Very clean and service in restaurant and bar was great

Lovely property in well maintained older building. Staff is extremely helpful and responsive. Rooms are decently spacious. Parking is very limited especially on busy weekends in Portrush. Close walking distance to beaches & restaurants. The morning breakfast is very adequate. Overall I’d stay again.

My husband and I are pensioners with disabilities having the use of a lift was ideal.Staff were very friendly and made our stay very pleasant.

We had a mostly pleasant stay. The staff were all very friendly and the service in the restaurant was great. The hotel is very dog-friendly, which we really appreciated—our dog was welcome at breakfast, and the location is ideal for walking. We stayed on a Monday in the off-season, so food options in town were limited, but we ate in the hotel and enjoyed the meal. However, we were disappointed with the room. We had upgraded in advance and expected room with a nice view like pictures suggested, but were given a first-floor room at the back with a view of a roof and surrounding windows instead. This felt particularly frustrating as there were only 3 rooms occupied that night (including us) so it seemed like a better room could have been allocated. The temperature was also a problem. The room and corridors were extremely warm, even in November. We turned off the radiator on arrival, opened the window and used the small fan provided, but the room remained uncomfortably hot overnight, and we didn’t sleep well. There is no air conditioning. We were fortunate to find a free parking space right across from the hotel, which made unloading easy, though it did seem like luck, as cars were waiting to take it when we left. Overall, a friendly hotel in a great location, especially if travelling with a dog, but the room allocation and temperature issues would make us think twice before returning unless we could confirm a cooler, sea-view room in advance.

Recently renovated hotel in the heart of town -- easy walk to everything. Good restaurant and bar. Park on the street.

A lovely hotel in the centre of Portrush. Excellent breakfast, clean rooms and exceptional staff. Justy one thing people should be aware of, write up states "Free parking" and it is but it is not on the hotel premises it is a few hundred yards away in a council run Free Car park - Landsdowne car park.

Fantastic staff and great food. Only downfall was parking was a struggle on the Sunday with on street parking and pillows very hard and uncomfortable but staff made up for any issues and looking forward to staying again after the refurb

Loved the large spacious rooms. Lovely bay windows. Renovated bathroom was good but could have had more bench and hanging space. Bar and restaurant were fantastic.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Reception was warm and inviting , reception staff attentive and extremely helpful. Our deluxe room was simply superb! What a treat to have such a huge and comfortable bed with everything you need in the room as you arrive. The lamps were lit and it was warm and inviting as we entered. Whilst we didn’t use the mini bar it was well stocked and topped up each day if needed Luxurious towels and toiletries were refreshed daily ( we stayed for 4 nights) so that we had everything we needed after a day out sight seeing The decor throughout the hotel was simply beautiful which helped to create the atmosphere of stylish quality. There is a subtle golf theme throughout the restaurant and bar which is tasteful and quite clever The housekeeping team need full credit for maintaining an immaculately presented hotel throughout and are a credit to the organisation The hospitality team from the bar to the restaurant are well trained under the clear direction of Declan who takes time to get to know his guests. This personal touch is the thing that sets this hotel apart. Portrush is a quiet harbour town( except for Saturday nights!). There are bars and lovely restaurants to visit but the hotel bar and restaurant also offers a warm and inviting atmosphere which is perfect. Breakfast is served with care and offers a range of options to suit most tastes. With serving times from 7-10am Overall just a wonderful hotel!

Whole hotel needs a refresh as is dated and tired. The breakfast was pretty awful with only 3 hot selections and food was skimpy. The coffee was terrible. We’re not offered a latte or cappuccino even tho they had a machine. Luckily there are 2 good coffee shops a block away. Probably one of worst breakfasts we have had on our 4 week trip through Ireland. We had dinner one night in the restaurant which was good.

This is the first time I have stayed there and I will be staying there from now on when up North. Very, very clean and food and service excellent. Will be back.

When we got into our upgrade room the toilet was filthy. Bathroom was small. The key cards did not work when trying to return to the hotel at 12pm, we struggled to gain access, Night staff were then rude asking if we were residents. Breakfast was fine, small tables and small portions. Receptionist on day of leaving asked for our room number at 10.10 while waiting in the lobby for other partner, and where told its best to check out now as it is a charge of £20 per hour after 11am. We would not recommend this supposed 5* as staff were rude apart from the day porter, rooms are small, lack light and are not cleaned appropriately. £255 for one night.

Couldn't Fault Anything. My mum was just out of hospital plus has Alzheimer's. They have went 100% Above And More For Us. Lovely Food, Fantastic Staff. Beautiful Rooms. Definitely Will Stay Again. KEEP Up The Great Service Folks 👍 👏 👌

Room was excellent and I really enjoyed Northern Irish style breakfast. I need to come back again.
