Nice hotel. Hard to find this hotel. Had to drive through a dumpster to get to the hotel. No signage near or on the property. No parking to temporary check in to get the hotel card in order to park at the back of the underground garage. Even finding the underground garage is a pain because of lack of signage and direction. Had to temporarily park on Days Inn next door to check in to holiday inn express. Hope your management is not sleeping and ignoring your guests frustration.

One of the cleanest hotels I've in which I've ever stayed. Modern attractive decor, spacious, beautiful room with complete amenities (huge walk-in shower, microwave, fridge, safe,giant TV with YouTube and Netflix) nice breakfast in a huge dining area (unlike most other hotels). CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN !!! Truly a pleasure. My only complaint: upon checkout, we surrendered both room keys. The problem is that you need a key to raise the gate when exiting the garage ! Repeated presses of the call button went unanswered and there was a line of cars behind us at the exit, all with the same problem: no key. My wife ended up having to phone the hotel to get someone to run out and let us all out. I'm sure this problem will get addressed because I can't imagine the hotel can endure having EVERY departing guest face the same problem. Having said that, we have decided that this will be the hotel we stay at every time we visit our Montreal family.

The hotel is conveniently located in major highway. This hotel looked fairly new and security within the building is very good. Parking is not free, you have to pay $20/night. The parking is clean, secured, very well lit. It also has a charging station for those who have a, electric car. Yes, breakfast is included ! Check in and checked out is a breeze. Staff are very polite, friendly and courteous. To the lady that works in the kitchen every morning... " biggest "THANK YOU!" for preparing good breakfast each morning and hot coffees and tea ( all day ). The price is reasonable in comparison to other hotels around the area. Drive to downtown Montreal ( Notre Dame ) is approx. 25 mins. or more depending on the traffic. Yes, we highly recommend this hotel if you don't mind driving and not staying within downtown.

My boyfriend and I stayed here from Toronto because we had tickets at the bell centre and when traveling we have always stayed at holiday inn and will never change that. This trip was nothing shy from excellent. The staff was amazing and able to check us in early which was great after traveling all day and having a concert later. Overall an amazing experience and quite a new location too, very updated and great atmosphere, and cant forget about the slide, the water slide is great and we are in our mid 20's haha. definelty recommend staying here.

Brand new hotel, so perfect condition and very clean. The lobby area is very nice and large. Rooms are modern and well designed, comfortable bed. I was leaving too early to the breakfast. Shuttle frequency to the airport could be increased, when I was there it was once an hour.

Heating in the room didnt function properly. Set temperature to 27 to stay warm. Best it can do was 22 and too 2 hrs to get there. I also changed the room as a result. Same issue. Not pleasent especially when winter is coming.

We stayed in the hotel for 12 days. The hotel is new. Our room with standard room and king size bed was in a very nice location. Although the room overlooked the highway, we stayed comfortably without hearing any noise because the rooms were soundproofed. Every day our room was organized and cleaned. Continental breakfast was quite sufficient. There is no parking outside the building, it is paid and you have to park your car in the parking lot inside the building. The staff and lobby are very attentive and solution oriented. Thanks for everything.

It was very cold in the room: the heater didn't work properly and there were no blankets in the bed (only sheets and comforter). The staff (yesterday) wasn't really sympathetic and helpful. However, the mattress and the pillows were very comfortable.

- The check in experience wasn't that great. Staff member should guide us well about the entrance from the parking lot. First, the direction about elevator signs aren't there and we ended up in a wrong hotel elevator and stucked there for good 10 minutes. - The room is so bright in the morning. Should have more proper arrangement to keep the room dark. - Monday morning breakfast wasn't that great. They have short of food and items and manager simply said they have shortage of supplies. Such big hotels shouldn't have such excuses.

It’s a very nice hotel and very nice king bedroom. It was quiet induce the hotel room. On my think I didn’t like was I could brace the highway traffic as the hotel is off the highway. Breakfast was very good too. Staff was very kind.

Front Desk staff mishandled my appointment for the airport shuttle - I had one staff write me in the book but when I double checked, I was not written in the scheduling. I also had issues with payment. They asked me to provide payment before check in when I specified on booking I would pay at the property. The only nice and friendly staff were the breakfast staff, who helped me when the pancake machine wasn't dispensing properly. My room was OK, but the main floor lamp did not work and my room was constantly dark. I had to turn on all the bedside lamps to make sure I could see while I was packing. Otherwise the room was clean and nicely furnished.

Like many people at the hotel, booked last minute due to huge delays at Montreal airport, and arrived well after midnight - long line at the check in desk but the staff was still cheerful. Surprised at how good the breakfast was! Only downside is the lack of surrounding restaurants - it’s in a very industrial area just off the highway. Not ideal when stranded waiting for a flight.

The hotel is really nice and clean and tidy. The shuttle was very convenient and starts early so we were able to take advantage for our early flight. The room and bathroom is clean. Everything is readily available. The location seems to be around industrial area so would probably be convenient for airport and businesses access. We took Uber to go downtown which just 20-30mins away depending on time of the day. Overall, very happy with the hotel and our stay. Thank you

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Montreal Airport - St-Laurent with my cousins from October 9 to October 12 for a short weekend getaway, and we were thoroughly impressed from the moment we walked in. Overall it was a good stay, but the biggest downfall was that there wasn’t regular shuttles from the airport. You had to call the hotel for the shuttle, and when you don’t have network service on a cell from crossing a border into the country, that gets difficult. Also the shampoo in the shower empty, and when we brought it to their attention, it still wasn’t filled our whole 4 night stay. Other than that, it was clean, breakfast was good and breakfast staff was attentive, and the safety feature of needing a room key to use the elevators helped you be at peace of mind.
