Nice property. Great beds. Loved the balcony & view. Convenient location. Hated the surprise of a $30 per night resort fee... As if you use all the amenities they maintain regardless of the occupancy. AND nice that bikes are included. But did not appreciate the staff not being clear that drinks from the bar included in the resort fee but not the lobby vending. Spent $40; n drinks from lobby fridges, when I could have been getting them 15 feet away and covered my sunk cost.... So resort fee PLUS random drinks I would never have bought if I knew I was paying separate for a $12 small bottle of wine

Whitney was a pleasure checking us in. the cafe staff was very nice and attentive. the room and property was very clean. thet make you pay a nightly service charge but you are allowed to spend it in the cafe. Tesla and bikes on site for short distances. Will return.

When I arrived, it is a beautiful hotel! Housekeeping needs to be more watchful on how they are cleaning the rooms. They cleaned my bathroom but not the bathroom floor. Left hair all over the floor. But beautiful property with fantastic swimming pool. Just it to be more of a fragrance hotel like the renaissance hotel brand.

Hotel is in very good condition, modern style and very close to Cocowalk. Room is good, just very tight and small. Valet parking is extremly expensive $38 per day and one of the valets was very rude.

Ok we love this place. But the only parking opt is valet at $38 night. The drive up area is small. The valet people are great. But close to the U so we will be back. Really this is a great place to stay.

The best thing about the Mariott Bonvoy is that the staff is friendly and helpful! That was a plus. We had a good view of Biscayne Bay and the windows kept out street noise. Noise inside the hotel (above our suite) was another thing, however. The place needs a makeover. Peeling paint in a small bathroom, mould along the shower door (bottom), and a real lack of atractive, newer decor make this place fine as a business hotel, but less so as a place to spend a two week holiday. The pillowtop bed was firmer than I had hoped, but the lovely photos in Expedia are much nicer than the actual suite that we stayed in.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff members were. The ladywho handles the coffee and breakfast orders was especially wonderful—friendly, efficient, and a great start to each morning. The location was very convenient, and the rooms were clean. However, the double rooms felt quite small, and the sink was unusually tiny, which made the space a bit inconvenient. The view from my room was also rather disappointing. With a few improvements in room layout and aesthetics, the experience could be even better.

Pictures are deceptive on room style/size. 2 queen bed room extremely small / bathroom vanity was a very tiny square countertop around a leaky faucet. I read reviews about recent refurbishing but did not see this in the rooms.

2nd stay here I had the Junior suite with ocean bay view 5 days for my birthday everything is 10/10 recommend to sta. Staff is lovely, rooms are clean plus balcony vibes. A PLUS!

Lovely room and view. Very helpful staff! My only complaint is the bathroom - very small and tiny sink with only a strip of dim lights around the mirror. Not enough light for ladies to apply makeup, dry hair or even wash face. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

There was a mix-up with my reservation, and when I arrived at 8am, after traveling more than 12hrs, was told I had no room until 4pm, despite having booked the previous night and called to insure the early check-in. There were literally no rooms available, and I had an event at 5pm. I was desperate. The staff promised to do the best they could, with guest check-outs imminent. I took a nap in a pool-side cabana (comfortable, if hot and humid), and a couple of hours later was gently awakened with the news that they had a room for me. Yay! They gave me a beautiful upgrade and took wonderful care of me!!! Too bad it was only 2 nights. The entire staff, from front desk, to Bistro, bar, valet/driver, and housekeeping were marvelous!!! Thank you all!!!

Arrived at 12:30 a.m. and Front Desk appeared unhappy. Not friendly. When I asked what other amenities were included in our stay, he answer abruptly “nothing else since I booked with a 3rd party Expedia. The next day a young lady at Front Desk explained a $30 charge to our bill as a resort fee which could be used towards a breakfast, cabana, bikes etc. which the original Front Desk fella did not mention.

This Hotel is pretty clean and all the staff are pretty friendly and professional. The valet parking personnel are amazing. If I need a hotel in the area again , I will for sure stay here

It is a nice hotel, but there is a lot of hidden charges. I booked a hotel with breakfast however we received a daily credit of a total 15 $ instead for all 3 of us and 1 coffee cost about 7 $ so this is nowhere near what we booked plus a daily 30 $ Fac fee and parking almost 40 $ a day. The water nearby has a bad snell and traffic going by the hotel is constantly honking. Not worth to spent all this money.

Outstanding place to stay for Opti regattas as walkable to regatta park, area is safe and can walk to a multitude of restaurants. The only issue I have is breakfast. The food is fine, but it takes a lot of time to get your food and when there with kids who are participating in events, need to find another option. Fortunately across the street from Fresh Market so we prepare our own breakfast in room.

The property is in a great location but no parking, $40 parking for vallet parking, no breakfast is invluded they give a $30 room breakfast credit but food at the cafe is over $15 per person. Coffee is $8 so just imagine for 3 people we had to pay $51 after the room credit. If im paying for all yjis the least that can be invluded is legit breakfast.

Nice property with good sized room and good location. They made us wait a very long time for check-in. Breakfast system was very complicated and guest unfriendly, but we finally managed to get our promised free breakfast every day. Overall things could run more smoothly I would say.
