Property easy to get to. Nice entry area. Room was very nice. Elevator kind of had a mind of its own but works. The pool was ice cold, could not get in. Hot tub was only as warm as bath water and no ladder to get into it it or out. Not user friendly. Had to ask for a hair dryer at front desk. Nice quiet place tho.

Spent an additional $40 to check in early and room was still not ready. There was always only one person checking people in and it took forever. One of my room keys didn’t work. The pool wasn’t working. I asked for additional blanket and pillows as the pillows were very flat and only two per bed but never got them. There was no hair dryer or iron. I tried to shower at night and there was no hot water left. Overall, this place needs lots of work and updates.

The front desk area was clean and neat. Check in was quick and the desk clerk was friendly. On the downside, the pillows were very small, you needed 2 to make them the thickness of a regular pillow. Our reservation was for 3 people and the room was only stocked with towels for 2.The pool was too cold to swim in. The hot tub was the temp that the pool needed to be. The dining area had a loud noise coming from a vent and there weren't many choices for breakfast. There isn't allot of parking available.

Booked a king was give two double beds. Breakfast was never served. Hallway to room smelled like burnt rubber one of the nights. Advertising pool and hot tub. Only a pool in bad condition. Over all if I could rate it a 0 I would

Bugs in room flying around. Giant bug on inside of window behind curtains. Lack of outlets to charge phones by the bed and missing a lamp next to the bed, was only on one side. Tv kept having issues with staying connected. Only one garbage can in room, normally there's two. The bedroom door kept having issues and you had to pull it in before you swipe your key, otherwise it didn't open. Wanted to swim or even just sit by the pool but it was gloomy in there, smelled of mildew and had a layer of film on the water, looked as if not used in years, NASTY. Also the lower level there seemed creepy and ghetto like a ghost town. The waffle maker needed to be cleaned well and be well oiled or something because waffles kept sticking more and more every day, the last day my waffle came out as crumbs because you couldn't get it out, I even sprayed well. There was rarely water out to drink and the coffee always was empty like they were unprepared for as many guests at breakfast, always running out of something

The pool was not open. They only cleaned my room on the last night. Although the housekeeper did try to come in one other time when I had the do not disturb tag on the door. One day I came back and discovered that a lamp had been removed from my room. There were a lot of homeless people around the hotel. Breakfast was decent though and the proximity to highways was good

We paid for an accessible room (handicapped). We got their definition of an accessible room in the basement. It felt like a jail walking to our room. The room smelled of stale cigarettes. Big time. The hot tub was not very warm first off, but no bubbles or anything. Just a hot tub.

Elevators hardly work. Had to take the 4 flights of stairs half the time. When it did work. It was so loud and shaky, very sketchy. There’s a lot of smokers that walk around, but police do circle the property often.

The property was pretty rundown and the customer service was not great, we stayed there 2 nights and no one ever came to clean the room. The pool looked over chlorinated and there was no hot tub. There also seemed to be a lot of police activity at the property during our stay.

Housekeeping never cleaned our room for 4 nights. Could only access cable on TV 2 nights and remote had no batteries. After talking to long term guests and seeing people with their household items with them I believe it's a homeless hotel.

Ants in the bedroom and bathroom, 1 or 2 flys moving about, bottom floor is partially underground, halls were very noisy, 30 minute check-in with nobody in front of us, room reeked of smoke, we won't be back. It is cheap however.

The stay was ok for one night but there was a musty, mold smell to the room a broken window and the door to the hallway had a big enough gap to hear and see into the hallway. I opened the folded washcloth to was my face and was greeted by a previous guests half set of false lashes. I wouldn’t stay again.

Room was not clean when we checked in. Was not cleaned the several days we were there. Had to go to the desk to get clean towels. Area around the hotel has obvious drug activity and a good amount of homeless.

The first room I was assigned had no pillows for the bed and when attempting to call the front desk, the phone did not work... the second room had a cracked window, which looked like it might fall out, the television didn't work, the bed sagged in the middle, and the toilet seat was cracked through at the back...

The beds sounded like they were not assembled properly, they squeaked constantly. They also had some sort of plastic padding under the fitted sheet that sounded like crinkled paper anytime you moved on it. All of the towels and blankets smelled so heavily of bleach. No one enforces the no smoking withing 50ft of the doors rule.

Hotel was conveniently located for me. Breakfast was so-so--plenty of options. Not many healthy choices. Sheets were rough. Worst part for me was the noise in the hallway all night and into the early morning. I could not get the wifi to work. I also could not get the TV to work. That could be on me.

Doors to room very hard to open. No screen on window on 4th floor. Hole in ceiling. Broken shower door. Gap under front door so large lots of light comes through. There was a false eyelash on the lamp next to the bed. Pool area was so slippery and dangerous. Also rooms say “no smoking” but smell like cigarettes. Pillows on bed were super small like couch pillows. Homeless people on backside of hotel.

I did not like my stay in this hotel. The bed creaked every time I moved. The pillows were uncomfortable. The window was broken. There was no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. The toilet was so extremely low to the ground that I thought it was for a kindergarten. There was a smell to the hotel room and the hallways. There was a gap in the hotel room door that allowed light in all night long. The walls were so thin, I could here details of conversations from rooms on either side and everything from the hallway. I did not sleep well here at all. The furniture looked like it was made in a high school shop class. I really regret not choosing anywhere else. I did not enjoy my visit to this hotel and I can't imagine ever coming back. I'd rather sleep in my car. Oh, and there was no hot water during peak showering times in the morning.

The staff and Room service was amazing the friendly housekeepers by far met all my needs . The best of all was they all made me feel safe and welcomed myself and grandson with all our needs being met and stayed pretty much all of our hairs besides things we needed .

My 3 night stay was bad since day one we got a room and we didn’t get a key we have to call the front desk second nigh no house keeping I ask why told me I don’t requested so I did in the morning for 3 night surprise we came back and no house keeping, price wasn’t bad but I I have the option I will not come back.

Staff was wonderful but they are so shorthanded. Never had to deliver dirty towels and trash directly to the front desk before as we had a multiple night stay. Breakfast selection was better than anticipated.

First room they gave us, the bed collapsed. Second room, the card reader didn't work. We would have to have front desk let us in if we left. Left charger in 1st room. Asked at front desk in the morning to be let into the room. Turns out that he had found the charger but had not notified me that he had. Didn't even bother eating breakfast. Too many people and room was too small. Do your repairs.

While the staff was very friendly and helpful, this place is surrounded by homeless people which doesn’t make you feel very secure coming and going. Plus, there is NON-STOP noise at night. From doors slamming to people trying to open doors and heavy stumping. If you are a light sleeper this NOT the place for you. The room was clean and I had no other issues, but honestly the whole point of hotels is to be able to rest.

Safe, clean, quiet & comfortable. Sink in #310 drained slowly. It would be nice if the walking path between the east parking lot and the front door was concreted. I would stay here again.

The hotel was inexpensive and close to the freeway but there were homeless looking druggies hanging around the perimeter, I worried about my car getting broken into. The room was very small, the bathroom door handle was broken, the shower door was not functioning properly

Everything was good except for some type of stain on the ceiling and my comforter had a stain on it. But everything else was ok. But it was at a convenient location right by the freeway entrance. Lots of restaurants around.

Room felt a bit small. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Staff was friendly outside of the front desk. Front desk staff wasn't rude really but definitely avoided eye contact when walking by (if they were there at all) and were quiet and awkward at check-in. Just expect a bit more hospitality. Breakfast was weak.

We came for work and travel. It's great location. Pricing was right. Breakfast was provided until 9.30pm, buffet style with muffin, oatmeal, waffle, boiled egg, banana with fresh brewed coffee. The staff at the hotel were friendly. Pool on the very bottom floor of the hotel. Plenty of parking spots both sides of the hotel. Overall great experience. Peaceful area with close by walking distance restaurant and breakfast places around.

The breakfast area was so small and only waffles and biscuits and runny gravy we had to wait for coffee!! No coffee pots in the rooms! Bed made noise every time you moved! Parking lot is NOT big enough for guest to park we had to use Applebee's parking lot both nights we stayed. And a $50 deposit was required that was not mentioned when i booked the room!!

It was good. Very quiet, clean, tv system could not figure out but no biggy. Nice breakfast, recommend they make the sausage gravy thicker, just saying. Everything else was great 👍!

Only two towels in a room with two queens, no wash cloths... Room was ok, not great but not bad. Contrary to what the website indicated, there were NO BREAKFAST available. This made the hotel a bit pricy given its status and situation. Staff was friendly.
