of the door. It did lock but didn’t give the best sense of security as the property is not fully gated and secure. You can walk in off the sidewalk.

Enjoyed my stay here. It had everything. Clean and affordable. Only thing I didn’t like was no elevators to the 3rd floor. Be ready to haul your luggage up the stairs.

Pésimo servicio desde la llegada, entregaron nuestra habitación a tiempo, eso fue muy bueno, pero su atención al cliente es pésima salvo por Denisse quien muy amablemente intentó ayudarnos a resolver el problema de la señal en la TV (pero aún así no se logró), nunca fueron a realizar el aseo de la habitación, alberca fuera de servicio sin previo aviso, nunca pudieron arreglar la señal en la TV y se molestaron cuando lo pedimos (Salvo Denisse) La verdad muy mala experiencia

Good property for the price! Located near shopping, restaurants, about 3-4 blocks from the beach access point. Free parking. Pool is not heated so no-one was using it in early Feb. Room is dated but pleasant and useable. Exterior pathways could benefit from attention. I'd stay here again.

Le falta limoieza a la alberca, esta muy sucia los pisos de la alberca,.tienen costra de mugre y se ve feo. No pasan a sacar la basura, y no hay escobas para estar limpiando,.estuve 6 noches. Pero esta en presio suoer accesible y bien ambles los trabajadores.

As soon as we checked in there was a massive roach on the wall, but that was the only one we saw in 5 days. They let us stay there til 4pm on check out. Nice pool. a group of tourist restaurants nearby. Real Mexican places are a bit further away. Beach is a 10 minute walk. La Comer Supermercado across the street. Great place.

Our issues started from the moment we arrived. The receptionist was unable to find our reservation even though we clearly showed them the Expedia confirmation. So with the stress of feeling we had nowhere to go I decided to call the number on the Expedia email. The manager Luis answered and called the receptionist to confirm we did have a reservation. They said our room wasn’t ready but they booked us into another room. It was much smaller than the 2 bedroom apartment we had rented. So our group of 3 adults and 2 children squeezed into two small double beds for the night as we were told our room would be ready the next day. The next day we took possession of the apartment and everything was fine until night time when roaches started coming out from the kitchen. We killed almost 5 roaches that night and didn’t sleep. When I called reception that night they told me they could switch us to another room and when I went to check it it had ripped bedding and the room was not clean. I decided to stay there the night to not wake my two little ones as by now it was 1am and to move into a gross dirty apartment was not an option. They promised fumigation the next day and gave us bug spray for the meantime. The next day we had an outing booked to La Paz. When we got back around 8pm they said they had cleaned and fumigation done but the first thing we saw walking in were 3 roaches in the kitchen. We ended up leaving and they refunded our money and thankfully they put up no resistance.

People there were so friendly, polite and helpful. in fact whatever we needed they helped us to get it. The room exceded my expectations, it was huge, clean and everything new. Excellent location too.

Esta de acuerdo al precio, no es un lugar lujoso, los muebles ya están acabados, las camas colchón duro, malo wi fi, ni siquiera carga Netflix, malo el dish, no funcionaba, le falta mejor limpieza, los cajones de la cocina olían a ratón, tuve que desinfectar todo, lo bueno que hay un Mercado grande cruzando la calle, la alberca está bien. Si se quedan en el hotel les incluyen el desayuno, en los departamentos no, les faltan utensilios de cocina, así que si te quedas ahí lleva tus cosas de cocina, no ponerme tampoco bolsas para la basura, es mejor que lleves todo lo que necesitas, si después de todo mi comentario te animas a quedarte ahí, yo no volveré, pero creo que es de acuerdo al precio, si quieres un mejor lugar definitivamente hay muchos más, pero pagarás por ello.

Hidden gem of San Jose Del Cabo. A 2br apt with a pool for spring break season for less than half than others? No brainer. This isn't the Hyatt, so set your expectations accordingly, but the apartment has the essentials. The AC didn't work in one of the rooms, but there's one in in the living room that helps cool the air in that one. The hotel is right across the street from a supermarket that has everything. I would recommend buying any alcohol bottles you plan to take back with you from there, unless you just want to support a small business, which there are tons of around. Laundry can be done with their washing machines for a fee, though you'll need to provide your own detergent and dryer sheets. Water pressure is not great, and takes around 30 seconds to a minute to get warm. Decent WiFi, at least 8Mb upload speed though I didn't test it without a VPN so it might be faster. 65" TV in the living room, most all kitchen/cookware you'll need and dishes. Just 10-15 minutes walk to the really fancy hip expensive area in SJD. Also 10 minutes drive (on the back road) to get to the downtown area with the beautiful art walk they have on Thursdays. No hot tub, but you really don't need one here. The pool is great and very relaxing to swim in our lay by in the sun. I uploaded pictures of the apartment because I saw none on Hotels.com, so I was halfway expecting it to be a scam for the price. Pleasantly surprised and I will absolutely seek this place out to stay again.

This was a fantastic hotel: unbeatable location next door to the major grocery store and within walking distance of multiple restaurants. The room--an apartment--was extremely large and comfortable. Many Mexicans from other parts of Mexico come to vacation here, so you know it's a local gem!

La ubicación del departamento es muy buena, la vista al campo de golf está súper. Llegamos por la noche y el registro fue rápido. Entregaron la llave y listo, solo nos comentaron sobre el wifi, la red q agarráramos tal era la contraseña. El internet MUY MALO solo agarra la del 102 y se desconecta. Lo comenté en recepción y que lo iban a checar, fue un técnico, pero no quedó. El mensaje era “conectado sin internet” No dejaron nada de artículos de limpieza para cocina, no jabón, no trapo. Cuando en la descripción de la unidad dice artículo de limpieza en cocina. Tampoco había una cobija extra, por las noches refrescaba. Fui a recepción y solicité lo de limpieza y cobija, solo me dieron una microfibra para cocina y no tenían cobija entonces fue otra colcha. El 31 de Diciembre 8:30 de la mañana trabajadores haciendo trabajos de mantenimiento en el techo, arrastrando estructuras (estaban instalando calentador solar) imposible descansar.

Our issues started from the moment we arrived. The receptionist was unable to find our reservation even though we clearly showed them the Expedia confirmation. So with the stress of feeling we had nowhere to go I decided to call the number on the Expedia email. The manager Luis answered and called the receptionist to confirm we did have a reservation. They said our room wasn’t ready but they booked us into another room. It was much smaller than the 2 bedroom apartment we had rented. So our group of 3 adults and 2 children squeezed into two small double beds for the night as we were told our room would be ready the next day. The next day we took possession of the apartment and everything was fine until night time when roaches started coming out from the kitchen. We killed almost 5 roaches that night and didn’t sleep. When I called reception that night they told me they could switch us to another room and when I went to check it it had ripped bedding and the room was not clean. I decided to stay there the night to not wake my two little ones as by now it was 1am and to move into a gross dirty apartment was not an option. They promised fumigation the next day and gave us bug spray for the meantime. The next day we had an outing booked to La Paz. When we got back around 8pm they said they had cleaned and fumigation done but the first thing we saw walking in were 3 roaches in the kitchen. We ended up leaving and they refunded our money and thankfully they put up no resistance.

Pésimo servicio desde la llegada, entregaron nuestra habitación a tiempo, eso fue muy bueno, pero su atención al cliente es pésima salvo por Denisse quien muy amablemente intentó ayudarnos a resolver el problema de la señal en la TV (pero aún así no se logró), nunca fueron a realizar el aseo de la habitación, alberca fuera de servicio sin previo aviso, nunca pudieron arreglar la señal en la TV y se molestaron cuando lo pedimos (Salvo Denisse) La verdad muy mala experiencia

People there were so friendly, polite and helpful. in fact whatever we needed they helped us to get it. The room exceded my expectations, it was huge, clean and everything new. Excellent location too.

We did not get the room we booked which was a disappointment as we had a view of a wall. Not sure how that got messed up. They brushed me off when I tried to deal with discuss with them. Our patio door handle was broken so the lock barely held on. There were 3 of us in room but only allowed 1 key. We also had tiny bugs crawling all over the kitchen counters and in the closet so we were unable to cook or leave anything sitting out in kitchen. For us getting the apartment was so we could do cook etc. The pool was fine. It was quiet except for over the weekend when locals seemed to take over. The grounds were nice. Enjoyed the relaxing vibe on quiet days outside.

Solo tuve un inconveniente que fue que no me dejaron toallas, sin embargo, no fue gran tema pues se resolvió rápido. Muy amables en recepción. Lugar limpio aunque ya tiene sus años. Cerca de todo, confortable y sobre todo seguro. No esperes el Ritz o Rosewood. Si te vas a poner especial paga una tarifa más alta. Yo regresaría sin ningún problema!

Muy buena limpieza, atención del concierge buena, lo malo es que no dicen que están haciendo obras en un puente justo enfrente del complejo, por lo tanto hay mucho ruido y polvo, trabajos de obra desde las 7:30 am, supongo que por esa razón la estancia es un poco más barata, deberán tener más control con el acceso d vehículos que entran. El depto en muy buenas condiciones!!! Aire acondicionado, cocina, baño excelente servicio

This was a fantastic hotel: unbeatable location next door to the major grocery store and within walking distance of multiple restaurants. The room--an apartment--was extremely large and comfortable. Many Mexicans from other parts of Mexico come to vacation here, so you know it's a local gem!

Good property for the price! Located near shopping, restaurants, about 3-4 blocks from the beach access point. Free parking. Pool is not heated so no-one was using it in early Feb. Room is dated but pleasant and useable. Exterior pathways could benefit from attention. I'd stay here again.

This was a very affordable place with a ton of space! The apartments suites are quite big, and they’re located on a golf course so it’s gorgeous with ann excellent view of the beach as well. Will be coming back for sure!

As soon as we checked in there was a massive roach on the wall, but that was the only one we saw in 5 days. They let us stay there til 4pm on check out. Nice pool. a group of tourist restaurants nearby. Real Mexican places are a bit further away. Beach is a 10 minute walk. La Comer Supermercado across the street. Great place.

Esta de acuerdo al precio, no es un lugar lujoso, los muebles ya están acabados, las camas colchón duro, malo wi fi, ni siquiera carga Netflix, malo el dish, no funcionaba, le falta mejor limpieza, los cajones de la cocina olían a ratón, tuve que desinfectar todo, lo bueno que hay un Mercado grande cruzando la calle, la alberca está bien. Si se quedan en el hotel les incluyen el desayuno, en los departamentos no, les faltan utensilios de cocina, así que si te quedas ahí lleva tus cosas de cocina, no ponerme tampoco bolsas para la basura, es mejor que lleves todo lo que necesitas, si después de todo mi comentario te animas a quedarte ahí, yo no volveré, pero creo que es de acuerdo al precio, si quieres un mejor lugar definitivamente hay muchos más, pero pagarás por ello.

We enjoyed our stay here, we found the apartment pleasant, extremely clean and centrally located to all the attractions. There is a 24hr front desk with gated security and the staff was super friendly. Our unit had all the basic amenities, stocked kitchen, comfy beds, free parking and a nice swimming pool. Check-in was a breeze. The SM apartments are in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, shopping centers and the beach.

The property is well located for groceries, beach access and the "Tourist Bus" known as the purple and orange bus "Ruta del Desierto public bus." I especially liked the new La Comer City Market next door. You can take the Ruta drl Desierto bus to and from the SJD airpirt for 95 pesos cash per person one way. You can also take the same bus to San Lucas for 45 pesos per person one way. The staff are very friendly and professional. They work very hard and always have a wave/smile for you. The air conditioning worked great in the separate bedroom and in the living room. The kitchen had most items you would need.
