Nice clean spacious room. Check in staff very efficient and friendly. Bar staff were very good. A few residents coming in late looking for certain things. Bar staff went above and beyond to help them.

Won’t return. The ‘manager’ had a stinking attitude. The room itself was grubby and outdated. When we arrived, there were no sockets beside the bed for medical equipment. We moved the single bed to the other wall to access a socket and under the bed was filthy. There were dirty tissues, sweets and pure dust. When we let them know, their attitude was terrible. The manager, Jordan I think his name was, knocked our door and said I believe you have a problem. We brought him in to show him and he just shrugged and said the bed was moved to a place it shouldn’t have been so in other words if we didn’t move it we wouldn’t have known any better. Instead of rectifying it, he just stood arguing back that they only have 15 mins to clean a room in between guests. To be honest, his attitude was disgraceful and just walked around like he owned the place. The room looks like it’s had a slap of paint and needs a good update. On our second night, we were tortured with the people in the room next to us, constantly banging doors and shouting from 23.45 - 4am. The phone to reception didn’t work either. The only good thing was the location and breakfast. The managers attitude has put us off returning in the future aside from the other issues. He needs training in customer service asap! We had stayed here when it was the Ramada and it’s seriously gone downhill big time. Only stay here if you don’t mind living in previous people’s dirt & mess.
