The accommodations were safe and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. We didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Their decor is particularly unique, especially for a Best Western. I absolutely loved it and am searching for the same bird wallpaper for my home. It has a fun vibe.

There were no safe's in the room, so my wife left her laptop in a wardrobe to keep it safe. However she forgot it. The hotel hasn't reached out to her to say they found it, calls and emails to contact them to retrieve it have gone unanswered. Do not trust this hotel - because it a chain you can't talk to them directly

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. To begin with, the air conditioning in the room we were initially given was not working. After complaining to the reception, we were moved to another room, where the air conditioning worked for only one night. Despite making several complaints to the reception, the problem was never properly resolved. We were forced to sleep with the window open, which was extremely uncomfortable and completely unacceptable, especially after repeatedly bringing the issue to the hotel’s attention. This was a very disappointing experience, and the way the situation was handled by the hotel was unacceptable.

We stayed for 3 nights on a family trip to Disneyland. The staff at the hotel very helpful and the room was clean and breakfast had a good selection. The only downside was that the hotel has no shuttle bus to Disneyland, but getting an Uber was easy enough.
