Conveniently located off I70. Easy parking and quiet rooms.

Hot tubs didnt work. Otherwise good for the price we paid.

Only one of two hot tubs was working.

I love that they were pet friendly, they also had yummy breakfast!

Check in was quick and easy, and the fresh baked cookies were delicious! The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The one major drawback to our stay was the outdoor hot tub. Maybe Ramada is renovating the area, but the hot tubs (2) were located in the back where a large trash container would reside...dirty and not very inviting. It would be nice to relax in a clean, pretty atmosphere - this was pointedly the opposite. Hopefully it is temporary

The elavator was not working

Clean. Right by interstate 70. Hot tub was lukewarm. Good parking. Secondary door entrance would not close and lock on it's own.

Hot tub out of order. Water not hot when needed. Known to be a recurring problem. Ramada offered nothing. No discount. Had to pay ful $, though Ramada could not supply basic amenities. Had to pull out and find another hotel last minute.

This hotel is OLD. The rooms have not been upgraded or redecorated for DECADES. Our toilet wouldn’t stop flushing so we had to move to a new room (kudos yo the staff). There is no pool, and the two jacuzzis are above ground models in a wood shack with lattice sides in the parking area out back. Know before you go.

This is the place to stay if you value convenient access to interstate. Quick access to Main Street. Breakfast was satisfying - basic but satisfying. Walls extremely thin. No conversation is private. Bed was hard and pillows were not comfortable. Hot tub - after a long day on the slopes - was not therapeutic. The water was not hot enough. This is your basic hotel. We knew there would not be many amenities but the property is still lacking quality. Do not stay in room 300....it is like a closet with no refrigerator.

Very nice English gentleman greeted me for check in. The place was very clean. I wished that my desk chair worked - because I needed to work. It was stuck all the way down for a 6foot plus person. I'm not that tall. Other than that - it -- great place near Natural Grocer in Frisco. We had a lot of fun on Main St. in Frisco - which is nearby!

Our room did not smell well. It had a horrible smoking smell

I was very frustrated to find that our room had mold in it’s bathroom. The musty smell was not noticed initially (thus, when we received a call from Mgt checking in, we said all was fine). It was upon using the bathroom that both the smell of mold and the appearance of mold became visible. I would like a refund!! This is deplorable!!! I have pictures of the property should you want to view them.

It was dirty, there was an old towel hanging on the shower head. Our rooms AC wasn’t working. Obviously needs a lot of upgrades.

My overnight stay at the Ramada in Frisco, Colorado, was fine. The physical plant was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The bed was firm, but still comfortable. I always have trouble sleeping the first couple of nights that I'm in Summit County regardless of where I stay because of the lower oxygen level in the air at that high altitude, so I don't think that my sleeplessness was related to the bed, but to the oxygen level. The "free" breakfast was about average, certainly nothing to differentiate it from almost any other "free" breakfast offered by any other comparable lodging option. The staff with whom I interacted were friendly and helpful, something that is often taken for granted by tired travelers. I'll grade the lodging at a strong B+/A- level, a better "free" breakfast might have earned a higher grade from me, but to earn an "A" the organization has to go above and beyond 'cause I believe that excellence is a high bar that is seldom actually reached.

I was surprised at the small size of the room. I had a single queen size room and there just enouvh room for the bed. There was no microwave or Frig which would have been helpful. I could here everyone walking down the hallway and if they talked i could.hear them. Not well insulated.

It was an older place. The furnishings were nice, but small, no fridge, no microwave, non frills. It was quiet & slept well and was a close walk to the lake.

The bed, breakfast, and service were excellent! The only thing we would improve is the walls allow EVERY noise through. We were in room 110 and it is right by an exit. There is a heater there that hums nonstop. We could hear every neighbor up and beside. The door closer to the exterior is shot and the felt seal is damaged which results in a slam every operation. The pillows were almost hard! The bed is good though. This resulted in it being quite difficult to sleep. In summary, if you bring your own pillow and can find a quiet room I highly recommend!

The air conditioning was loud and kept making a burping noise every 10 mins . It kept waking me up so I had to turn it off. I opened the windows and it was loud, semis, traffic and so I had to shut the window . So I did not sleep a wink and had a biking event the next day. If sleep is not important then you would love it here ! Won’t be coming back

My room did not have refrigerator or micowave. I am expecting a full refund. I will be disputing the charge with the credit card company for room not being what is advertized.

Its not a very nice hotel. the rooms were clean but beds were aweful. it was a little pricy for the Quality.

We stayed here so I could catch an early morning shuttle to the Denver airport. Check in is at 4:00 (rather late) but the web site touts "early check in available"...I thought I would stop by early to let them know we would love early check in if possible and finish up my check in paperwork. What "greeted" me was one of the most unpleasant, un happy, crabby front desk manager! Almost comical in her coldness; VERY put out by my request. The hotel's condition is quite old and worn, but it could still be nice....the beds in our room were the worst. The shower took some finessing to get it to work properly....the pipes running in the room next door was a scene out of a movie and the "security door" at the front entry of our side of the hotel, would not lock or stay closed...leaving it open to the bus stop located right outside the door. It was just one night so it was not worth it to us to go somewhere else, but if you are staying for a prolonged period, I would suggest checking out someplace else.

The overnight desk clerk was load, obnoxious and offensive. He was ranting about politics and how bad it was to live in this country while using offensive (lot of swearing) language. This person should be fired immediately. I'll never stay at this property again and will make every attempt to NOT stay at any other Wyndham properties.

Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful.

Janet at front desk was so nice and helpful. Excellent customer service. Room was clean. Beautiful lake Dillon and path to walk down right by hotel which was great. Price for room was very reasonable.

Very subpar. Front desk was not friendly at all, breakfast is never ready at advertised hours, beds are uncomfortable, door doesn’t close properly, rooms are small and the place is very dated. We actually left 2 nights early even though we prepared .. we hated it that much. We don’t recommend it.

The gentleman at the check-in is the most friendly, polite, interesting person I have met in a hotel. He represents the organization in an excellent, superior manner.

People at the front desk were very poor performers in my opinion. Not friendly. Not attentive. Hoovered over the breakfast station continuosly . Seemed completely disinterested.

Easy early check in, clean quiet room. The man on duty at night is very grouchy and rude. He puts a poor face on representing this hotel chain.

Great location

Location is convenient with lots of dining/shopping close. Good access to highway. Also had breakfast for us so that’s a plus.

Great option right off the highway in Frisco. Eating in is a breeze, as the hotel is across the lot from Natural Grocers and my room had a large fridge and microwave. Numerous restaurants are also within walking distance, and breakfast is provided at the hotel.

The front desk attendant needs some work in hospitality do’s and don’ts. We were given a room under construction initially. Our new room had the squeakiest bathroom door on the planet. The breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am and the food wasn’t all out until 6:30. It was $300 for one night so we expected so much more. It was clean inside, I will give it that.

The front desk guy was awesome. The room though small, was quaint, big enough for the two of us and clean as a whistle. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and had waffles, oatmeal packets, cold cereals, yogurts, eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, muffins, fruit, delicious coffee, hot chocolate and hot apple cider packets and juices.

Tiny room but about what you’d expect for the price point. Desk chair kind of worn - needs to be retired. TV sitting on top of a 6’ wardrobe was interesting - they do make wall mounts - small enough TV it would fit over the desk. Breakfast was undoubtedly the worst I’ve experienced in years. Would expect more from the Ramada brand, Ok for a short overnight stop but wouldn’t make this place a habit.

You can't see through the glass front doors which seemed like a safety hazard and the doors weren't welcoming at all. There were multiple people in the dining area for breakfast and there was no coffee and 90% of the food was picked over while the person behind the front desk worked on other things. Room was tiny but clean and TV was located just below the ceiling causing you to have to look up and hold the remote high to change the channels. It wasn't horrible but won't stay here again given the number of other options in and around Frisco.

I have mixed reviews for my stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, 5 minutes to the highway, close to shops/dining and trails and beautiful views. The room was very clean and overall no complaints but could use a little TLC such as the toilet would barely flush and there was a loose tile that needed regrouted in the bathroom. Complaints, someone was smoking weed in their room and the smell was coming into my room, the pipes? are so loud that when someone took a shower later at night the sound in the walls rattling actually woke me up. The other complaint was breakfast. It was to start at 6 AM and we had a race on Saturday morning. When we went down nothing was out, no one was at the front desk and the food didn't start to show up until 6:15 but we needed to leave by 6:30. The coffee was brewing in the dining area so when it finished a friend put the lid on it so a we could get a cup, but a few minutes later the person that was to be putting breakfast out came in, saw we had put the lid on the coffee and picked it up storming out and dumped it all out. I thought a fist fight was going to ensue between the worker and our friend because he was so angry we had put the lid on the coffee. The worker insuated he had had a really bad night, but that was no reason for such unprofessional behavior.

This hotel was very nice. Comfortable beds, strong shower, great breakfast. Very happy with our stay!

Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise since I was expecting a typical Continental breakfast, but this was definitely an upgrade. Staff were very pleasant, and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.
